About: As a previous pet owner, I miss having a fur baby to tend to. I have decades of experience with dogs of varying breeds. My children are now college graduates and have no time commitments or obligations so house sitting suits my lifestyle perfectly. I only accept one family at a time so your pet/s will receive my undivided attention 24/7. As a full time homemaker, I have plenty of time to spend with the dogs. They are never left alone. I devote all of my time to them and I only board a couple of small dogs at a time so they receive very personalized care. I take the dog/s out for a walk or potty break every couple of hours, we may go to a nearby dog park that’s fenced in or go by the beach. I don’t mind cooking for the dog/s, beef or chicken and rice with vegetables is provided at times. Regarding safety- that’s always my top priority. When walking them; I always have them in a harness to keep them secure.

I have a Rat Terrier who gets a long with all dogs, he loves to play but is pretty respectful of dogs who are not into it. Dogs have free rein of my house. I spend a good amount of time with them outside in the yard, they are never let out without supervision.

She cared for our two dogs while we were away in Kauai for a week, and from start to finish, she exceeded every expectation. She adjusted walks based on our dogs' energy levels, gave them extra walks, regularly picked up after them around the yard, and followed all feeding and care instructions perfectly. She was incredibly thoughtful and even took them on one last walk before our return so they would be calm and settled when we got home. One thing that really stood out was how relaxed and comfortable our dogs were in her care. Typically, when we travel and leave them with others, they show signs of stress, such as poor eating habits or irregular bowel movements. This time, neither of those things happened. They were happy, healthy, and completely at ease—it honestly felt like they were on vacation too. She also treated our home with great respect. As a wonderful surprise, she washed bedding and towels without being asked, managed the trash cans on trash day, and left everything clean and organized. Most importantly, we were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing our pups were safe, loved, and exceptionally well cared for. Sarah is reliable, thoughtful, communicative, and clearly loves animals. We couldn't recommend her more highly!”
