About: My mom got me my first dog when I was 10 years old, and it was from then on that I promised to take care of him the best way I knew how. I have experience administering medication (in pill form, liquid, and gel) to both dogs and cats, even when they don’t want to take it. I have also personally trained my dog to sit, lie down, high five, and on accident, I taught him to get up on his hind legs and beg with his front paws. If there is any special care that your animal needs, I would be more than happy to quickly and efficiently learn and adapt to care for your animal the way they deserve. I am currently job searching, so I will be free almost every weekday with exception for surprise obligations that my family often come to me with. I am not available on the weekends, including friday for various extraneous responsibilities. When I first meet an animal, I get down to their level and extend my hand just enough to offer it as an option for them to investigate, but not enough to shove it it their face. I wait until the dog or cat engages with me before I try to pet them on my own to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. If your animal has separation anxiety, I would be more than happy to comfort them with calming words and gentle hands for pets and snuggles. I will only feed or give your animal a treat if I am told to do so or given the okay beforehand as I do not want to over feed them or give them a treat you have bought without consent.

About: Hi! I’m a 22-year-old dog lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have hands-on experience caring for my sister’s dog for about 2 years, and for 6 months consistently, I was his main caregiver after she moved out of state. During that time, I handled his everyday care, including feeding, walks, playtime, and giving him plenty of attention and love. That experience made me realize how much I enjoy taking care of dogs and how responsible I can be when someone is trusting me with their pet. I’m also used to taking care of my friends’ dogs, so I’m comfortable around different personalities and energy levels. I’m not a professional dog trainer or veterinarian, but I do have real-life experience, I’m dependable, attentive, and I’ll treat your dog with the same care I would give my own. I know leaving your pet with someone new can feel stressful, so I want you to feel confident knowing your furry friend is in good hands. I’m happy to keep you updated with pictures and messages while you’re away, and I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of love, attention, playtime, and cuddles. 🐾💗 I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pup! I’m currently studying real estate , so my flexible schedule allows me to give your adorable furry friend plenty of time, attention, love, and care! 🐾❤️ I always make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and supervised while I’m in their home. I’ll follow their normal routine, keep doors secure, and give them plenty of attention and care. I’ll also treat your home respectfully and communicate with you if anything comes up.

About: I’m a dog owner of a 4-year-old German Shepherd with epilepsy and an 8-year-old Beagle. Caring for my Shepherd has given me hands-on experience administering medication on a consistent schedule, monitoring for seizures and staying calm and responsive if one occurs. My dogs are also decently trained, so I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands and maintaining structure. Having two completely different types of breeds also gives me experience with a different energy level and the attention to both of their different needs. Together they’ve taught me how to balance exercise, rest, mental stimulation, and individualized care for dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. Being a military veteran I am also reliable, and consistent. I have lived with dogs all of my life and love meeting all kinds of different breeds. I’m happy to follow your routines closely, send regular updates and photos, and provide the calm, consistent care that helps dogs feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m currently on terminal leave from the military and will be starting my graduate program soon, with classes only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This gives me a flexible schedule with plenty of free time on the other weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I’m available for sitting, and walks most days and can easily adjust around my class times to provide pet care. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes and temperaments and will follow your routines, medication needs, and any special instructions closely. I can crate when needed and always prioritize supervision, safety, and lots of positive interaction so your pup feels comfortable and well cared for.

About: I have had dogs in my life as long as I can remember. I love all kinds of dogs. I have a small chocolate lab (1 year) and a Lab mix (approx 3 years). My life basically revolves around them. I am now a retired teacher looking for something to do. Since I love dogs and people need help with their dogs I figured I can do that and still love what I do. I am willing to come walk and play with your dog. Board your dog at my house, as long as out dogs get along. I would prefer dogs that are crate trained but if they are not we can discuss. I can come pick up your dog and take it to doggie day care and go pick it up and bring it back. Im pretty flexible. I worked with Hartmans Haven dog rescue as a foster and have had many different types of dogs in my care. I have had senior dogs and dogs recovering from surgery. I am happy to help. I love puppies and Seniors!! I have no experience on Rover.com but I have been taking care of my friends animals for many years. I can be chill and just sit and snuggle or I can take your dog for a walk. I love to throw the ball and play tug -o-war. Just let me know what you need. As of now I am at home most of the time the day. I am currently looking for part time work. I am usually up by 9:00 if I don't have anything to do. My dogs get me up by 7:00 most mornings. My dogs go out when they get up and come back in for breakfast. When weather is good they go outside and play. I often take them to day care to get them socialized. I do have a few side gigs Im working on but for the most part my schedule is flexible. The day usually ends by around 10;00pm I do not have a fenced yard yet. I am working on that. I would be leash walking your pet. My pets are crate trained when I am gone and out when I am home. They have dog beds to lay on but prefer the couch and chair. They sleep in my bed. If your dog is crate trained I have space for that based on their needs. My two dogs are dog friendly but I always want to do a meet and greet first. I am able to follow your in home routine as requested. If I have concerns I will ask you before accepting.

About: My name is Samantha and I have been around and cared for dogs most of my life. I have always loved dogs. I currently have two dogs. The oldest is almost 4 years old and he is a Dalmatian. The youngest is 2 years old and is a mixed breed, we fostered him and decided to adopt him. They are both friendly and love other dogs. I have been fostering dogs for local rescue groups for about 2 years now. I really enjoy helping out dogs that are in need of some extra love, attention, and a place to stay while they find their forever homes. If you are in need of someone to take your dog/ dogs for a walk, come let them out to get some exercise and use the bathroom, someone to watch your dog while you are away, or whatever the need may be I would be happy to help.

About: Hi, I’m Lona! 🐾 I’m an animal lover currently in a veterinary assistant program with hands-on experience caring for cats and dogs. I’ll treat your pet like family, giving them plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care while keeping you updated with photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away! 💕 Right now, I’m in between jobs, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I love staying active, so dog walking fits perfectly into my daily routine — it helps keep me moving and gives me a chance to bond with your pet. Since I’m not tied to a strict 9-to-5 schedule, I can easily adapt to last-minute requests, extended stays, or custom routines that work best for you and your furry friend. About: Growing up I've always had a love for all types of pets, I've had a few family pets that I would take care of as well! What sets me apart from other sitters is that I strive to create a bond with your pets! Usually, I would like to set up an appointment ahead of time to meet your loved ones and we can create a bond, I would like to take this time to see if they're comfortable with me based on body language & behaviors! I have experience working with all kinds of pets, and I've worked at boarding facilities. I have experience working with reactive animals and I currently have a reactive dog!! Any extra knowledge I have is because I have a great sister who is a veterinary technician! I currently work 2 jobs, both of which are Thursday-Sunday. At one of my jobs I work overnight, so there is a possibility I will have to leave to work in the middle of the night and will be back by morning. Along with my 2 jobs, I am also a college student, with that being said I have to attend in-person classes during the week. I am able to care for your loved ones before, between, and after work, and make it a priority to give your animals quality care & all the love I can. If you have any questions about my schedule please feel free to reach out! I keep a close watch on my own pets as well as the pets I look after. I would prefer a list/note of what type of pet care you expect, for instance writing a note with your animal's daily schedule and when/what to feed them! If your babies have any allergies or if there's anything specific you'd like me to know about your pet please also disclose that information. At the end of each stay/visit, I make it a point to include a brief summary of how your pet(s) behave, just to bring you up to speed! I like to send lots of photos and videos of your pet, so keep your phone close to receive ALL the love from back home <3
