About: I've had animals since I was a child and have taken care of them all of my adult life. I have personally fostered over 75 dogs through to their adoptions! I'm a trusted caregiver who can handle animals of all sizes, ages, abilities and temperaments! I love getting to know each animal's personality and how to best take care of them! With several dogs and a cat at home, I am always in pet care mode (and know how important it is to find a trusted sitter). Whether it is a drop-in or a boarding situation, I treat each pet like they are my own. (Also, our cat has his own "wing" of our home so he is not interacting with any visiting dogs.) We have two friendly, large dogs, Tennessee & Tucky who have been foster brothers to over 75 dogs of all sizes and ages. Having fostered so many dogs, I recognize that each animal is unique and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities and how to best care for them. Whether the animals are in my house or their own, I will follow the owners' instructions and manage expectations so there are as few surprises as possible. I know how worrisome it can be to leave your pet(s) in the care of another, and I pride myself on making sure the animals are taken care of and enjoy themselves.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own currently one is 8 and one is 10. I currently work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. i work 5 days a week less than 40 hours and i’m taking care of animals when im on and off the clock so it seems fitting to become a sitter and walker:) I live in a home with an unfenced 2 acre yard. we have a runner in case the dog isn’t leash or off leash trained.

About: My mom got me my first dog when I was 10 years old, and it was from then on that I promised to take care of him the best way I knew how. I have experience administering medication (in pill form, liquid, and gel) to both dogs and cats, even when they don’t want to take it. I have also personally trained my dog to sit, lie down, high five, and on accident, I taught him to get up on his hind legs and beg with his front paws. If there is any special care that your animal needs, I would be more than happy to quickly and efficiently learn and adapt to care for your animal the way they deserve. I am currently job searching, so I will be free almost every weekday with exception for surprise obligations that my family often come to me with. I am not available on the weekends, including friday for various extraneous responsibilities. When I first meet an animal, I get down to their level and extend my hand just enough to offer it as an option for them to investigate, but not enough to shove it it their face. I wait until the dog or cat engages with me before I try to pet them on my own to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. If your animal has separation anxiety, I would be more than happy to comfort them with calming words and gentle hands for pets and snuggles. I will only feed or give your animal a treat if I am told to do so or given the okay beforehand as I do not want to over feed them or give them a treat you have bought without consent.

About: I've trained my own dogs from the puppy stage and taken care of them in the senior stage. I love all of it. I enjoy going on walks with any of the dogs I take care of while also making sure they are having fun too. I can take care of any needs for your dogs and cats. I have been working on my "people skills" as I have Asperger's Syndrome. I'm comfortable with pets; its people that I sometimes struggle with. If given the chance; you'll see that I will take wonderful care of your beloved pets. I currently work full time Monday - Thursday but I am available Friday - Sunday. I have free time on the weekends to spend with your pets. I live in a calm neighborhood and love taking the dogs on walks around the area. I have no pets at home currently and live alone so your baby will get my undivided attention.

About: Ive taken care of dogs for a little over 6 years but have been around dogs and cats all my life. Family and friends have relied on me to care for their pets and I enjoy taking care of fur babies. I work from home and finish work around 3:30pm. I am free most weekends for walks and care. With enough time in advance I can dog/cat sit in your home. I ensure a welcoming environment for your pet. I do have a 3 year old chocolate labrador who loves to have guests. I stay as true to their normal routine as possible making it an easy transition for when the owner is gone. I make sure I give extra love and attention to the pets as I would want this for my own pet.

About: I've taken care of my pets since I was 5, dogs and cats. I have bathed, fed, and consistently walked my dogs and played with my cats. I'm currently taking care of my daughter, but she has daycare 9-12 Mon-Thursday, and in the afternoons I can ask my boyfriend to take care of our daughter. I plan to take care of your pets in the client's home, and do whatever is needed to help offer the best care for your pets.

About: I've taken care of my own two chihuahua for over 10 years. Always made sure they fed well and treated right. We enjoy time walking around parks and town. I'm part time in college student and employed and I have plenty of time in my hand. What do i enjoy doing in my spare time more than a nice walking during my fav season Fall with the windy breeze on a sunny day. I make sure dogs don't get into fights or start barking at other pets near them by picking them up or going a different direction. I will be taking pictures of the dog to the owner to insure trust and loyalty.

About: I have been dog sitting for awhile, I also used to work part time at a boarding facility, but decided to start Rover and have my own clientele. i’ve had all different types of animals all my life and i have had all of my dogs trained inside and outside. I love having pets and also having the ability to help watch other peoples dogs when they go out of town or are working. I love animals all together and love to help others. I currently need a part/ full time job to earn some money. I can work any days throughout the week especially the weekends, and i can always make time for your animals. I have a big back yard and I have collars and leashes and dog toys and treats and food to take care of them while they are at my house.

About: I have had dogs in my life as long as I can remember. I love all kinds of dogs. I have a small chocolate lab (1 year) and a Lab mix (approx 3 years). My life basically revolves around them. I am now a retired teacher looking for something to do. Since I love dogs and people need help with their dogs I figured I can do that and still love what I do. I am willing to come walk and play with your dog. Board your dog at my house, as long as out dogs get along. I would prefer dogs that are crate trained but if they are not we can discuss. I can come pick up your dog and take it to doggie day care and go pick it up and bring it back. Im pretty flexible. I worked with Hartmans Haven dog rescue as a foster and have had many different types of dogs in my care. I have had senior dogs and dogs recovering from surgery. I am happy to help. I love puppies and Seniors!! I have no experience on Rover.com but I have been taking care of my friends animals for many years. I can be chill and just sit and snuggle or I can take your dog for a walk. I love to throw the ball and play tug -o-war. Just let me know what you need. As of now I am at home most of the time the day. I am currently looking for part time work. I am usually up by 9:00 if I don't have anything to do. My dogs get me up by 7:00 most mornings. My dogs go out when they get up and come back in for breakfast. When weather is good they go outside and play. I often take them to day care to get them socialized. I do have a few side gigs Im working on but for the most part my schedule is flexible. The day usually ends by around 10;00pm I do not have a fenced yard yet. I am working on that. I would be leash walking your pet. My pets are crate trained when I am gone and out when I am home. They have dog beds to lay on but prefer the couch and chair. They sleep in my bed. If your dog is crate trained I have space for that based on their needs. My two dogs are dog friendly but I always want to do a meet and greet first. I am able to follow your in home routine as requested. If I have concerns I will ask you before accepting.

About: With an extensive animal care and sitting background, I bring thoughtful service to all my clients. If you're looking for someone responsible and loving with high energy pets, elderly pets who may need medication, or anything in between, look no further. About: Retired registered nurse, knows CPR and can administer meds. I love all pets, but can only board small pets in my home. If boarding in my home I prefer house trained and good with other small dogs. Can work with your pet on house training, crate training, and basic commands. I have never met a cat or dog I did not like and that did not like me in return. I would love to get to know you and your fur prince or princess. I can travel up to 20 miles, after that I need to charge more to compensate for gas. In the midst of training? I can help, I reward with praise and can reinforce your commands. I can not board cats, my old gal will not allow it. I am retired and other than occasional trips can modify my schedule to meet your pets needs. If your dog likes the dog park we are happy to go for a ride there. I have a fenced yard and 2 littles, one loves to play, the other is an observer. There is no way the dogs can get out of the yard.

About: I have an 8 year old black lab mix named Annabelle. Prior to adopting her, I have always had a pet in my home. I have had a previous black lab, Lily who passed 2 yeards ago and a golden retriever. I have been dog sitting mostly for friends and family for a few years now, but I wanted to reach out beyond that and see who else I could help. I am good with dogs of all sizes. I love dogs and haven't been without one my whole life and I know what it's like to have to leave your best friend hom while your away, so I can provide that care and love for them while you can't be there. I also love cats, mine made it to 21. I work a flexible scheudle so can work with you on your schedules and needs. I can alter times/dates as well if needed. I am welcome to changes as needed. I have a fenced in yard with my dog. But I prefer to come to your home where the animals are most comfortable and feel safe

About: I have taken care of dogs every since I was little. As a kid I offered services for my neighborhood. I now want to offer services out of the comfort of my own home!
