I spent five years working with a humane society, assisting with adoptions, foster programs, and cruelty cases, and I have fostered countless cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies throughout the years. I have a large deck to lounge around and plenty of areas to walk your pet & keep them safe. I offer flexible services to fit your pet's needs and your schedule, including drop-in visits, walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. I can accommodate cats and kittens in my home if needed; however, most cats are happiest and least stressed when cared for in their own environment. Staying in a familiar space helps them maintain their routine and feel secure while you're away.

About: Hi, My name is Chelsea and I have much experience with handling pets. I've grown up with pets and as an adult I care for my pets on a daily basis. I have two dogs who love other animals that I care for daily and a cat that is friendly with dogs. I also have two children that are great with pets and have been around pets their entire lives. I provide all sorts of care for pets, your pet can either come to my house which has a partially fenced in yard and a partially finished basement. Pets will also have free range of the house and are allowed on the furniture and are welcome to sleep where they are comfortable. I have a designated park for dogs on the side of my building but I will ensure your dog is on leash always to ensure safety. Upon request, I have socialized and trained numerous dogs- I am more than happy to bring both or one of my dogs on walks or to the park. I also can have my dogs separated, Crated or off site if needed.

About: I have taken care of my friends and neighbors pets (cats and dogs) over the past few years when they have went on vacation and not only did I enjoy the company, but the pets also enjoyed having me there to give them attention while their owner was away, especially when it came to getting pets and food. Over the summer, I can pretty much work every day of the week except most Sundays unless special arrangements are made. I can work early mornings like 5 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and most Saturdays unless stated otherwise. when I am at a client’s home, I will make sure that the pet is comfortable with me and does not feel nervous or scared, as well as making sure they have a safe environment to play in whether that be inside or outside, making sure that no dangerous obstacles are in their way, and I will also make sure that their food and water is safe to consume.

I work Monday–Friday with a very flexible schedule and live just 5 minutes from work, so I’m able to step away when needed for pet care. I’m available for boarding after 3 PM on Fridays, all day Saturday, and during the day on Sundays, with pickup by 7 PM Sunday evening. I’m also happy to help with dog pickup and drop-off when needed. On weekdays, I’m available before 8 AM and after 4:30 PM, and I can also accommodate walks and drop-in visits throughout the day to ensure pets receive reliable, consistent care. In my home or a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while sticking closely to their normal routines. If a dog is crate-trained or needs a crate for safety or comfort, I’m able to crate them as needed. I provide regular walks, feeding on schedule, and plenty of attention based on each pet’s energy level and needs. I’m also available for overnight stays, making sure pets are cared for throughout the night and maintain a consistent routine. While I don’t have a fenced-in yard since I live in an apartment, I make up for that with access to plenty of open space and nearby trails, which are great for exercise and walks. Safety is always my priority, and I make sure pets are supervised, secure, and well taken care of whether we’re inside or out.

About: My mom got me my first dog when I was 10 years old, and it was from then on that I promised to take care of him the best way I knew how. I have experience administering medication (in pill form, liquid, and gel) to both dogs and cats, even when they don’t want to take it. I have also personally trained my dog to sit, lie down, high five, and on accident, I taught him to get up on his hind legs and beg with his front paws. If there is any special care that your animal needs, I would be more than happy to quickly and efficiently learn and adapt to care for your animal the way they deserve. I am currently job searching, so I will be free almost every weekday with exception for surprise obligations that my family often come to me with. I am not available on the weekends, including friday for various extraneous responsibilities. When I first meet an animal, I get down to their level and extend my hand just enough to offer it as an option for them to investigate, but not enough to shove it it their face. I wait until the dog or cat engages with me before I try to pet them on my own to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. If your animal has separation anxiety, I would be more than happy to comfort them with calming words and gentle hands for pets and snuggles. I will only feed or give your animal a treat if I am told to do so or given the okay beforehand as I do not want to over feed them or give them a treat you have bought without consent.

Leslie came through for my puppy and I in the final hour. I found her the day before I needed her help. We did not have the opportunity to meet in person but we spoke on the phone which helped a LOT. Upon her arrival to my place she made sure to let me know she was there, sent me a picture of Zaire, and even cracked a window for Zaire (at my request). I will definitely use her again. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and now have two of my own. Both of our dogs have been trained since puppies the basics as well as advanced tricks such as “tell me a secret.” I would be willing to work with your dog on any tricks. Your pup will be in great hands! My dogs are very friendly and full of energy, they love meeting other dogs! I currently work 8am-5pm. I wake up with the dogs in the morning to let them out, play and feed them. They are crate trained during the day. I come home on lunch from 12-1 and return home at 5pm. Our pets are always watched over and never left unattended without supervision for long periods of times. There is nothing that would harm the animals such as chocolate in reach of them. We do have a fenced in yard and use leashes when going on a walk. I always have a pet first aid kit handy incase of any accidents and would be reliable to give any pet medications on a set schedule.
