“This was my first time ever leaving my dogs with someone who wasn’t family, and it was during a very stressful evacuation from hurricane Milton. Joyce was so wonderful, she sent pictures, made my dogs feel at home, and helped calm them in the midst of so much going on. I had to extend my stay by a day and she was so helpful and she was so understanding of traffic when we had to drop them off later than expected. I have nothing but good things to say. About: I’ve watched my aunts dogs many times by myself whenever they were traveling. I always volunteered to take care of the family dog on breaks or weekends to and I love meeting new dogs whenever I see them on walks I’m currently an online college student so I’ll be home at all times. I don’t currently have any part time work-giving me the time to give full care to your dog after my classes. Please choose pick up and drop off times accurately. Let me know an hour in advance if you’re possibly running late for picks up. After two hours from the original pick up time, it will result in a $12/hour late fee. I live in a condo and only five minutes away from a nature trail where I can take them out on walks. My home is spacious and I have a porch for them to laze around for some needed sunlight. Since I have a cat, everything in my home is pet safe and anything dangerous is kept locked away, or closed behind doors. I always make sure the animal will be in the same room as me, moving whenever they go if they wish to explore their new environment.

About: I love animals. I have had animals in my life since before I could walk. I grew up with cats, and dogs in my home since I was a child. I fostered my friends dog for more than 4yrs. I have a rescue cat name Lucy, she is a rescue from Whisker Town Cats. I know how to administer medication for cats, and dogs. I would love to watch your fur family for you. I am a part time swim instructor I work during the week, and the weekends from 8am- 1:30 PM. I am available for dog walking/sitting anytime after 2:00pm during the week, and weekends. I have done pet sitting in the clients home. I fed the cats, fish, walked the dog. I once watched my friends dog over a weekend. I fed his dog on their scheduled time and walked the dog many times it was a lot of fun!!! I am very cautious when I am with a clients pet. I treat every pet as if they were my own.

I currently have a large dog (Cotufo), three kitties (Critter, Wybie, & Stitch) and a Bearded Dragon (Tater Tot). Outside of my love for nature, I spend my time playing games, watching films, and being creative through various outlets! Before your fur-babies are in my care, I like to ask questions about expectations to the client and give them the opportunity to ask me questions and clarify any topics we would need to talk through. I prefer to do a meet and greet and allow the pet to warm up to me as naturally as possible. While in my care, I keep pet parents updated on activities, routines, and any changes in their pets that might come up.

Joyce was so wonderful, she sent pictures, made my dogs feel at home, and helped calm them in the midst of so much going on. I had to extend my stay by a day and she was so helpful and she was so understanding of traffic when we had to drop them off later than expected. I have nothing but good things to say. She made this so much easier for us. We have two large dogs who don’t get along with other dogs and a toddler so being in a hotel room would have stressed us out so much more.
