About: I have two dogs that i take care of often. they are my brother and sisters dogs and they play together very well and with other dogs as well. I would bring them all to play together sometimes. About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 3 years old, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands on experience with large breeds and am confident handling bigger dogs with different energy levels. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the importance of patience, comfort as they age. I put a lot of love and care into every pet I watch. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby, so I treat every dog as if they were my own. Making sure they feel safe, loved, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule where I work from home somedays. My partner also works 5 minutes from our house and is able to help with potty breaks during the day. We spend a lot of time in our yard or walking the canal on nice days and would love a wagging tail to join us. We have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet neighborhood to go on walks. We love to go to the canal and spend time outside. We have a fully finished basement with mini splits and air circulation system, perfect for any size dog to enjoy!

About: I've had a family dogs since I was 3, so I've been around dogs my entire life. I've also helped out friends, family, and neighbors take care of their animals while they were away or gone for long hours. I have open availability and a flexible schedule, so your pets will be well taken care of and attended to while you're away. I am a very active person, so know your dogs will get plenty of exercise and exert lots of energy during our time together. I have a big place in my heart for animals and I will give them all the love and attention they crave. I am in the process of finding remote work, while building my business, so I have ample time to spend with your pets, throughout my day. My schedule is flexible and I can stay at your home while you're gone if desired. I am here to make leaving your pets behind as stress and worry free as possible! I am open to making work whatever is in alignment for the both of us and making sure your fur babies are safe and well tended to! I always make sure your pets are well looked after, receive plenty of food, water, and exercise. Giving them so much love and attention because we all know they can never have enough! I will be able to spend plenty of time with your pets while you're gone so no need to worry about them spending too much time by themselves. I have a huge heart and I assure you, you're pets are in good hands when they're with me!

I don’t have a dog of my own anymore and only take one dog with no other dogs - unless the dogs in your family are more than one - the more the merrier in that case I’m in! I know many dogs do not get along with other dogs which is normal for many dogs, no worries I get it! This is a huge peace of mind for many dogs and their owners- and my specialty catering to one dog - hence my pricing. Believe me it’s worth every penny! A bit about me- my family and friends have always say “I’m a dog whisperer”! I have always had dogs in my life, but I lost my best friend (yellow lab). She was my soulmate! About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I have a background in psychology, and I’m a dog trainer and a bit of a behaviorist. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it, which I started in August 2025. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. I will basically be spending the entire time with your pets. We’ll wake up between five to eight in the morning, and we’ll go bed between eight and eleven at night. I’ll be up with them as they need and we’ll be in and out much more than is required. I am delicate and meticulous and believe in leaving no trace that I was there. I want my client after their time away from home and their animals to not be met with the mess that I could be leaving behind. I am committed to performing an act of cleaning based on the tools available.

About: I have been in the caring business since my teenage years - babysitting my younger siblings, caring for my family dog, running a summer enrichment program for at risk youth, caring for horses at a dude ranch and a western suburbs farm, minding many friends' dogs, and wrangling my own two senior dogs - brother and sister, now 14 years old. (But, so rambunctious for their first 10+ years). I love dogs and will care for your dog just as you would. One of my dogs is now blind and the other requires daily subcutaneous fluids so I am willing and able to help out with any of your pet's special needs as well..... I know how stressful it can be to ensure a routine is kept. Pet first aid and CPR certified. I am currently on a full time job hunt in marketing analytics and very available (with notice) to care for your dogs most days and evenings as I can search and do freelance work remotely. Depending on your dog's needs I can usually provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours in between errands, etc. My calendar will be updated to show days I plan to be away. At this time, I can care for pets in my client's home. I do need to bring my dogs for the overnight portion of the stay but will keep them separate in a room/space of your choosing during the evening (and on bedroom floor at night). They are very dog friendly just very sleepy and do well snoozing someplace quiet.
