About: I’ve spent over a decade helping dogs and the people who love them build better relationships. My background includes professional dog training, developing an animal-assisted intervention program in a special education school, working with therapy dog teams, supporting rescue dogs, and educating handlers using positive reinforcement methods. I love giving dogs the opportunity to sniff, explore, and enjoy the world while building confidence and trust. I have experience with puppies, adolescent dogs, senior dogs, and rescue dogs adjusting to new homes. I incorporate positive reinforcement principles, including concepts from Puppy Culture, to help puppies develop confidence, healthy habits, and a strong foundation. For dogs who enjoy adventure, I’m also happy to offer longer enrichment walks or easy hikes on dog-friendly trails (with owner approval). These outings are a great way for active dogs to get additional physical and mental enrichment while exploring safely at their own pace. As a dog owner myself, I understand that your dog is family. My goal is to provide the same thoughtful, reliable care, communication, and attention that I would want for my own dogs. I also have experience caring for cats, including living with a senior cat, and I understand that cats often need a different approach than dogs. I’m happy to provide thoughtful care while respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. Every visit/ walk, you will get text updates and photos. As a pet mom myself, it always puts me at ease to see a happy picture while in the care of a trusted sitter or walker. I’m looking forward to meeting your furry family members! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions! ☺️ I currently offer walks/ hikes Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:45-12:30 Fridays: 9:45-11:15 I can do check-ins and occasional walks on scheduled weekends and evenings as well. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I believe every dog and cat is an individual, and I take the time to understand their routines, body language, personality, and needs before providing care. For walks and drop-in visits, I follow your instructions closely and maintain a safe, calm environment for your pet. I use thoughtful handling practices, pay attention to stress signals, and make decisions based on what is best for each individual animal. I always make sure they have fresh water upon return from our walk, and during check-in visits. As a longtime pet owner with dogs and a senior cat of my own, I understand how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family. I treat each home and pet with respect, provide reliable communication, and will always prioritize your pet’s well-being.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets my entire life, and my family and friends look to me if they need me to dog sit (or pet sit) when they’re away or unavailable. I love animals, and so getting to take care of furry friends is an absolute treat!! I’m currently attending college, so monday and wednesday mornings im out of the house from 8-12. any other time, if given enough notice, i can be available for you and your pets! I live in a family home with my dog daisy, who is very friendly and about 14 years old now. She never fails to be entertained, and I love her with all my heart. I will do the same for your pets :)

I have worked in the pet care industry for over ten years now. I began dog walking in NYC, then managed a luxury boarding/daycare facility for dogs in East Syracuse. Since then I have also branched out into working in animal rescue as well. I also am currently pursuing a certification in dog training. I currently work for myself so my hours are flexible. I have 9 years of pet sitting experience, as I've been pet sitting since I was fourteen years old, and haven't stopped since. I love animals of any size or personality or quirk - they're all worthy of love and attention in my eyes! However, those who know me know that I have a soft spot for dogs :) Neighbors, friends and family members have all trusted me to feed, walk and care for their precious fur-babies. I have experience caring for doggos of all ages- from puppies to seniors. Depending on location, duration, and/or what you prefer, I can plan to stay with them overnight or just drop in to spend time during the day as needed. I currently work from home three days a week and have a very flexible schedule, making it super easy to bring my work to the home I sit for and attend to your pet's needs. I spend my days off participating in volunteer work mostly in the mornings, but I always ensure to be back in time to take care of them. I am unable to board at my house but am more than willing to drop in or stay at yours :)- whatever makes you and your pet feel most comfortable! In both cases, I make sure to follow pet parents’ instructions very carefully. I will ensure that all areas that we are playing or walking in are either fenced in or they are always leashed. When I’m away, they can be crated if needed and I will ensure they are let out before I leave. Pets in my care are always supervised. I make sure to regularly check on them when things seem too quiet, and am attentive to food, water, and potty needs. I provide a comfortable and familiar environment for your pet, sticking to their regular routines. I also give lots of attention and love to keep them feeling safe and happy. After years of house sitting, I am also used to existing respectfully in someone else’s space. I am tidy and always try to make your home as clean as it was when you left before I leave. I am a quiet neighbor and will ensure that all doors are locked/security systems are set when needed. I make sure to stay in constant communication with you, sending updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is in great hands!

About: I grew up on a dairy farm with all sorts of animals around. I have had many dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, rabbits, rats, and horses over the years. I have a degree in Equestrian Science and have taken care of animals my entire adult life. I have always been an avid hiker as well and love to take the pups on walks around the area. I currently own 3 dogs, a parrot, and 2 chickens and will give your animals the same love and attention that I give my own! I'm currently working part time and so have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I am currently available for house sitting, drop in visits and dog walking. If your dogs get along with mine I might be able to do boarding as well. I have a dog door at my house with a fenced in yard along with 5 acres of fields to walk in. When coming to your home, I use my deep knowlege of dogs, cats, and other animals to keep your animals happy in their own home where your pets are MOST comfortable. They have the comfort of knowing they are safe in a place where they can learn to trust me and we can develop a bond so I can give your pets the same level of love and care as I would give my own pets.
