Nicole was amazing with my poodle! He’s usually pretty shy with new people, but he warmed up to her so quickly, which really put me at ease. She went above and beyond during his stay… not just sending constant update messages and pics, but also taking him on fun outings and even grabbing him special treats. Right when I dropped him off she noticed something wasn’t quite right, and she didn’t hesitate to reach out to me and let me know and then also was willing to get him checked at the vet. I was so thankful for how attentive and caring she was. I felt super comfortable knowing he was in such good hands, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
We are so happy to have found Julie through Rover. She takes amazing care of our dog Harper and keeps us updated with pictures and videos throughout his stay. When we arrived at her house, Harper started wagging his tail before we even reached the door! He clearly remembered the house from his 10-day stay and was happy to be back at Julie’s. For our first experience with rover, Katherine far exceeded our expectations! Our beloved Phoebe was so spoiled and happy from drop off to pick up. The daily communication with photos and updates was wonderful, Katherine seemed to know that we needing taking care of too! Cannil was such a great help for us. We had just picked up our foster puppy when we suddenly had to go out of town. He was so understanding and helpful on such short notice. He also sent us updates and pictures of Tofu every couple of hours to give us peace of mind. Thank you Cannil!!!
Serina is awesome! We really appreciated the updates on their daily activity, she was very accommodating to our dog’s typical schedule/activities. Dixie stayed with Andrea for a second time over the weekend, and when we dropped her off, was excited to see Andrea again! She sent us lots of photos of Dixie exploring parks, getting sniffs in scenic locations along the river, and cuddling on the couch. She was also very accommodating and super easy to work with on schedule. I feel comfortable leaving Dixie with Andrea and will continue to book with her for our weekends away. I so appreciate having someone I can trust to watch Dixie!
