“I had a last minute emergency of not having someone to watch kylo while i went away. after constant searching my boyfriend recommended i try Rover and i found Jennifer . She was accommodating, sweet and attentive from the first meet. i was a bit nervous as a first time user for the app and i’ve never had anyone who wasn’t family take care of kylo, but she’s trustworthy and always sent updates on Kylo and how he was doing and he was settling in very easily. her environment was something i loved for kylo to be around, she was always around with kylo and gave him constant attention, cuddles, and her dog Sadie, was just as energetic as him. i’m glad he wasn’t alone and it definitely eased my mind to know he was in a safe environment surrounded by people and other pet friends. my encounter with her was so smooth and last minute but i’m glad she took Kylo in and treated him like her own. if you’re unsure of leaving your pet with someone i 100000% recommend her ! i know kylo had a blast with her and i would definitely love for her to watch kylo for future because of how happy he was and i was knowing he was cared for”

“Gina and her husband are lovely. Brought my 2 cats there to be watched for the day because I had work being done in my house (chemicals being sprayed) and they needed to ve kept safe. Gina texted me pictures throughout the day and was readily available via text when I anxiously texted her to check in. This was the longest my indoor cats had ever been out of the house, and the only time without me. I felt comfortable leaving them in her care and would not hesitate to bring them back if I needed to. She took care of my two cats for a week while I was in the process of moving, and from the very start (booking on the app) she made everything so easy and completely stress-free. She was incredibly communicative, flexible, and accommodating with scheduling - which I really appreciated while things were a little hectic on my end. She sent me at least three updates a day, complete with photos and little notes about how they were doing, what they were up to, and how they were eating and behaving. It was so reassuring and honestly a huge relief to know they were being so well looked after. One of my cats acts like she owns the place (any place) and the other is pretty shy and takes a while to warm up to new people. Lindsay easily accommodated their individual personality preferences and silly sibling dynamic so that both cats were clearly getting lots of love and attention every day. She was so patient, kind, and gentle with my scaredy cat that he warmed up quickly and was comfortable and happy in her care. It’s not easy to find someone like Lindsay who is not only reliable and professional, but also genuinely thoughtful and caring when it comes to bonding with pets. I felt completely at ease leaving my cats in her care, and was happy to bring home two very content and well-cared-for kitties. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like her own, look no further — she’s the best! 100/10 stars and would 100% book again the next time I need a cat sitter!”
