About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 5 years old and have grown up with both bunnies, cats and dogs of all sizes, giving me over 13 years of hands on experience. Throughout the years, I’ve helped with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine and follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed and instructed), playtime, and any special requests. I prioritize your pet’s safety by keeping a close eye on them during walks and outdoor time, making sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I also understand the importance of respecting your home, keeping it clean, and providing regular updates with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. During that time, my family and I went through some changes — we said goodbye to our two beloved dogs and recently welcomed a playful new puppy who’s now 6 months old. About: I have experience training dogs of all sizes and ages. My family had dogs throughout the entirety of my childhood, giving me a deep appreciation for pets of all kinds growing up. I gained further training and experience through my employment at Petco as an operations specialist. Pet care has been a part of my daily routine for the entirety of my life. Whether it was making a special dinner for a picky-eater dog that needed medication, taking a rambunctious puppy out into the yard to relieve their energy, or taking multiple dogs out for a walk to make sure they get their exercise, pet care isn't just an addition to my routine, it is an integral structure to it. I have experience taking pets outside both in a yard and out on a leash for a walk. I have experience giving medication to animals of all kinds, as well as transferring animals into and out of crates/carriers.
