About: I am a lifelong animal lover with six years of experience. I volunteered at the SPCA of Monterey County for 124 hours and currently work at a local Animal Center in San Diego. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and energy levels. I treat every pup like my own family, ensuring that they get plenty of love, exercise, and attention while you are away. I currently work at an animal shelter/center. I work 8 hour shifts 4 days of the week (days vary). The other days I spend taking dog & house sitting jobs or babysitting jobs. During the days I am at the animal shelter I leave the house at 10am and return at 7pm. On days I am not at the shelter I stay at the house with your pup and the maximum time I’d be away is 3 hours a day (unless told otherwise by owner). Dogs will get daily walks, meals, and meds (if needed) as instructed by their owner. I try to include the dogs in my daily activities. For example, choosing to sit with them while I reply to work emails or answer work calls.

“Vivian was amazing with our 2 big dogs. She did a drop in visit the week before coming to watch our girls for 4 days. While on our trip we got lots of photos and updates and after the first text we knew the girls were having fun. When we got home, I noticed how silky their coats were from all the brushings they got while Vivian was here. They were happy to see us, but they still go to check out the room where Vivian was sleeping to see if maybe she’s still here. It’s unanimous that we will be using her to sit again.”

About: Owning cats and dogs all throughout my life really shaped who I am as a person and I want to make sure that you get to relax when you’re away, knowing that your sitter is doing everything possible to make sure you’re pet is safe and happy. I feel competent in taking care of dogs and cats with disabilities, are old, or need special instructions. I graduated high school a few months ago and have decided to take a gap year to figure out what major I would like to pursue. Currently I have no part time or full time jobs so my schedule is super flexible. I will follow any and all instructions you set, I understand how tedious some animals care can be and I promise to follow every step with caution as to make your animal feel safe and happy during the sitting.

About: Howdy Rover! Growing up, my family always had cats, cats for days, mom did not have the bandwidth for dog shenanigans. But I have been passionate about canine's from my earliest memories. I have been dogsitting and walking my grandparents dog as well as neighborhood dogs since I was 12. MY first dog, raised from 3 months, is the big handsome purebred German Shepherd seen in my profile photo. Koda was adopted from a breeder in 2020. He's very friendly and well trained. My roommate has another Gshep adopted from a shelter, and an Aussie Shep, so I'm used to VERY high energy and demanding dogs. That said, our home can't accommodate anymore furry friends, so I'm only available for housesitting and visits. Looking forward to meeting your furbabies! At this time my availability is completely open. I happily make this my full-time job if possible. I've been out of formal work for a year due to a slump in the job market.
