“When we book with Rover, I'm sometimes sent pictures of the dogs where they appear to be pleading with their eyes, saying something along the lines of "Where are you? What did I do to deserve this?" These picture are most emphatically NOT what I get from Karrie. In every single picture she sent, both of our dogs are grinning from ear to ear and appear to be having the time of their lives. When I took the dogs over, it had been quite a while since their previous visit with Karrie -- but they clearly remembered her and couldn't wait to ditch me and get into her house. I can't recommend Karrie enough -- she's a fantastic sitter!”

Right from the start, Baily's professionalism and expertise were evident. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of dog care and behavior. Before committing, I asked if it was ok to do a meet-up to make sure Leo and Lylah would be comfortable, and I was shocked, at how quickly they took to her and her spacious backyard. It was clear that Baily understood dogs different temperaments and knew exactly how to make them feel at ease. (The only dog my Yorkie has ever actually played with is our other dog (Lylah) so I am sure you can understand I was almost certain that the meetup would fail and Leo would be skittish like he is around any other dog when we go to a park, he is a wimp and does NOT play with anyone else and stays close to Lylah and us only. Throughout the week, Baily kept me updated with frequent messages, photos, and videos, allowing me to enjoy my vacation worry-free. It was heartwarming to see my dogs happy and content in her care, enjoying the freedom to play in her large yard instead of being confined to a kennel. Even my smallest Yorkie and biggest mixed breed dog became fast friends under her watchful eye. Baily's home was not only inviting but also impeccably clean, to me this shows her dedication to providing a comfortable environment for our dogs. She went above and beyond, not only ensuring my dogs were well-fed and entertained but also taking note of their favorite toys and habits. Thanks to Baily, my dogs didn't miss me one bit during my absence, and they transitioned back home seamlessly upon my return. Knowing that I have such a trustworthy and capable person to rely on, I can now plan future vacations with peace of mind, knowing that my dogs are in the best hands possible. I am immensely grateful to Baily for her exceptional care and cannot imagine entrusting my dogs to anyone else. He communicates promptly and his home has been very clean each time we’ve been there. “If I could leave more stars l would. Natalia was great from the get go. Help me figure out how to get around the Rover site and never lost her patience with me. I knew then she was a winner. When we first arrived at her house on of my dogs was very nervous and didn’t want anything to do with Natalias so she just talk very calmly to him. He still wasn’t happy but finally went with her to the house. My other dog was excited with all the new smells and new people. Kind of felt like the first day of school when mom is all worried and child leaves without saying goodbye. I got pictures the next day and a note saying both dogs had settled in. I could tell by the pictures all was good. I got pictures and updates the entire time I was gone. Knowing how well my dogs were being cared for made my week with the grands much more enjoyable.
