“We had used Faith once before for an overnight. This time we were lucky enough to get her for an entire week while we were on vacation. We were over the moon knowing we didn’t have to worry about our babies. Faith always goes above and beyond sending pictures and videos and updates, giving our 3 rascals all the love, playing with them, and general daily care. She is worth her weight in gold! :)”

“Ashley was lovely and arrived on time. It was our first, but won't be our last. Her personality is very chill, which is a perfect compliment to looking after Whippets. So happy to have someone we can call now.”

About: I have worked as an animal sitter since graduating from college in 2010. We lost our two adopted dogs this year at the ripe old ages of 17 and 14 and have not brought any new indoor pets into our home. I have volunteered with animals and worked in a veterinary setting with large animals (horses mostly!) I graduated with a degree in animal sciences. I am well equipped for special needs dogs with a large dog stroller and wheelchair! I work outside of the home 4 days a week and am home Friday through Sunday to spend as much time with your pet as they need! I love to run, so if you have a high-energy dog, then reach out to me! We can wear each other out. Our home is dog friendly with a large fenced in yard with indoor access for dogs that prefer to make their own indoor/outdoor schedule. We love to have pups and cats snuggle on the couch with us or play in our large yard. We have farm animals, lots of new smells and places to explore!

“As usual, Dawn was fantastic with our JoJo. He was still mourning the loss of his "sister" Kali and our vacation only weeks after her passing could have been devastating. But the pictures and videos showed just how much he loves Dawn's company and how caring she is.”

“Sam was wonderful! She took great care of our 115 lb Leonberger and of our house while she stayed here. She was great at communicating with us and sending pictures along the way.”

“Shea and Nicole were so great. I would absolutely recommend them. They were able to do a last minute booking with us and were very communicative. They took the pups on many walks and played lots of ball in the backyard!! Loved all the pictures they sent too.”

About: Hi, I'm Dana -a compassionate, experienced pet and farm sitter serving the seacoast and surrounding areas. With years of hands-on experience, caring for dogs, cats, horses, goats, pigs, chickens, and more. I bring a calm, grounded presence to every visit. Whether its a midday walk, overnight care, or feeding your herd, I treat each animal like family. Animals are deeply intuitive - they feel every, connection, and trust. I built Sacred Bond around this belief: that caregiving is not just a job, but a sacred relationship. From high-energy pups to sensitive senior animals. I show up with patience, love and attention to detail. Comfortable with administering medications Experienced in farm care(horses, goats, pigs, chickens, etc.) Customized drop-in visits and walking routines Fully insured & happy to provide references Whether you're heading out of town or just need a helping hand, I'll make sure your animals feel safe, seen, and cared for. Sacred Bond Pet Services is my full-time business. My availability is open 7 days a week, please contact me for more information, looking forward to hearing from you soon I have plenty of land for long or short walks, plus plenty of off leash play time, I also have a couple wonderful furry babies that would love to keep anyone company. Your pet will have the option of being offered a crate or a cozy bed to lay in whatever you/they prefer.

“Meagan was fantastic! She took great care of our little guy, allowing us to take part in a family event without worrying. She was proactive in setting up a meet and greet a couple of days before and was prompt and kind. We'll be asking her back in the future for sure! Thanks Meagan:”

“Amanda was wonderful for my fur children while away. She was responsible and timely, and shared pictures throughout her stay with them so that our minds were at ease and we could relax. Our Aussie/Border Collie has extreme anxiety and attachment issues, but I could tell he immediately relaxed around her! We are so thankful to have found her!!!”

“We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care Trie provided for our 13-year-old Maltipoo. He has a tough time with separation anxiety and often struggles with eating when we're away, but Trie was absolutely incredible with him. She stayed by his side, took him on several walks a day, and knew exactly how to encourage him to eat. Trie sent us frequent updates and lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. For the first time, we were able to truly relax on vacation knowing our fur baby was in such loving hands. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, kind, and attentive — exactly the kind of person you’d hope to find to care for your pet. We’ll definitely be booking with her again for any future travel!”

About: I will not be accepting new boarding clients starting in August (likely for the remainder of the year) due to one of my dogs getting knee surgery. However, if your request is further out in the year, please don’t hesitate to reach out as I am reviewing on a case by case basis. I started out fostering dogs of all ages and medical issues for a few years before adopting our own 2 dogs. I’m comfortable with any sized dog. We have a large fenced in back yard. One of our dogs is older, so I am familiar with senior dog care. I am comfortable giving any sorts of medications needed for any age. We did go through dog training with our 2 dogs when they were younger, so can continue working on basic dog training skills with your dog if that is something you are working on. I also have experience with dogs with tick-borne diseases as one of ours has had a couple bouts of it. We walk our dogs on a 1.5 mile walk almost every day and give them lots of time in the fenced in backyard! We can adapt to whatever your typical dog walking/outside time schedule is. We like to spend a lot of time outside and on trails, so if your dog is one who likes trail walks, we are the right fit for you! I stay home with our 2 year old and my husband works from home so someone is pretty much always home. We have a large fenced in backyard. We have 3 levels and keep your dog(s) and our dogs separated as needed. We do have a toddler who loves dogs but also respects their boundaries. If I’m at your house I will follow whatever routine you do for your dogs!

“Tara stayed at our home with our two dogs while we were out of the country for a week. She provided several updates and pictures while we were gone so we knew everything was going well! If you are looking for someone who is attentive, respectful, and a good communicator, reach out to her!”

“Took wonderful care of my dog and kept me updated on how things were going and sent pictures. Very responsive and responsible. Definitely would recommend Kimberly and will use her again!”

“Allie was wonderful. Our 2 golden retrievers were so well taken care of-I don’t think they wanted her to leave! Allie communicated well, followed our care instructions, and kept our place nice and tidy. We will absolutely reach out to Allie in the future!”

“We left our 3 dogs for 5 days to go on a cruise! We were nervous to leave our pups but Theresa took SUCH GOOD CARE of them 🩷 we were able to relax with no worries. She stayed at our home and hung out with girls and have them tons of attention. We are very grateful for Rover connecting us with an amazing dog sitter”

About: I’ve always cared for a variety of animals since I was young. Family and friends have always entrusted me to care for their fur babies while they are away. I have gone to other people’s homes to take care of their animals, I’ve worked in boarding kennels and animal rescue for the past 10 years. My experience includes caring for all animal needs as far as dogs, cats, and small animals. I am animal CPR certified and first aid trained, I can address after surgery care for your fur baby, and I can administer oral medications or insulin shots for dogs and cats. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your pet sitter! I am available upon request, we can message about schedule availability. I also offer house sitting (day boarding) in your home for extended periods of time (drop ins are only for 30 minute to 60 minute visits). At this time I will not be doing overnights but definitely plan to in the future! I can also provide pick up and drop off to bring your dog or dogs to daycare, grooming appointments, or where ever you would like them to go! (That will be an add on service of $10 dollars for a transportation fee) Please reach out to me anytime at your convenience to come take care of your babies! In my clients home I follow any routine they may request. If your dog has a certain schedule or your working on training tactics I will follow it!

About: Iv had pets my whole life and have pet sat for friends and family many times in the past. I live on the second floor so it might be hard for senior dogs unless they don’t mind being carried, I’m relatively strong so heavier pets won’t be a problem, I can provide puppy pads for puppies and have a large litter box that is sanitized between uses. I am not currently working so I have all the extra time in the world, My children are at school for 8 hours of the day so if your pet(s) prefer no kids the morning/afternoon would be best for you, they’re older and calm kids who love pets so if your pet is ok with kids they’ll get along great. I have an unfenced yard but not many neighbors, I have a fenced in balcony and lots of trails for walking dogs if that’s what they would like to do.
