About: Dogs have been a part of my family since I was a kid. We also dog-sat for family and friends, so we always had a few dogs playing, napping and looking for treats. Later on I was the dog mom of a beagle/ bassett boy for 14 years. I have experience walking dogs in the suburbs, the woods, the ocean and the city. My home is a happy place for dogs, with lots of toys, treats, attention, and a half-acre of fenced-in backyard surrounded by trees. My sweet three year old lab/pug/ bassett mix is the benevolent queen of the household. I work in radio one day a week and write at home the rest of the time, so I have a flexible schedule for dog walks and in-house care. I have a fenced-in backyard that’s grassy and private, lots of toys, and my sweet 3 year old dog (lab/pug/bassett) to keep your pup company. I provide constant supervision and participation when needed (frisbee, ball toss, etc). We also have an agility tunnel! The house is spacious and dog friendly, with cozy spaces for napping. Treats will be given as often as you allow!

About: I've had dogs my whole life and have cared for them! I have a senior dog who lives with my family and we take frequent potty breaks when I am watching her. I have the summer off so I am flexible until around fall time :) During fall I will have to cut my time down a little My doodle Bailey and I love going on our daily walks around the neighborhood or town! Bailey loves to be involved so I take her camping and hiking as well! She gets treats when she is on her best behavior (which is always).

About: Hello! My name is Sammie and I’m a college athlete and nursing student at UML. I’ve had three dogs in my lifetime so far at the ripe age of 20. I am a huge animal lover and obsessed with every furry friend. I had two beagles growing up… and now I have a four year-old sassy, husky named Skye… we rescued Skye a little over three years ago when she was 1 year old. She lives with my mom and I. We take her on three walks a day, short car rides, dog park trips, and we give her plenty of playtime. She has a few different husky friends in the neighborhood. Although she’s a little crazy, she’s my best friend. Now that I attend Umass Lowell, where I play Division I women’s lacrosse I don’t have as much time to spend with her. Being away from my little husky is hard, but I visit her as much as possible. I’m excited to get started helping other families with fur babies. Every morning and every evening I walk my husky. We play with her throughout the day depending on who is around in the family. She gets weekly dog park trips as well and hangs out with her friends in the neighborhood. Plenty of playtime, cuddles and walks. I know my dog loves to take long walks in the neighborhood, play fetch with her ball and snuggle on the couch when she’s tired.

4. Megan W.
“Megan is the best dog owner I’ve ever known. She devotes herself fully to the physical, and emotional wellbeing of her dogs. Always aware of when a walk is needed, an itch needs scratching, or a tummy needs to be rubbed. Her animals have always come first, her attention, and dedication are endless; even to all of her wildlife friends She’s extremely intelligent, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of others. A top notch sister, who treats animals as family members rather than pets. Any dog would be lucky to have her be a part of their lives in any capacity.”
