“Does a great job taking care of our two senior dogs with drop ins, always ensures they have water and lets use know their condition and if there is anything to watch for.”

“I’m so glad that I found Morgan! She is wonderful with my dogs, they just love her, she is on time, reliable, and her communication is perfect. Definitely rebooking!”

About: My parents got me my very first dog when I was six years old, and honestly, that was the beginning of my lifelong dog obsession. Since then, I’ve always had dogs (sometimes more than one) so caring for pups has been a normal part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. I’ve handled everything from tiny cuddle bugs to big goofy giants, seniors who need a gentle pace, and energetic pups who think every day is a marathon. Because I grew up with dogs, I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, basic training, meds, and understanding each dog’s unique personality. I treat every pup like family, because that’s exactly what dogs have always been to me. I run a photography business, so outside of scheduled times where I am shooting (weddings, family portraits etc), I'm very much available to take care of your pets with my full priority. If I'm not in front of a client, I can do all of my other work without needing to be in any specific place and without time constraints, so I'm happy to put down my editing tablet for long walks, play times and any attention and care that your pets could want or need. Security, fullfillment, and furry photos are my mottos. I want to make sure that your rules are followed to the letter, and I'm happy to be recorded/walks tracked to give you ease of mind. Next I want to make sure that your pets feel that someone is there that cares about them, is interested in them and wants to give them exciting play times and COMPANY, not just supervision. And finally, so long as you're okay with it, I'm happy to bring my camera along and take some professional pictures of your hairy best friend for fun and sharing with you (feel free to turn it down, and of course I'm not charging anything for it, I just think everyone deserves good pictures of their family!)
“I could not have asked for a better human to be looking after my handsome baby boy! Christa was extremely professional, reliable and handled my 16 year old cat's needs amazingly. She went above and beyond to make sure he was fed, had fresh water and even tended to his litterbox. I look forward to booking Christa again!”
“Joanne was kind and attentive. Really made us feel at ease while being away. We got detailed updates on how my dogs were feeling everyday. Even when one seemed sad that we were gone longer than he’d like. I couldn’t be happier with our experience.”

“Aimee was great! This was my first time using Rover and she made me feel super comfortable by stopping in for a quick visit with myself and the puppy. During her visit she sent lots of pictures and was prompt with her arrival time. Will use her again!!”

About: I’ve had my own pup since I was about 9 years old. Bathing, feeding, playing, training and walking was all apart of my responsibilities. I’m available most days of the week including weekends if service is needed; Availability can be worked upon. I can bring treats and or dog/cat food if needed! When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress free as possible. I understand that pets feel most comfortable in their own environment, so I take the time to learn their daily schedule, habits, and preferences. I keep everything clean and tidy, follow any specific instructions you provide, and stay attentive to your pet’s behavior and wellbeing. “Katie gave my one cat a pill every day and scooped the litter box while we were away. She came over before we left to go over instructions and said she would message us if there were any issues. We came back to nice clean litter boxes, and we did not get any messages so I’m assuming she was good giving the medication! Thanks Katie!”

About: I've taken care of my own pets since middle school, and have always had a passion for animals from even the littlest of betta fish all the way up to dogs and cats. All animals have a place in my heart, from puppies to the older guys that just like to relax. I'll make them feel safe, comfy, and most importantly I'll always make sure they're truly taken care of. As a nursing student, that caring and attentive nature is a huge part of who I am. As a student my schedule is quite flexible! My schedule changes on a week to week basis but always feel free to reach out and ask because I’m usually available for at least a couple hours every day :) I'm a very detail-oriented and attentive person. My top priority is ensuring your pet's routine is maintained perfectly, from their specific feeding schedules to their unique personality quirks. I am reliable, easy to communicate with, and will send plenty of photo updates so you can relax, knowing your pet is in great hands.
About: I've been taking care of dogs, cats, and basically any animal pet you could think of since I was 7 reliable family and I would say. Also I have fostered about five dogs since moving out of my parents house. I love that I can provide a loving, caring, and comfortable environment for any pet. ❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a currently stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time and attention to each pet in my care. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, or simply providing companionship, I can be consistent and attentive throughout the day. I understand how important it is to stick to each pet’s normal routine, so I’ll do my best to follow your instructions and schedule to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being will always be my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs before providing care. I’ll carefully follow all feeding instructions, medication schedules (if needed), exercise routines, and any other preferences you have for your pet. I believe in building trust with every animal by being patient, gentle, and allowing them to become comfortable at their own pace. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I have had a dog my whole life and love all animals! Currently we have a 7yr old dog, and 5yr old cat in our house. The cat mostly keeps to herself. Our dog is crate trained and very hyper. If I am dog boarding, I would request our dogs meet first. I work during the day but am available at all times early morning, night, and all weekends. During the summer time I am available each day all day! My home is animal friendly. I am extremely flexible when it comes to meeting your pet’s needs. I am available for walks, home visits, or pet sitting (in my home). I also understand each pet has their own schedule/routine and training in place. I will honor whatever rules and routines you have in place. I am also very active. If you have an active dog, I am happy to take them on long walks, runs, and to the park. I also love cats and am willing to take care of them. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any additional questions. I look forward to working with you!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wrights Mill. On Rover:

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
