About: I spent a lot of my childhood on a farm, playing and then working with all sorts of animals! I believe this is where my love started! I have cared for dogs and cats as personal pets my entire life, and have always had a love and respect for all animals. I enjoy spending as much of my personal time as possible with them. I have worked at and still often visit my local shelter just to spend time with and comfort the animals there, and I receive emotional support from them as well ;) I have a very flexible work (Real Estate) schedule and am available 24/7. Your pet's SAFETY during times with me is my most IMPORTANT GOAL and RULE! They will NEVER be unleashed. I love walks and visiting dog parks if that is something your pet would like. I'll care for your dog the same way I would my own. Pet care is already part of my everyday life because of my own dog, Taco. He's super active, so walks and park trips are already part of my everyday routine. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs, so dog walking and drop in visits fit naturally into my schedule. I'm available weekday afternoons and anytime on weekends. I always want dogs to feel safe and comfortable around me. “I had a house/dog sitter lined up but the had a family emergency and bailed on 6 days before I was leaving town. After searching, begging, and panicking, I got a response for Shea who was on board with the work and timeframe! He was very communicative, sending me messages regularly and responding quickly. He kept in the loop about my pets (dog and hamsters). And, one of the most important factors for me, he was kind and enjoyed being with the animals. He has experience with dogs so knows how to work with them and my dog behaved well and listened to him. When we got back my dog was a little confused - this was the first time we had ever left her with another person so we knew that she would be and Shea hung out a few minutes and we talked about some of the many many things he does while we acclimated a bit. My dog has an abuse history but with Shea she wasn't jumpy at all, she was comfortable and felt safe - that alone was a huge sign to me - just seeing how she reacted after a week with him and she was happy, comfortable, and calm. Oh and he pointed out an owie she got while we were gone so we could get it taken care of. Thanks Shea! I highly recommend him to others looking for someone!”

About: Hi there! I’ve cared for animals of all ages in households with multiple cats and dogs, also including exotic pets. I grew up with a pet husky and miniature poodle, and have experience walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I work in the morning/ early afternoon as a Barista ~20 hours a week. I am generally free early morning (before 8am), and afternoon-nighttime. I am off ~3 days a week (usually between Monday-Thursday) during which I can give extra time and attention to pet care. I have years of experience caring for and walking all kinds of dogs and am very attentive to the emotions and needs of each animal.

About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime. Every dog that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I was responsible for all of my dogs and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.
