About: Hi there! 👋 After taking a two-year break to settle into a new area about an hour away, I’m excited to be reactivating my Rover profile! During that time, my family and I went through some changes — we said goodbye to our two beloved dogs and recently welcomed a playful new puppy who’s now 6 months old. About: Hi! I am new to Rover! I am 24 and have taken care of dogs my whole life! Growing up, we always had at least 2-4 dogs in our home at all times, all different breeds and sizes. We treat dogs like children in my family :) I work a hybrid job in office Monday-Wednesday so my availability is mainly Thursday-Sunday. Week days I am available to do visits throughout the day and weekends my availability is very open. I am very good at following directions and I can ensure I will keep your pets safe and do anything I can to make this experience as comfortable as possible!

About: Aside from pet sitting since I was 16, I have two years of shelter work and two years as a vet assistant where I have administered medications, been on seizure watch with epileptic patients, helped deliver puppies and also worked with dogs who had behavioral issues due to rough pasts. I also have helped take care of very elderly and senior dogs and understand the time and care they need, as well as helping with dogs going through their first heat cycle. I currently work very part time, mostly every other weekend with a break in between as well as taking classes, two of which are online, but am typically very flexible for things such as walks and play time. My goal is to make sure all dogs I sit get at least one hour of playtime a day, obviously adjusted for energy level. I am also available to do overnight care for more senior dogs or dogs that need medications at specific times, as well as dogs that do better having someone in the home. My biggest rule when I do overnights is to make sure the house is completely secure before I go to sleep. Your pets safety is my number one priority . I have been trained by my job on how to handle multiple pet emergencies, including seizures, overheating and injuries. As someone who has owned and worked with dogs dealing with joint problems, I make sure to prevent any falls or accidents by keeping the dog in safe areas as well as monitoring activity.

About: I grew up with multiple pets, including two cats in my childhood and a wonderful dog that I helped care for in her seniority, so I've been familiar with animals all my life. Currently, I own and aided in training a high-maintenance, special needs German Shepherd. He's a sweetheart, but he's definitely a commitment! Given his intensely anxious nature, he needs a patient hand to calm him often. He's also epileptic, so I am well practiced in attentiveness, administering medication, following specialized meal plans and the like if needed. I have also done pet and house sitting on many occasions, particularly for family and friends but for a wide variety of pets– from little dogs that didn't even reach my knee, to my own Shepherd, who stands just about as tall as my hip. I've house kept for up to a week, entertaining young dogs and going on daily walks, etc. I am always happy to be introduced to new little ones and have a high pain tolerance when it comes to their claws, so I don't mind when they get a bit rowdy, either! High energy or low, I will gladly make time for any fluffy friends who need a watchful eye. I am currently on track to earn my Associates in the Arts from Carroll Community College, before transferring to Towson University, about a 45 minute commute from my home. My class schedules usually entail that I'm home fairly early in the afternoon, and though I am also working, it will ideally be no more than three days a week at any given time, leaving plenty of room for me to take on pet care! Even busy as a bee, I'll always make time for them where I can. Though my own home may not be an ideal place for another pet to spend nights due to my Shepherd's nervousness, I will gladly offer my time to visit others. I have previously found myself curled up on a couch with a pet I was taking care of overnight, or even falling asleep on the floor with them. So long as their pet parents are happy for me to do so, I will gladly stay wherever is most comfortable for the pet involved, and take food/water/sleeping arrangements where they are best suited. I also have a fair sense of direction, so I'm perfectly content on walks in unfamiliar places, especially when I have friendly doggos with me!

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs for the past 30 years. In the past 10 years have enjoyed taking care of my senior Beagles. I'm off for the summer so just about any day works! In the fall, my schedule will allow Mon- Fri after 3pm. Can't wait to help out! I can help you in your home with feeding, walking and playing with your pet. If your pet just needs snuggles, I'm there for it.

Hannah followed my "directions" perfectly and sent as many pix of my babies that I wanted. She even took pix of my shy baby under the bed where he was hiding!
