“Kate was awesome! Our kitty can be a bit of a handful, but she cared for him impeccably. She is a great communicator and very friendly with both us and our cat. I would highly recommend her, particularly if you too have a bit of a crazy cat.”

About: Throughout my teen years, I’ve taken care of many pets; from training my puppies to caring for relatives’ pets. No matter the circumstances, I always have a fun time caring for these pets. I’m on the hunt for a part time job so I’m available all the time to care for pets! What better to do than doing something I love? I have three dogs at home and big yard but as we warm my dogs up to playing with others as part of their puppy training, we’ll keep your pets in your home.
About: I have been taking care of my friends’ and neighbors’ dogs and cats since I was 15. I have been hired to dog and cat sit during the day (for pets of all ages), walking dogs, and drop in visits to feed animals and play with them! I am currently in physical therapy school and have a very flexible schedule. I am available after 4pm Monday through Friday and off on the weekends. Starting May 1st I will be available all day everyday except for days marked off! I have a fence and big backyard. When caring for others pets, I am able to let them outside with a fence or able to take them out on a leash. I also have a car if they enjoy car rides!
About: Hello, I'm Paige and I am new to rover but I have three years of dogsitting experience as well as having a dog of my own. I am looking forward to meeting and caring for your furry friends! I'm currently working part time, so there is plenty of time in my schedule to care for your pups. I am free on weekdays or weekends, whenever you need me. When dogsitting, I make sure to give the dogs daily walks as well as exercise through playing. I always make sure they are getting affection because I know they are missing their parents.
“Is my second time booking with Isabelle who is very flexible & responsible. She took care of 4 dogs! No problems at all and I could relax knowing they were being looked after.”

About: I have been caring for animals my entire life and have extensive hands-on experience with cats and dogs of all ages, personalities, and needs. I currently care for four cats of my own and recently fostered four sibling kittens, providing them with a safe and loving environment while they prepared for their forever homes. Over the years, I have also cared for friends' and family members' dogs, providing walks, companionship, feeding, and attentive care based on their individual routines. I am comfortable caring for senior pets, following specific instructions, and recognizing changes in behavior or health. What sets me apart is my patience, reliability, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide compassionate, dependable loving care while you're away. I work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. close to home, which allows me to provide reliable pet care before and after work. I'm also available evenings, weekends, and many holidays. While I don't offer boarding or overnight care in my home, I'm happy to provide drop-in visits, walks, and care in your pet's familiar environment. I'll treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Caring for animals has always been a part of my daily life, and I make time to ensure every pet receives the attention, affection, and dependable care they deserve. While I don't offer boarding or overnight care in my home, I'm happy to provide drop-in visits and care in your pet's familiar environment.
About: I have always had a soft spot for puppies to seniors, all breeds of pooches. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, car rides to drive around, a special treat for a pup cup and playing fetch in the yard. I am comfortable with medications, baths/grooming, accidents and the endless dog kisses. I have 2 dogs myself (Rottweiler, and a King Charles Cavalier) who are very rambunctious and always keep me on my toes. I am currently available during the week, weekends and holidays. I am home and available for drop ins, long visits, dog-walks, boarding/overnight visits at your home. I do have a very large fenced in yard for dogs to play in. Multiple crate sizes for dogs and cats along with carriers. For cats- I have multiple cat trees in my home. I do have areas to seperate pets if needed in my 4 story home. Multiple food bowls, blankets and beds to keep everyone happy.
“Lauren visits my dogs weekly. Always on time, great communication, gets the oldest couch potato out of the house and into the yard, and takes great photos. I'm very happy and comfortable to leave my pampered boys in her care.”

About: Reliable, organized, and always on time, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I have hands-on experience caring for playful puppies and senior dogs, including administering medications and sticking to care routines. I always provide plenty of patience, attention, and love so you can feel confident your pup is in good hands. Caring for pets is already part of my everyday routine with my own two dogs. I have the flexibility to provide dependable visits and intentionally limit my schedule so every pet receives patient, attentive care without feeling rushed. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I stay mindful of my surroundings during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and make sure your pet is comfortable, secure, and cared for at all times. I provide fresh water, follow your pet’s routine, and treat every pet with the same patience and attention I'd want for my own.
“This was my first time leaving my dog with someone unknown. I was totally against putting her in a kennel as she has never been in that type of environment ….(she’s 11 years old). I couldn’t have picked a better person to watch my baby. Deanna is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she reliable and trustworthy, but she always made herself available in case my scheduled changed. Rylee became quick friends with Deanna and adores her! Deanna consistently sent pictures and updates of their walks and Rylees general well being. This provided such comfort and peace of mind. Deanna went above and beyond. She watered my plants and swept up after coming in and out from walks. She even stayed later than she was supposed to in order to make Rylee feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Deanna. I WILL DEFINITELY hire Deanna again. Jeanne, Mark, and Rylee 🩷”

About: I've been taking care of dogs, cats, and basically any animal pet you could think of since I was 7 reliable family and I would say. Also I have fostered about five dogs since moving out of my parents house. I love that I can provide a loving, caring, and comfortable environment for any pet. ❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a currently stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time and attention to each pet in my care. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, or simply providing companionship, I can be consistent and attentive throughout the day. I understand how important it is to stick to each pet’s normal routine, so I’ll do my best to follow your instructions and schedule to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being will always be my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs before providing care. I’ll carefully follow all feeding instructions, medication schedules (if needed), exercise routines, and any other preferences you have for your pet. I believe in building trust with every animal by being patient, gentle, and allowing them to become comfortable at their own pace. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
“Katie gave my one cat a pill every day and scooped the litter box while we were away. She came over before we left to go over instructions and said she would message us if there were any issues. We came back to nice clean litter boxes, and we did not get any messages so I’m assuming she was good giving the medication! Thanks Katie!”

“I’ve had family members come over and try to let my dog out before & couldn’t get her out but Alexandria did! I’m literally in shock and so so so grateful and happy with her! She also sent me videos and pictures. She truly is the best of the best!!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
