“I’m giving Markie five stars because Rufus‘s instructions were followed just fine. The only problem I had is that on Saturday we asked for his visit to be from 5 to 530 and she showed up at 5:30. Then on Sunday we asked for 9 to 930 and she showed up at 20 after nine. I don’t like the thought of my cat wondering where his food is. He has all the kibble he needs so it wasn’t as if he were starving, but being on time is very important to me and it was when I was a sitter. I really do appreciate Markie’s care of our cat. It was just a little delayed. Again, though, five stars and a tip.”
“We have two large dogs, that require a ridiculous amount of attention, especially since one is very sharp/shy. We asked Katrena to come meet our dogs a couple times, to make sure that they would be compatible with her, and her with them. She was very prompt and on time with both meetings prior to actually being hired. She was very attentive to our dogs, and took plenty of time to make sure they, and we were comfortable with leaving the dogs in her care. Not only did our dogs accept her, but they absolutely adored her. Her attention to detail was second to none. She was prompt each day, and made sure that the dogs were calm, before leaving, especially because of the fireworks for Independence Day. We were very comfortable knowing that our dogs were well taken care of, and that she was accepted as part of their pack. If you’re having any doubts about your pets companion in your absence, I assure you you won’t after leaving them in the care of Katrena. She treats them as her own, and she never seems to tire from giving belly rubs. We will be using her again, in the near future, and so happy that we decided to hire her for the care of our dogs.”

He even waited at the front window for her to come. She was amazing. I received at least 5 photos a day of him, plus videos. She fed him, checked his water and cleaned him litter box for me. Bailey is a very responsible, pet loving sitter who really impressed me with all she had done for my cats. I have a cat with a nervous stomach, so much so that when I'm gone for a few days, he almost always gets sick... she noticed the mess and actually cleaned it up! Not many sitters will do that extra chore and I just thought that was very kind of her. She also accepted the job at the very last minute. I had booked with a different sitter a couple of weeks before my vacation and she texted me the day before i was set to leave, explaining that she had no way of getting to my house to pet sit for me. So, all in all, Bailey was there for me when I really needed her and my cats warmed up to her pretty quickly. I'm extremely happy with all that Bailey has done for me and I hope to be able to book with her again, she's great!
