“Karen was amazing! She was very attentive and a great communicator. She kept us informed about the pups regularly and provided photos. Our little pack welcomed her with open paws. She took great care of our fur babies and our home. We will definitely have her take care of our pups next time we are out of town.”

“Nick was so amazing. Our dogs were well looked after, our home well taken care of, and we loved his updates. Our dogs can’t wait to have him stay again!”

“Jonathan was recommended to me by family member and I'm glad they recommended Jonathan. Great communication for planning and during the stay. Will definitely be using Jonathan again.”

About: I love animals. I have had animals in my life since before I could walk. I grew up with cats, and dogs in my home since I was a child. I fostered my friends dog for more than 4yrs. I have a rescue cat name Lucy, she is a rescue from Whisker Town Cats. I know how to administer medication for cats, and dogs. I would love to watch your fur family for you. I am a part time swim instructor I work during the week, and the weekends from 8am- 1:30 PM. I am available for dog walking/sitting anytime after 2:00pm during the week, and weekends. I have done pet sitting in the clients home. I fed the cats, fish, walked the dog. I once watched my friends dog over a weekend. I fed his dog on their scheduled time and walked the dog many times it was a lot of fun!!! I am very cautious when I am with a clients pet. I treat every pet as if they were my own.
“Ava is fantastic! She sat our house and Cane Corso (no easy feat as he can be very intimidating for most people). She gave us daily pics of our babies while we were away and we came home to a very happy dog and cat. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone. She is very responsible and someone you can trust.”
“Susan was awesome! Leaving your pets with someone that you don’t really know is not an easy thing, but Susan was great from end to end. Booking was smooth, she prompted answer all our questions (including meeting us before booking). While she stayed with our 2 dogs and 1 bird, she kept us on the loop by sending daily pictures. Overall it was an wonderful experience and we are not going to hesitate before booking her again. Highly recommended!”

“Juli absolutely set the bar on pet sitting for our two cats and we're forever spoiled. She communicated clearly and thoroughly, and she took such great care of our two high-maintenance kitties that they didn't have an opportunity to be sad while we were gone for 9 days, which was exactly our goal. She very quickly achieved "Favorite Aunt," status with a very tough group of kitties to please. We can't wait to book her again!”

“Devona did a great job watching our 2 dogs. She sent us pictures throughout the day to keep us updated. She also came prior to meet the dogs in advance. We would definitely use her again.”

“Thanya took great care of Tuco and the house. She is very responsive and sent updates twice a day. With her knowledge and experience with animals I felt very comfortable leaving Tuco in her care.”

“Sarah was fantastic! She texted pictures of our girl and kept us updated on how she was doing. It was the 1st time we used this service & will definitely use it again! And we would want Sarah to watch our girl as she was great!”

“Taylor was amazing! We have an anxious pup who is not used to being left. Our pup was anxious at first but quickly warmed to Taylor. Taylor took great care of her and sent many pictures along the way. We highly recommend!!”

About: Since I was born I've been around dogs of all kinds whether they were my own, a family members, my friends and even neighbours. If I was to young to dog sit I would go with my grandma instead. I'm in the midst of resigning from my current job and will be available all hours of the day on weekdays for the time being. A firm believer of gentle parenting. Whenever I let dogs out I always watch or stay outside with them just in case and I try my best to give all dogs the good life they deserve, filled with love and fun.
“Shelley was very communicative during her stay. After a rough start for not having the code to our door (completely my fault) things went very smoothly. Daisy and the house were well cared for.”

About: I’ve had animals since I was 3 years old. I had a cat and still have a Jack Russell Terrier. I’ve dog and cat sat for all my friends so I’m no stranger to the process! Check out the pictures on my profile to see all the animals I’ve dealt with! :) Looking forward to meeting you and your pet. My schedule is completely open on weekends, but during the week I work a 1:30-9pm! My partner works from 7:3:30. Someone will always be there! If your pet is used to being left during the day, but you’re concerned about overnight or need someone for mornings, I’m your girl! I’ll follow any rules the client asks of me, no questions asked. Other than that the pet can expect a lot of love and attention. I have no problems with animals on the couch or bed, whatever to make them feel at home. If I am not home, my boyfriend is. He has grown up around animals even more than I have as he has a farm. I myself am a college graduate with a background in the biomedical field, and also work as a Medical Assistant.💜
“Recommend! Kristina sent photos of the dogs often as requested. The dogs loved her! The house was clean and tidy when we arrived home. Thank you for taking care of our babies while we were away.”

“Jocelyn made sure our fur babies had all their needs taken care of while we were gone. It helped us enjoy our vacation knowing we could trust they were well cared for. We received lots of picture updates and assuring texts!”

About: Hi! My name is Jack :) I have spent the past several years working as a veterinary technician, caring for animals in a professional medical setting. I have experience with puppies, kittens, senior pets, and pets with medical needs. I love building trust with animals and helping them feel comfortable and secure. My goal is to provide the same level of care and attention that I would want for my own pets, so you can travel with confidence knowing they’re in good hands. 🐾 I strive to be flexible and accommodate your pet’s routine as closely as possible. Whether your pet needs morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight care, I will work with you to ensure their feeding, exercise, medication, and enrichment schedules are maintained. Consistency is important for both cats and dogs, and my goal is to keep their day-to-day routine familiar and stress-free while you’re away. I am happy to discuss your pet’s specific needs and create a care plan that works best for them. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. As a veterinary technician with several years of experience, I am trained to recognize signs of illness, injury, or distress and respond appropriately. I provide a calm, patient, and low-stress environment tailored to each pet’s individual needs. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires medication, I will treat them with the same care and attention I give my own pets. About: I am drawn to dogs. I currently have a 7 month old puppy that is beginning training so i can use what i learn if you need help with training your furry friend. I am experienced in giving medicine, bathing, and just keeping your babies company. In the past I have been trusted with taking all necessary and providing fun outings for peoples dogs. Also, I have owned dogs the majority of my adult life so I know what it takes. I am currently only unavailable from 3-7. I am available before and after that for doggy day care or house sitting, which i also have experience in. I have a patio that would allow for as many potty breaks as necessary. My puppy is extremely friendly and would make for a great pal to keep your dog company and play to get the energy out. When the weather permits I can take them on long walks on the American river trail which I live right in front of. Animals are allowed on my furniture and to free roam the house. I pay special notice to their schedule and follow it to a T. I am also comfortable crating your dog if it works with my puppy not being crated.
About: Hi! I’m a true animal lover with a big heart for both dogs and cats. Whether your pup needs long walks and playtime or your cat prefers quiet companionship and gentle care, I’m happy to match their unique personality and routine. I currently work part-time and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate drop-in visits and pet sitting in your home. Whether your puppy needs patience, playtime, and consistency, or your senior dog needs a slower pace and extra TLC, I have experience providing attentive, compassionate care for both. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine closely, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to give you peace of mind and keep your furry family members happy in their own familiar environment.
Florida Center pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lilly is awesome! She took care of Ellie in our home for 5 days and was flexible enough to stretch it a full day when our flights were delayed. She's conscientious, friendly and extremely mature, and she sent us frequent updates and pictures throughout the week. Ellie seemed to love spending time with her, and we felt confident leaving both our pup and our home in her hands. We would not hesitate to use her again!
If there was a “10 star” review, I’d rate Sarah a 10! Sarah took excellent care of my puppy Beau. She communicated with me daily, sent photos, kept me aware of walks and feedings. Sarah house sat for me and when I returned home, the house was immaculate. Prior to my trip, I had asked Sarah to meet with Beau one more time so that he knew her. She made time for us out of her busy work day. Beau took to Sarah right away! Thank you so much for taking such good care of “my baby”

Samantha and Sheremn are very sweet. Samantha took good care of my two dogs and home during in house setting. Our flight got canceled and they were able to work with us to take good care of my two dogs for a few more days. We will definitely rebook with them in the future!

Adi stayed with our 3 dogs while we were traveling. She did great with our motley crew. She gave one of our dogs her medicine every day, entertained our crazy frenchie and kept our escape artist runner safe while we were gone. Our little pack can be a lot of work but Adi seemed to handle it with ease. Even our neighbors would message us and tell use what a great job she was doing. We came home to a clean house with our safe and happy pets. We would definitely recommend her and plan to request her services again.
