“Remi was so happy to see Apple! Apple and her daughter were playing with her when i came home and her tail was nonstop wagging. Apple came over and was very flexible with time which I appreciated beyond words. She was amazing! Will definitely book again in the future!”

“Emma was amazing! She helped us out for a week and went above and beyond taking care of the pets and cleaning up any messes they made. Would highly recommend!”

“Shayna watched my cat while I was away in Europe for a wedding. Leaving your pet is always hard, especially when going abroad. But Shayna gave me so much peace of mind. Great communication, responsive, and super caring. She even checked in on me during my journey back to make sure I made it safely. I highly recommend her, I know I will use her for my next trip :)”

“We appreciated Savannah taking care of the girls. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that the girls were in great hands. Will definitely book again with Savannah.”

About: I owned my own pet-sitting company for 8 years in Michigan. I always offer a 100% satisfaction promise to all my clients. (If you or your pet are not satisfied with my services, I will gladly give you your money back!) I treated my clients' pets as though they were my own. I am a certified Vet Tech as well. I am able to administer any type of medication or medical aid. I am a certified dog trainer. I specialize in training traumatized dogs rescued from shelters to overcome anxiety. I have cared for every type of pet including exotics. There is no type of pet I can't care for. :) I love caring for "fur people." This is not just a job to me. It is a passion that I live. I am available 24hrs a day 7 days a week. I live alone. My son is all grown up and has his own family. 😊 I just got a 6 foot tall cedar privacy fence installed around my HUGE yard. I am excited to be able to finally offer boarding and daycare services.
“Raquel has been so helpful in taking care of and feeding our two dogs. She’s been super kind and has texted us, with pictures, everyday. Even when our puppy got into things she shouldn’t, Raquel handled the puppy-chewing incident with grace and understanding! Thanks to her, that portion of our lives was and is handled successfully. Thanks Raquel!”
About: Pets are not just animals, they’re part of the family! Whenever I take care of an animal, I like to see myself in their… paws. I think to myself how I’d want to be treated, and make sure they get the best treatment possible. All through my life I have taken care of all of my pets from fish, to cats and dogs, and even moths and butterflies! Back home in Minnesota, I used to take care of two cats, Lucky and Gnocchi, which Gnocchi is now in the loving care of my grandparents, and Lucky has been watching from above for more than a few years now. I later took care of my cat, Foxy, who has since joined Lucky and both are watching my progress from above. Now, my dog Bailey is at home with two kittens, Ava and Johnny, who are currently being cared for by my mom. I miss my fluffy friends back home, and would love to make some new ones around the area! I currently have a part-time job at Raising Cane’s in Loveland, and I’m trying my best to keep my Rover schedule updated with my work schedule. I’m free for care all week, save for the hours I am at work, but I am always willing to drop in or stay over should the situation call for it. I’m willing to house-sit full-time, but I will need at least two weeks of notice in order to take the correct days off of work. Safety has always been my number one priority no matter what job I have been given. Risks and shortcuts are something I barely even know how to do, and instructions on what the owners want the sitter to do with their pets are the only thing that will be followed (along with basic common sense of course). I am readily available to read your pet’s emotions and figure out their needs from only a few little body language changes, and I will always give them the love and care that they deserve.

“Jennifer is absolutely amazing! She works with my crazy last minute requests and Wolfie loves her. I trust her with the care of my doggo completely she is amazing!!”

Pets are my life and I will treat your pet like they are my own! Currently I have a retired Golden Retriever named Summer and 2Tollers-named Cardinal and Tasha. I also have 3 cats. About: I’ve had cats since I was 6 and at 12, I started walking and pet sitting dogs in my neighborhood and continued this till I adopted my own puppy. In the last 8 years, I’ve adopted a cat, bearded dragon, and two dogs of my own. I’ve enjoyed learning about all the traits that make each of these animals special. I love running, hiking, and swimming with my own dogs and would love to do the same with yours, or just cuddle on the couch! I have experience with older dogs, challenging behaviors, puppies, and following training plans. I also have experience administering medication. I’d love to get to know your fur babies and show them just as much love as I show my own. I work full time from home so I'm available most days. I'm typically not available for house sitting on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I can do drop in visits but 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, I have a standing meeting between 8-10:30 AM. I’ll keep an eye on your pets when outdoors and always reach out if there’s a concern for their health. I also have experience follow medication routine.
About: I have had cats, dogs and rodents since I was able to walk. I love all animals and cannot wait to meet yours! I currently have two cats, two rats and a leopard gecko. I am currently a student and I have plenty of time on my hands to take great care of any pet that you need! I attend school for a few hours a day and am free most of the time! I live in an apartment, but have no issues watching pets in your home! I could take in cats, but dogs might feel a bit cramped in my one bedroom apartment
“Layla was really great to work with - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help with their fur babies, and we will definitely use her again! She was good with communicating, sending pictures and updates, and giving one of our cats their medicine. Overall great experience!”

About: I have had pets most of my life. I love all animals. I have volunteered or worked with animals in vet hospitals, rescues, sanctuaries and pet sitting since I was 16. I would love to add your precious pets to those animals who have stolen pieces of my heart over the years. My schedule varies and is pretty flexible. I am willing to work with you on a time that is best for you and your pet. I do not provide services in my home at this time, but am happy to come to your home or take your pet to another (specified by you) location for playing and walks.

I have dogsat for extended periods of time, up to 2 weeks straight, and I love on every dog I take care of as if they are my own. Each one stays in my heart forever just a little bit. I'm currently home from college for the summer, so my schedule is completely free as of now! I'm looking for consistent work that can fill up my days now that I don't have classes to worry about. I will take every precaution to keep your dog safe in your home. Your dog will never end up being in my home as I live at home with my parents.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Evans
I’ve honestly never left a review anywhere before, but Raquel deserves one—without question. The fact that I’m taking the time to write this should say a lot about how incredible she is at what she does. Raquel went above and beyond in caring for my dogs, Juno and Charlie. From the very beginning, it was clear she genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own. She was attentive, responsible, and incredibly thoughtful, making sure they were not only safe and well cared for, but also comfortable and happy. She kept me at ease the entire time, and I never once had to worry about my dogs while they were with her. If I could give her 10 stars out of 5, I would—but since it only allows 5, just know that’s not an exaggeration. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, compassionate, and truly exceptional as a dog sitter, Raquel is it. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have her watch my dogs again, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their pets.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
