About: I have experience fostering dogs and cats, caring for puppies, and handling bigger dogs. Emma has been caring for my dog for several years now and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She’s super sweet, dependable, and really responsive. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals. My dog Gracie gets sooo excited when Emma comes in the door. I always know Gracie is safe, happy, and well taken care of when she’s with Emma. Nothing but great things to say about Perry. Perry accepted my very last minute booking request and also assisted with choosing the most suitable time window for drop-in visits. My Henrietta was not as warm & fuzzy as I had described her as being when first meet Perry. This quickly changed and by day 2 these 2 were going on walks and relaxing in the back yard together. Perry remained present but patient; with great success. I would recommend her to everyone.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
