About: I cared for my yellow Labrador, Sparky, for 12 years. From puppyhood to his senior years, our daily walks, playtime, and belly rubs were some of my favorite ways to connect and spend quality time together. Over the years, friends, family members and neighbors have also trusted me to care for their pets while they were away. Whether it’s walking, feeding, or providing companionship during vacations, I’ve always treated every pet like my own, with patience and love. I work full time during the week, so I’m available for walks after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. I am also available for house visits and stays from Wednesday evenings after I get out of work through Sunday evenings. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect and care I would my own. I understand how important it is to maintain your pet’s routine in a familiar environment, and I always aim to create a calm, comfortable, and safe experience. During visits, I follow your instructions closely, ensure your pet is fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention, and keep you updated with regular check-ins. Daily walks were one of my favorite bonding activities with my dog, Sparky, so I truly understand how important they are for both physical health and mental stimulation. Whether your pup loves a leisurely stroll or a more energetic walk, I tailor each outing to their pace and personality. Safety is my top priority. I make sure the leash is secure, stay alert to surroundings making sure it is a safe area to walk in, and follow your dog’s routine and preferences. I make sure walks are not only safe but also enjoyable, giving your dog a chance to explore, exercise and return home happy and relaxed.

About: Since I graduated high school, I created a dog walking business in New Jersey and now that I am a college student in Boston, I am interested in bringing my love for dogs with me! I have two dogs currently, one senior dog and one puppy (look at the first picture in my gallery to see Finley and Indie)! I have lots of experience from taking care of not only my own dogs but I also have professional experience from walking and sitting my clients' dogs in New Jersey. I am a college student but as I am in summer break I can walk or do drop-ins anytime on weekdays. I have lots of availability on weekends too for walking and pet sitting! Having dogs of my own, I understand the value of one-on-one time with human friends, this is why I only walk one dog at a time, unless they have doggy siblings of course!

“Katrina is a true animal lover who was great with my hyper 45-lb hound mix Sage. She's been on a couple of walks and one overnight housesit. I trust her to keep Sage (an unpredictable bolter when spotting squirrels) safe on the leash and reliabily show up for each walk, even accommodating last minute schedule changes. Katrina took good care of my house while we were gone and even picked up some bone shards that could have been a choking hazard. To top it all off, I got a selfie of Katrina & Sage snuggling in bed. Sage will be looking forward to her new caretaker's return soon.”

About: I had pets when I was younger and grew up having responsibilities of taking care and being attentive to the care of animals in my life. I am a college student on summer break, I would love to go out for walks and giving your pets the attention that I can give due to my flexible schedule. I have a spacious backyard and being close to a park is wonderful to go on long walks or just let your pets run around.

About: I have had dogs my entire life from before I could remember to now. I’ve had special needs dogs, rescues, and pure breeds who require a little extra love. I’ve cared for senior dogs ( who are blind and deaf) and trained puppies successfully. Over all, I adore dogs of all kinds, shapes, and sizes! I can’t wait to adventure with your pup! I am an elementary school teacher. I am very affectionate and attentive when it comes to animals. I would love to walk and cuddle your pup all summer long! I have two very friendly dogs and a husband who adores pups just as much as I do! We have a very large fenced-in yard where your pup can get in their daily zoomies! We also have two sides of our house where, if necessary, your pup can have alone time with me and away from my other two pups (who can hang out with my husband). When it comes to caring for pets in your home, I will be sure to follow all routines you set. It’s important for a pup (especially one’s still learning) to have the same routines with or without their mom/dad present.

About: I love animals, most of the time I'd rather interact and show compassion towards pets over people. Growing up we had SIX indoor cats while also caring for a feral cat colony in our backyard. Very familiar with all aspects of pet care, I have volunteered at a couple local shelters such as HAAL & Tabby's Place. My father's family used to train and show German Shepherds, so while I've never owned my own dog I am very comfortable caring for and walking pups. Weekends are scheduled but still open enough to take on a couple commitments. Walks & pet care, NO overnights unless scheduled a week before I prioritize the safety and well-being of both pets and their owners in every service I provide. In my own home, I maintain a secure, clean, and pet-friendly environment, ensuring all pets have a comfortable space tailored to their needs. In clients' homes, I respect their space while ensuring pets are safe and well cared for. I follow all feeding, medication, and exercise routines precisely, secure doors and gates to prevent escapes, and monitor pets for any signs of stress or discomfort. Hygiene is a top priority—I sanitize hands and equipment between visits to prevent cross-contamination. Whether in my home or yours, my goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners."

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and behaviors. In my teen years, my family would often take in dogs coworker’s and family friend’s dogs. That gave me plenty of experience with one on one care. At home I currently have a 8 year old Rottweiler named Coco. She can be a bit temperamental, so I am used to dogs with specific boundaries (i.e. no petting). I am a very loving and caring pet owner, who can’t wait to meet yours! I just graduated from Montclair State, so my schedule has freed up significantly! I’m available most days as long as I am booked relatively ahead of time. I very thoroughly take care of pets.
