Like some other reviewers, I was a bit disappointed at the lack of communication and pictures/updates through out the dogs stay, but they came home happy and healthy and ready for a solid nap so it seems like they had a good time and were well taken care of! I appreciate Heather being flexible and willing to accommodate med administrations when my dogs had to go on some medication right before our trip.
