About: I’ve always been very gentle and caring towards animals. I grew up with all kinds of animals including dogs. As I’ve adopted a dog of my own I’ve learned what it’s like to own a complex animal. My dog does not get along with other dogs even though she loves people. Learning how to navigate this with her it makes me feel prepared to handle a non ideal situation if one were to arise. I currently work part time allowing me extra time in the day to care for other animals. I do have a cat and dog of my own that I care for everyday. I take my dog for several walks a day and we typically play inside. I do have a long lead that I can use for us to play outside. Jess’s professionalism with her rover reports and keeping me up to date on everything and everything far exceeded my expectations. I felt weird at first because this is my first experience using this app and Jess was even able to help me understand how the app works and walk me through a lot of things I didn’t think of doing. She went the extra mile to take care of my two dogs and what made it even better was her enthusiasm towards everything. About: I have had pets since a child (duck, rabbit, dogs, cats, iguanas) and just love them. I let dogs take their time when exploring and I don’t rush them unless I see that they have found a Scooby snack. Most dogs prefer to sit in my lap even when in the presence of their owner. They love me and I love them even the sassiest of them. I work from home which allows me to be available 24 hours a day. If your pet is a foodie, they will love it here (salmon bites, duck necks, chicken feet, ice cream, pup cups and frozen fruit on hot days). I will send an update the first evening and the morning after so you are certain that they have settled in. Thereafter I will send a picture or video daily but you are welcomed to check in at any time. My assistant Imani (my mom who lives with and assists with sitting), also enjoys loving on and helping with your babies. She may help with check in/ check out and walks. **I now have a cat and cannot accept dogs that aren’t cat friendly. I also cannot accept unfixed dogs and dogs that aren’t housebroken. I walk 3-5 miles in the morning and another in the evenings (less depending on the weather). I would love to take your baby along. I have a friendly dog. I use baby gates and can also crate your dog (you must bring the crate with you). They would sleep in my bedroom on the dog beds and have free range of the house (except the kitchen which has a gate up).

About: I have owned dogs all my life all shapes and sizes. I have been trained and volunteer for MDSPCA and the Baltimore Humane Society. I believe it’s important that all dog’s feel loved and taken care of and are as much a family member as anyone else. I know how important interactive play is and enrichment. Keeping a dog in their own environment is best for their well being. Kennels can be very noisy and stressful to the average dog. About: I have had many dogs in my life time and I enjoy walking, talking to, caring for and spending time with dogs when I can. I miss my pets but I am not ready to get one of my own. However, I would love to help you care for your pet when you are gone. I am a teacher during the school year. I usually can help you out on the weekend or nights during the school year. During the summer I can help more often in a variety of days and times. My fur babies have all past. When I have helped friends and family take care of their pets I make sure to get to know their fur baby before they need me to care for them. I learn their pet's routines and I try to spend some time with them so they know my sent. This makes it more comfortable for the owner and pet when I am with them.

About: Starting at the age of 11 up to today I have been trusted to take care, bathe and feed animals in my neighborhood, friends and family. I’m well at observing and giving medication if needed for older pets but also can be playful and help with the puppies/kittens as well! I currently work at an animal hospital which helps in my knowledge of feeding and taking care of pets. I work part time, mainly mornings but I’m willing to work around that if needed.
