I’ve had other pet sitters and I can see the difference of his time with them vs his time with jerika based on how excited he gets when he sees her. Definitely recommend!”

About: I am a 22 year old graduate college student. I have a shih-tzu named Wonka and he’s 9 years. I have an experience with mainly dog-walking and dog-sitting. I like to be on the move and stay active. I enjoy the company of dogs because I believe they are the best pets to have. I am currently working part time so I am more than available to handle your pets needs and ensure they are well taken care of! I care for pets by trying to keep a clean environment at all times. Cleanliness is very important to me as I find it very important for general health.

About: Hi! While I’ve had A LOT of pets growing up, a grand portion of my animal experience comes from a professional setting. I took animal science courses specializing in veterinary assistance for two years which gave me the technical skills of administering medicine, reading animal behavior, and basic care for various pet species. During holidays I’d volunteer to bring animals home so I’m also comfortable with caring for animals outside of dogs and cats (ie. rodents, snakes, lizards ranging from iguanas to beardies, even chinchillas and sugar gliders!). I also worked at a local doggy daycare during breaks which taught me about grooming and how to deal with 10+ dogs of different personalities and ages who constantly wanted attention at the same time XD I work part-time (fri-mon) so if you’re looking for help during the middle of the week, I’m your sitter! On days I work, I get home around 8:15PM so if you’re doing late night shifts or doubles, I’d still be able to pop in to give your paw-babies some company before you’re home I have a SUPER friendly Puggle named Nutmeg (7yrs old, neutered) that would keep your paw-babies company. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I live in a community with trails, ponds, and fenced areas that can easily turn a walk into an hour+

“Before I moved, Emily was my go-to pet sitter for my two cats and five chickens. They weren't the easiest pets to look after because, at the time, my kitten and my adult cat couldn't be in the same room and there was also a fox that had been snooping around my hen house. Even with these difficulties and extra precautions because of them, Emily was wonderfully professional. She has experience with a wide array of pets too, which is how I knew she could handle my hens (some of which could have an attitude to say the least). She mentioned that she has a rabbit and two cats, has worked with snakes and reptiles, and plenty of experience with all breeds of dogs. It's always hard to leave your pets (especially if there are issues at play) but Emily made me feel very comfortable. She was very warm, trustworthy, and a genuine animal lover. 10/10 would recommend!”
