“Wow! Krista is just fantastic. We’ve used several Rover sitters over the years and she is hands down the absolute best. Clear communication, flexible, great house and yard. Our dog had some special needs and she managed to listen to all of our laundry list of instructions. Plus, her dog Griffin is so well tempered and got along so well with our dog. They played every day. I picked my dog up to spend about an hour with him and when I brought my dog back to Krista’s, his tale was wagging like crazy just to get back into her home! And my dog has pretty intense separation anxiety! Krista is a true “dog person” and has the intuition and experience to take great care of your pup.”
“I had a truly wonderful experience with her taking care of Loki. She followed all of his feeding instructions carefully and maintained his routine very well. His meal timings were consistent, and I could tell he was eating comfortably and being looked after with attention. She also managed his walk times and daily activity in a very structured way. From the updates I received, it was clear that Loki was getting enough playtime, exercise, and rest throughout the day, which really helped him stay balanced and happy. What stood out most was the level of warmth and care she showed. The photos and videos she shared regularly showed Loki playing, interacting, and even making new friends. He looked very comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely happy in her home. In fact, the happiness and peace he was feeling were so clearly reflected in his face that it brought tears to my eyes. Our dog can be a little fearful of new people, but that never happened with Andrew. He kept us posted with updates and pictures. He let our dog cuddle with him and that is huge! Hudson had fun with Andrew and the other dogs. We feel he had a comfortable and safe stay. We will definitely ask Andrew to watch him again!
As always, Riley is so great to our Dexter. Dexter was excited to spend time with Snowy last week and I’m so glad that he gets to have friend time. Riley keeps Dexter active with many walks for which he enjoys. My time away from Dexter is stress free knowing that he is in good hands with Riley and Snowy.
Sam was the best with Kobe. We are from NC and we were in town for a family event and graduation. We couldn’t find anyone in NC to care for Kobe so we decided to look in Pittsburgh and came across and Sam and we are so glad we did. She cared for Kobe and sent us pictures. He even made a new friend, we would definitely book with Sam again.
Darius really enjoyed her time with Griffin and Meatball! Krista took really good care of Darius for the whole weekend, she sent lots of photos to us, Darius is a shy girl but she looks extremely happy in each and every picture. We are glad that Darius had a great weekend with Griffin, Meatball, and Krista. Highly recommended!!
Gina took good care of our 1yr old puppy - took her on lots of walks, fun outings to breweries, and play times for our energetic girl. Gina was very easy to work with for us as well. She was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, and went out of her way to coordinate a pick up time when we left some of Lilah's stuff behind.
Bryce was great! I am a first time dog owner and was very nervous about leaving my 10 month old lab with a stranger, but Bryce provided me with daily updates and lots of photos! He is well versed in care for all kinds of dogs and is willing to tailor his daily activities to meet your dogs needs. My puppy is a bit wild, but Bryce did not seem at all phased by that. My dog was returned to me happy and well cared for—he even gave him a bath! Would absolutely recommend Bryce to anyone and hope we can work with him again!
I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Maura kept me updated regularly and sent plenty of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind.
