About: We live in Tanner Plantation with our three cats and three dogs. As lifelong animal lovers and pet owners, we understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. Whether you have a playful pup or a shy cat, we'll provide loving, reliable care and keep you updated every step of the way. We've cared for pets with a wide range of medical needs, dietary restrictions, and unique routines. From administering medication and following specialized feeding protocols to accommodating quirky preferences, we're committed to providing the same attentive care your pets receive at home. I'll be handling most visits during the week, while my husband joins me for meet-and-greets and serves as a backup when needed. Together, we provide dependable care for both dogs and cats, treating every pet like a member of the family. Our retriever mix, Richie, has megaesophagus, myasthenia gravis, and cancer. He eats all of his meals in a Bailey chair (think doggy high chair!) and requires medication multiple times a day. Caring for Richie has made us highly attentive to health monitoring, medication schedules, and specialized feeding requirements. Our coonhound, Joanie, takes daily medication for anxiety, giving us experience providing calm, patient care for pets who need extra support. Our German Shepherd, Nami, reminds us that every pet has their own quirks. She refuses to eat breakfast anywhere but her kennel and insists on eating her afternoon meal in the office while listening to emo music. Yes, really! 🖤🎵🐶 We're also dedicated cat people and understand that cats often need a different approach than dogs: patience, respect for routines, and attention to subtle changes in behavior, appetite, and litter box habits. Belle, our orange tabby, is convinced she's one of the dogs, while Jane and Lizzie, our mischievous Oreo twins, keep life entertaining with their talent for stealing household items and hiding them in their favorite boxes. Living with three cats has taught us the importance of earning a cat's trust, respecting their boundaries, and maintaining the routines that help them feel safe and comfortable. From complex medical care to honoring each pet's unique personality and routine, we believe every animal deserves patience, attention, and lots of love. ❤️🐾 Pet care is already a central part of our daily routine. As pet parents of six rescue animals, our days revolve around feeding schedules, walks, medication administration, playtime, litter box cleaning, and making sure each pet gets the individual attention they need. Because we are accustomed to caring for pets with unique personalities, medical needs, and special routines, adding drop-in visits fits naturally into our schedule. We currently have availability for drop-in visits and enjoy spending time with pets, whether that means playtime, administering medications, or simply providing companionship while their family is away. Caring for animals isn't just something we do—it's something we genuinely love. We will treat your pets with the same patience, attention, and affection that we give my own rescue crew. 🐾❤️ For drop-in visits, we care for pets in their own home where they are most comfortable. We follow each pet's usual routine, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, medication administration (if needed), walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and plenty of affection. We take the time to learn each pet's personality and preferences, so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. 🐾❤️

About: I am recently separated from active duty in the Air Force, and looking for ways to help out the community during my transition. I have day to day experience with our needy cat, and experience when I was younger and our family owned dogs! I do not have any training experience, but I do have a 1 year old daughter, so I am patient and willing to learn and assist! During my time in the military, I learned skills of task management and attention to detail, so I will follow instructions diligently! I am transitioning into the reserves but currently have a lot of free time so I am very flexible until I start my full time job later this winter. For care in the clients home, I will follow any instructions. I am also very active, so if you have an active dog, I would be able to go for runs with them or take them to dog parks if requested.

About: I have always been surrounded by animals my whole life. Back home I have 8 doggos between the ages of two and five who are unique in their own ways. I have two chihuahua/dachshund mixes,a boxer/pit bull mix, a black lab, a chocolate lab, a yellow lab, and two red labs. Every day is a new adventure for sure. I have personal experience with high energy doggos, reactive dogs, anxious dogs, potty accidents, special diets, kennel training, leash training, puppies, senior care, sick animals, puppy parvo, seizures, ear infections, fleas, ticks, dog and cat pregnancy, dog attacks, surgery care, wound care, animal grooming (nails, teeth, eyes, dry skin, coats), and much more. I sincerely enjoy giving all fur babies all the love and dedication they deserve. While I know it is hard to find someone who is willing and prepared to provide the care a pet needs, I am more than honored to be able to work with you if the fit is right. I am currently working full time at a coffee shop. Most of my shifts are early morning, so I am usually available anytime after 2-4:30 pm. I will always treat your pets with the utmost respect as I understand how important they are to you. I would want my own doggos to be treated the same. I know everyone has different standards when it comes to feeding, walking, outside time, etc. so I am more than willing to learn your pet's schedule to be able to benefit all involved. At no point would I ever try to input my own practices onto your animals without your permission.

About: My experience with pet care has always been in favor of the owner and what they know is best for their pet. Instructions are followed, pets get needed attention, and everyone is happy. Weekly pet car options once per month. Daily check-ins and frequent walks. Multiple pet care is available and able to communicate via app as needed I keep an organized list of every pet I have in my monthly schedule (recurring and new appointments). Specific instructions are followed and understood as you know what is best for your pet. I’m active and able to manage high energy pets.

About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I had five cats two dogs growing up and I was in charge of them mostly. Then I worked at a vet and started taking care of peoples animals on the side and I have been pet sitting and dog walking ever since! I am in school and work part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your animals. Very flexible and will allow them plenty of play time. I will do whatever is asked of me in the clients home. I will play with them and feed them as often as is required. I love playing with them that’s my favorite!

About: I am an all around animal lover. I grew up with a variety of pets - dogs, cat, turtle, hamster and more. I now have 2 goofy and crazy pit bulls who I adore. Being adopted - they both have their share of quirks. One of our dogs was very mistreated before she was in our care. She now struggles with being leash and dog reactive - and she can be tricky when meeting new people. Because of this - I know how stressful it can be to find a pet sitter you can trust. My dogs are like children to me, and I know the energy, love, and care they deserve. My dogs have truly changed my life and I hope that I can be someone that can give you a sense of peace while you are away. Because of my special pups - my home is not a good environment for boarding. I am open to Drop Ins, Walks, and the occasional overnight in your home. I would like to do a meet and greet before every first visit - to ensure that you, your pets, and I all feel safe and confident. One of my dogs has bad allergies and I give her medicine every day. I have a lot of experience with giving dogs pills. I do not have any other medication administration experience - but I am open to learning if this is something you would like. I took both of my dogs to training classes. First dog for 3 years - second dog for 2 years. So I have a basic understanding of commands and other dog behaviors. I work from home with sporadic in person meetings. My schedule is flexible and I am able to build it around appointments. The earlier you let me know the times you'd like for me to work - the easier it will be for me to mark off that time for you. I work a hybrid position where I mostly work from home and then also have in person meetings throughout the week. I set the meeting times myself - so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to check in on your pups throughout the work day and I have weekends off. I have two dogs of my own at home who are large and somewhat reactive to other dogs. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable watching your pets in my home. I would love to do drop ins - where I can come in, care for you pet, and give them quality time and attention. I am open to walking dogs as well, but I would prefer a meet and greet to go over walking details and if I feel comfortable walking more than one at once- or if your dog has any quirks I may want to see before the first walk. I am open to doing an overnight in your home - but I would prefer to have already met your pet a few times so that I feel comfortable and I would like to meet you as well to establish our relationship before staying in your home.

About: I’ve taken care of my friend’s dog while out of town. I love doggos and hope to adopt my own in the future! I used to be a teacher for many years. Right now my schedule is very flexible! I’m a homebody and love going for daily walks. I’m a very clean and organized person. This makes it easy for pets to roam around freely and safely! My husband unfortunately is allergic to cats so I will not be hosting cats in our home. If your cat is hypoallergenic (short haired and bathed beforehand) we can discuss overnight stays!
