She took him to his favorite walking spot, the bog, most mornings when it was nice out....and around the neighborhood when it was wet and windy. About: I have years of experience caring for other people’s pets (dogs, cats, fish, rats, children, you name it)! I spent a year in between school working at a pet store where I learned tons about how to care for pets! I even spent a summer caring for horses! No animal is too big or small for me! I am available for sitting in between my shifts at work (I work in wildlife conservation 😊). I will do my best to accommodate any reasonable request! My hours at work at the moment are part time, and I have plenty of time in the afternoons to spend time with your pets! I’m also an early riser and can do early morning check-ins before my shifts. I take every precaution when walking and/or playing with pets. While walking on leash I make sure to be aware of any other animals or people in the area and to avoid accordingly. I pay attention to every pets’ body language to make sure they are happy and if I sense an issue I take necessary steps to avoid conflict.

11. Linda S.
“The greatest! It was snowy and Linda wasn't sure the ice melt was dog-safe so she wiped Moe's paws after their walks! I probably wouldn't have done that myself. Definitely book Linda when she's available!”

“Great experience!”
13. Jadyn O.
About: With a heart full of love for dogs, my pet experience is rooted in genuine care and devotion. Having the companionship of two beautiful pitties in the past, I understand the unique needs and joys that each dog brings into our lives. I have been entrusted with the care of my grandmother's blind dachshund, where patience and empathy are paramount in providing a safe and comfortable environment. I also take care of my boyfriend's parents feisty Yorkie\Pug mix who recently went blind last year, fostering a deep understanding of adapting to individual personalities and circumstances. My experiences have honed my skills in communication, observation, and tender care, ensuring that every furry friend under my watch receives the utmost love and attention they deserve. I am currently working part-time! I am available Monday days, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday days! Things might change as the weather gets nicer considering my other job. If things go well here I might think about doing full-time dog walking! I do not have a fenced yard for the furry friends but I would gladly walk them around the areas they are familiar with or in a big fenced-in field, or even a dog park if he or she gets along with other furry friends!
14. Caroline C.
“I have known Caroline for many years and she has taken care of my dogs before she joined Rover. My pups always come back very happy and spoiled so I know they are in good hands with her. For as long as I have known her, she's been a dedicated dog lover and owner. She has one dog of her own who is the sweetest little thing so you know your dog will have a friend with which to play. I would highly recommend Caroline, your dog will be well taken care of!”

About: I am a dog trainer and canine nutritionist. I have taken care of dogs in my home for the last 20 years where they are made to feel at home while you are away. I have had dogs stay in my home for the last 20 years. It is important to me that I have an environment that is most like home while you are away. Dogs deserve to feel loved always. I understand canine nutrition, first aid, they will have ice creams in summer and cookies during their stay and if they like to play ball and swim they can do that too it is camp for dogs. I live with my 2 friendly labs who will keep your beloved company during their stay or accompany them on walks in the woods or swimming in the pond. I have been training and showing dogs for over 25 years if you want your beloved to have walks or just home visits. I specialize in puppies and the care of senior dogs that may need medication or special diets.

17. Cori R.

18. Hanna O.
“Hanna stayed with my dogs Roobit and Lucky for 4 days (House Sitting) while we were on vacation. I couldn't be happier. She took the best care of my babies. She fed them, walked them, and stayed with them all the time. It was such a wonderful alternative to a kennel. My dogs were in the comfort of their own home and were never crated. They didn't even experience separation anxiety. It was so worth it. I will definitely be asking Hanna to stay with Roobit and Lucky again.”
19. Marc A.
“Marc pet sat for my 1 1/2 yr old black lab for 8 days. During the stay, Marc was asked to not only feed and walk my dog, he had to administer medicine and change the dressing on her paw. In addition, Marc, sent a picture and text daily to keep me apprised of my dog. My dog was very happy to be with Marc. In fact, she whined when he left. I, unequivocally, recommend Marc to take care of your pet family member.”
20. Sarah G.
“Sarah is a caring individual that has been very caring with my dog. She always makes me feel comfortable leaving my pet, and knowing he is in good hands. She goes above and beyond to make my dog feel cared for while I am gone.”
