He was very responsive, and his quick replies helped me check in on her. I was informed that there were a couple of diarrheal episodes. It would have been more helpful for me to relay these episodes to the vet if they had been described in more detail with text and photos. I also came home early and greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to pick Maggie up a day early. Lastly, I wish Rover supported video so that I could see Maggie during her stay. Overall, I’m grateful for the care Ralph provided.”
