Photos and notes from each visit helped a lot too, knowing that the cats were doing well helped mitigate some of the stress.”

“I actually didn't meet Samantha in person becuase we both felt comfortable enough to communicate via text/phone/email. I prefer it this way because my pet needs are pretty easy and straightforward and the traditional "meet & greet" that I've done with sitters in the past has seemed like overkill when it's just for a cat (it was different when I had a dog because they're a little more unpredictable with unfamiliar faces). She did everything as we agreed upon and kept me updated during my absense with just the right amount of information (one or two photos, which is plenty). I highly recommend Samantha and hope she is available everytime I go away.”

About: I love dogs and have helped raise two labs and have been dog-sitting. I like to snuggle and play with them! I love lots of animals. My mom will be in charge of the care of your pet. We as a family all pitch in to take care of pets! Our dog goes to a friend’s house every time we’re away. She loves it there so we like to give others’ pets a fun family home away from home, too! I have a partially fenced large yard and can be flexible with your needs. I have a dog and cat at home. I can walk your dog around my house or at the park.

About: I have been a pet owner and taken care pets for friends and family for the past 13 years. I have had experience taking care of pets in all stages of life. Whether they’re energetic and need constant play, or they’re older and require a gentler hand. I do not view our pets as just animals, but as family members, so I understand the importance of providing them with the attention and care they deserve. I am currently working full time as a remote employee, which puts me in the perfecting position for boarding. I am also always available in early mornings, evenings and weekends for walks or drop ins. And can board nearly any free day. I offer personalized care based off the needs of each pet individually. I am a long time pet owner myself so I understand the various responsibilities required to care for our animals.

About: I’ve baby sat for homes with at least 3 animals and have stayed with dogs at the owner’s house for a week while on vacation! I’ve also owned cats all my life! I’ve pet sat for dogs and cats multiple times for different families over the years :) I’m a physical therapy student at the University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore City and can best help out after class and at night, but anytime on weekends! I get out of class around 3-4pm on weekdays so I’d be able to visit around 4-5pm and then again at night. I would be able to do the same for cats which I would be a better help with since they’re less maintenance! I know how to clean litter boxes and love playing with cats! For dogs, I love going on walks/runs to get exercise in and I’m used to sticking to schedules for feeding if needed. I’m always down to hang out with your pets for a bit while you’re gone and give them attention they need!
