“We can not say enough how much we appreciate Joseph. He was able to get our anxious dog to fully accept him as a friend when 99.9% of people can’t touch her. She was giving him paw and was super excited to see him! The other amazing part is one of our cats came out to see him and let Joseph pet her! No one believes we have this cat since she hides from EVERYONE! Joseph is extremely reliable and wonderful with all our pets. People would be crazy not to hire him to take care of their pets.”

“I was hesitant about using Rover for my pet, however Lisbeth took such great care of my cat while I was away. She followed all directions, was in constant communication and sent multiple photos as well. She ease all my anxiety, 10/10 would recommend and use her again.”

About: I grew up with my grandfather breeding German Sheppards and my family having 4 turtles, 2 cats, 2 hamsters and a dog. I love all animals. I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I am usually home most weekends. I am almost always available if you reach out to me I can make it work with my schedule. I have tons of experience with cats and dogs, I was trained at Tri Borough Animal Welfare to take care of the pitties and kitties for their shelter program.

“I can’t say enough good things about Sam. He took excellent care of my two cats for nine days. Sam provided detailed notes and photos of my cats after every visit (which was twice daily). Whenever I had a question he responded promptly. I extended the length of my vacation and Sam accommodated the change without hesitation. If you’re looking for a pet sitter, look no further than Sam. He is outstanding.”

“Andrew was fantastic! He was prompt, took great care of my home and cats. Took lots of cute pictures for peace of mind. I highly recommend him, and will definitely book him for future sits!”

About: I am current graduate student at Ramapo college looking for a new way to spend time with dogs (since I can’t get one of my own just yet)! I just ended my time volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a short term volunteer with completing my undergraduate degree. In the past I have worked at a dog daycare taking care of 15-20 dogs at a time. I pet sit for friends and family all the time but I am looking to meet new furry friends. I’m currently working part-time and going to school full-time. I have large chunks of time off. My weekend schedule is free for walking and during the week the same. I will not offer in-home services as I have a family pet that does not get along well with other dogs, but does great with humans.

About: I've taken care of pets for the majority of my life. From caring for my own furry and feathered family members to watching pets for my neighbors and friends and caring for the facility dogs at my job, I have a second heart for animals. Experience with puppies, elders, high energy working dogs, and dogs with trauma. I'm currently studying for my boards exam to be a physical therapist and working part time with a pretty flexible schedule. Last minute requests available! Care instructions for your pet will be followed as closely as possible. I'll care for you pet and your home as I would my own. Your pet's safety and comfort are my first priority.

About: I've taken care of pets of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to check in, feed, and play with their pets... I'm currently working full-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your poppies! I'm available for boarding on weekends and holidays, just let me know in advance. I can’t take care of your dog in my house, I can take it for a walk or take care in your house. I am so socially.

About: I take pride in giving care for your pets, tailored to your needs. I have experience with my own past pets as well as pets I’ve cared for on other third party platforms! I provide attentive and reliable care, specializing in puppies and senior pets, with regular updates to keep you informed and reassured. Pet care is apart of my weekly schedule as I love to take of your best friend(s). I ensure that each pet receives focused, reliable, and attentive care. I am sure to I follow each pet’s routine closely. I make sure they receive feeding, walks, playtime, and meds—keeping them comfortable, safe, and stress-free.

About: I am a life long dog owner that started with my family owning dogs while growing up in Bayonne, NJ. I've had experience owning large, medium and small dogs: Beagle, German Shorthaired Pointer and American Staffordshire Terriers. Over the past 20 years residing in Bergen County, NJ, we are on our second dog in our current home. We currently have a Shih Tzu named Phil. Phil has food allergies to poultry. I purchase his special dietary food at Home Towne Pet Shoppe in Pompton Lakes, NJ and that is also the location of his groomer. Phil's veterinarian is located at Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital. He's small, but very needy. I would be the primary care provider of the dog. The house also includes my wife, daughter and 2 sons: Ava (18), Will (14) and Dylan (12). Your pet would be cared for by me, but they have to be used to other people in the home. I am a logistics consultant that is home based. I would only take care of pets when I am not on the road. I am open to caring for dogs during the week and on the weekends, pending my schedule. I would be offering dog sitting in the house. Your pet would be able to stay inside our home in the kitchen, dining room and main entrance area. The area is not carpeted and will allow them to roam while inside. I can't take dogs that chew furniture, so please be honest. I have a male neutered Shih Tzu, so they need to coexist with our pet. I would walk the dog on a leash once in the morning around the loop on the cul de sac and let the dogs outside in the fenced in pool area later in the day and in the evening. The dogs will be outside either walked on a leash or in a fenced in pool area supervised for a total daily outdoor time between 30 to 45 minutes weather permitting. The pool area has a grassy area in the back, so they have room to roam. I will stay with the dogs while they are in the yard and don't allow pets in the pool. I can't damage my pool, so no dog swimming. Dog food is not provided, so I will need food and feeding instructions. I will also ask for an emergency plan in case of dog illness in your absence.
