Dog Walkers in Fields Landing, CA

About: I have 5 outdoor cats and had 1 dog, who recently passed away due to a brain tumor. I am full of love for animals, but I am not ready to take on another pet full time. Instead, I would love to help my neighbors provide care for their pets! Miko was a very special dog, that required tons of walks & taught me a LOT about animal behavior and communication. Through my love and training for him, I was able to spend a lot of time doing what is most important to me: spending time in nature, bonding, teaching and loving animals. They give me such purpose, and I want to spend each and everyday around them. I work full-time, from home, in the tech industry and have a very flexible schedule. Due to my home being empty, it's a safe place for pets to stay or I can travel easily. I currently work full time Monday - Thursday from my computer and have a very flexible schedule. I can work anywhere with good wifi, can take a lot of breaks to do walks & potty time. I don't have a fenced yard so your dog would be on leash outside at my house. I live in a very quiet area, so it's great for reactive dogs if they need a more quiet place to be. I am able to crate train you dog as you wish, and teach them simple commands if that is something you desire. I'm very flexible and will follow your instructions.

“Sam is wonderful with my beagle mix, Kahlo. Kahlo is quite an anxious guy and can be a bit of a handful. But he's done well with Sam. I'm so grateful for the walks my pup gets on long days, and let's just say that I have a strong feeling Sam gets more steps in with Kahlo than I'm able to! We always have a fun photo for the day and I feel like my little guy is in good hands, as well as my home safe with Sam. :)”

About: I have been trusted to take care of others’ pets for approximately eight years now. I absolutely adore animals and think they deserve the world, so your pet’s wants and needs are my number one priority! If my prices are not in your range, I am happy to negotiate something that is fair for us both. I am a full-time college student, so in between classes and on weekends I have plenty of time to walk, bathe, feed, and play with your fur baby. I will go above and beyond to make sure your pets are comfortable while you’re away. I am willing to check in on your pets as many times as you feel necessary, or even stay with them throughout the day. I always say “treat others how you would want to be treated,” so I hold the same expectations to myself that I would have someone who was watching my pet.

“Whenever I was Chip's houseguest while he was caring for a little dog named Roxy, I was impressed that Chip was always attentive, loving and caring for the little dog. Roxy was well fed and exercised and seemed completely at home. She was brushed and bathed on a regular basis. Chip was taking care of the dog while the dogs owner was fighting Cancer. Roxy had the run of the house, her own bed, a patio where she could enjoy the sun during the day and an outside meadow to commune with other dogs. I bet she thought she was on vacation!”

About: I take care of many dogs and have had them at my house or stay at their owner’s house. Either way I am very comfortable with. I am currently not working and have lots of love and time for your fur babies. Dogs bring me a lot of joy. I also really love walking so I can exercise your dogs anytime. I have a fenced yard and lots of space for animals. I also have a corral if the dog needs to be locked us at night.

About: I currently own 3 cats, and have taken care of many animals over the years-cats, dogs, fish, chickens, even horses! From housesitting for family friends, to walking their dogs when needed, I am used to dropping into care for animals and following their specific needs and instructions. My schedule typically consists of working early mornings, giving me more than enough time to take dogs for walks multiple times a day! I love spending my free time with your fur friends! I am here to help you. My home is unfortunately not open for housing due to my cats, but I am able to do pop ins, housesitting, and more inside of your home, whilst being respectful of your space, belongings, and most of all, your pet! I love to give them attention while making sure that I follow your specific instructions, even if it means waking up at 5 am to administer medications!
