“Michelle was so kind and easy to work with—she sent me updates and photos during the day, and I had full trust in her to take the best care of my pup! Nezzy left a happy girl!”
2. Jaime P.
“Jamie did amazing, she was very attentive to his needs and informed me when Nico scratched himself which is much appreciated. She kept me updated with pictures as well. Nico had so much fun. He was very tired from a fun filled day which helped take the stress of worrying about him while moving gone, knowing he was left in such great hands. ?”
3. Jessica M.
“Beemer and Bentley had fun meeting some new friends. She was very nice and had a great personality. When both the stooges got home they laid on the floor and napped instead eating dinner which is unlike them due to loving their food. Will coming to see her again.”

About: Before becoming a Rover sitter, I had been taking care of dogs with my fiancé for over 5 years. We have babysat and fostered dogs for Nashville Humane in the past and have always had a blast taking care of them. We currently have two very friendly dogs that would love to keep your furry pet occupied & stimulated during their stay. We also have a fully fenced backyard for your pet to run around in that even our Husky mix has not figured out how to escape from. I currently work from home and my fiancé works hybrid, so we can let your dog out for frequent bathroom breaks. Dogs are always allowed on furniture and may sleep with us in the bed or a crate. I currently work from home Monday - Friday, so I have plenty of opportunity for your dog to go outside and play. They are more than welcome to sit in my office with me or hang out with my other dogs. We have plenty of bones & toys for your dog to choose from. Your dog will be let outside as little or as much as you desire, since our backyard is fully fenced. I make sure that dogs are taken out every few hours, measure out food, and watch for any anxious behavior. I also limit treats to your desire.

About: I have been a dog owner for two years to an energetic, playful pittie. I also welcome foster pets into my home regularly, and I have experience with multiple pet personalities, both adult and puppies. I work a hybrid work schedule throughout the week so I am at home for some weekdays, and I’m off every weekend. On weekdays, we enjoy morning and evening walks, play time and rest breaks, and some backyard play time. Weekends allow for my doggie and I to enjoy walks exploring the Nashville parks and rec scenery! I have a secure, fenced in back yard and a friendly dog waiting to welcome your pet 😊 I ensure nothing hazardous is left out for pets to reach. If a conflict arises, I am skilled at separating and redirecting until tempers calm.
10. Gina B.
“I have to travel several times a year, I would not trust leaving my two Dobermans with anybody but Gina. These are well trained command dogs that can get rowdy sometimes. Gina took control immediately . My dogs love her. She picks them up, takes them to her house and spoils them with love. She is a true lover of dogs, but also someone who cares and understands the wants and needs of all animals Bob C.”
11. Gavin Z.
“Gavin is a very reliable young man. He loves animals and he has taken care of animals all of his life. Gavin has cared for my dog Teddy and my cat Luna multiple times. In all of the times he cared for my animals, I have come home to happy and healthy animals. I would definitely recommend Gavin as a Rover employee.”
12. Hilda Laura M.
About: I took care of several of my friend’s pets as a favor while they are on vacation and always enjoyed the time with them and learn their different personalities. I work for home as a remote recruiter so I have the flexibility to go on walks and take care of all your pet’s needs. You’re pet will be supervised in person and with indoor camera surveillance to make sure he/she is safe. Stairs are gated to avoid any hazards.
13. Eric H.
“Eric is a natural fit with dogs. He carefully trained his own dog Sasha, and she is very well mannered. He can take her to the dog park, in the car to run errands, camping, and to restaurants that allow dogs. In addition, he makes sure to feed her the appropriate food and is up to date with Vet visits. His heart is in the right place as he will treat any pet left in his care with the utmost respect for both pet and owner. I highly recommend his services.”
14. Doris M.
“Satin stayed with Ms. Doris as I traveled. I felt so comfortable leaving her with Doris. She sent me many updates and photos/videos of my baby enjoying herself. I HIGHLY recommend! Doris was accommodating and it was obvious my anxious girl was at ease with her. We will definitely be back❤️”
15. Christa W.
About: My name is Christa, I’ve been dog sitting for Rover in Tennessee for about 6 years. I reduced my work load to repeat clients only for a while and am ready to reopen my books back up to meet new and fun clients! I work full time from home for Lyft HQ. I work 4 days a week, Mon-Thurs 6:30 am - 5:00 pm with Friday-Sunday off. I enjoy dog sitting because it not only allows me to make some extra income, but I also get my much needed dog fix in! What better way to have all that, than to spend my extra time with your fun loving pup(or any other animal). I grew up with dogs and am used to being around all types. We all need a break and just that one favor can be a huge life saver. I'm here to help make sure your dog is well taken care of even when life gets a little crazy. I'm flexible & willing to go above and beyond. As stated above I do work 4 days a week, those are 10 hour shifts. My shifts can be flexible with enough notice and I'm happy to help before and after a shift and all day on my off days. I am more than happy to administer any meds that your pup takes orally with a treat. I am not comfortable with administering any injectable's, this does not mean that I will not or cannot take care of your pet, but you will need to have a friend or vet visits set up for anything that can’t be hidden in a treat. I currently live in a single level condo style home. I don’t have a “backyard”, but my complex does have a fenced in area for pups. For boarding or day care I’ll only be allowing one client at a time so no worries about issues with multiple dogs in the home. I do have two cats so there may be some side eyes and annoyed hisses but mostly they’ll hide. Most of my clients past and present have gotten to know me well enough to hire me outside of the app, so you can feel confident that I will love your pet like my own. I can’t wait to meet you and your babe! Thanks for considering me :) With my current full time position I don’t have a ton of extra time to leave during the day for drop ins, but am always willing to check as my day to day meetings change. Before/After my work hours and on my days off are the easiest to schedule. I will always be respectful of your home and space. I clean up after myself and make sure to leave it the way I found it. I will ensure we have a good way to keep in contact incase there are any emergencies or issues that arise. Your pet will always be safe with me.
16. Mary G.
“Mary is probably the biggest animal lover I know! She is the mother of two dogs of her own which she’s had for many and are the most behaved pups I’ve ever seen. She treats them with love and affection, and almost never punish them that it’s a miracle they didn’t turn out to be spoiled troublemakers. Other dogs seem to instantly love her and it’s no surprise. I’m a cat owner myself, and she treats my kitten just as good, caring for her as if she was her own and scolding me when I make a mistake as I’m still new to this. Overall there’s nobody I would trust my pets with besides as I’m sure she’ll take care of them with her heart and soul!”
17. Lindsay R.
“So pleased with the care Lindsay gives to my pups! She is very stunned to temperament and needs. So glad I found her on Rover!”
18. Gabriel B.
“Gabriel and my dog, Fenrir, absolutely love each other! Not only is he really patient with my dog but he is very caring, almost like he loves my dog as his own. I feel like he is very efficient, adaptive and sympathetic while handling my dog and can't recommend anyone better.”
19. Amber R.
“Amber has watched my dog for me on several occasions while I go out of town for my profession. She updates me often with pictures of my dog. She has even kept Diamond for me on short notice when something has come up. She is very genuine when it comes to caring for animals and is someone you can trust. I would rate her 1000% if I could.”
20. Kalista K.
“So grateful Kalista was available to keep my sweet boy! She is very attentive, sends great pics, communicates in a timely manner. 10/10 will definitely use her services again in the future!”
