I have a job that requires me to be at my computer during 8-4:30pm working hours. Your pet will be able to be next to me or resting on the couch a few feet away. Take your dog out regularly: 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm. for potty breaks, usually results in a walk around block(s). If they require to go out, I'll be able to look for the signal from them. Be confident that I care for them as they were my own.

Information Matthew S. would like to know about your pet
Things to know about your pet: • Feeding - What is the portion of food during each meal and how many meals per day. What treats/how many given? • Is your dog on any medications for instance arthritis or allergies. I cannot provide the special care of dogs on anxiety medications. • What are the words and training your dog understands? Such as sit, down, code word for bathroom breaks. • How active is your dog? Does he like to lounge or go for a lot of walks? • Does your dog get along with other dogs? • Will need your vet information (only in case of emergency). I don't have any breed preferences. I have sat puggles, beagles, westies, boxers, dachshund to mixed breeds. Love them all.
A typical day
I take the dogs around the neighborhood and to the local park down the street. The walks are about 15-20 minutes each, 2-3 times a day. If dogs and people friendly, I'd love for them to meet others. Waggin' tails are important to me. Please let me know about your dogs temperament with other dogs, adults or children so i can walk accordingly. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog is welcome to sleep on the bed with me or if your dog sleeps on the floor in it's own bed, you are welcome to bring that. Your dogs comfort is important and maintaining the usual routine that you have established. Yup, some dogs take up all the bed space and spread out on the couch. I get it the need to stretch out. : ) Time I'll spend with your dog To make your dog comfortable during the visit. I schedule my time to be with your dog and make plans to be there 100% of the time. I realize my role is to be with your pet during the time you are away and take this seriously.

Pet care experience
I can host your pet in my home. Kenneling your dog maybe an uncomfortable situation for your pet. While you are away, you’ll feel secure that your dog is well-taken care in a home environment. Daily walks, playtime and comfy surroundings are all part of the personal attention your pet will receive. Wanting the best for your dog, I cannot provide the special care for dogs on anxiety medications. For years, I've been taking care of pets. My rates are reasonable. Get in touch and we’ll talk about your dogs personality, needs, and daily life.
Reviews

Matthew was great with Pita! This was the 3rd time that he had taken care of her. He provided photos and ongoing reports about her day. She’s scheduled to go back and stay with him again. I highly recommend him!

This was our second time with Matthew. My dog seemed to enjoy herself and I enjoyed the twice daily updates. Would book Mathew again!
Matt was amazing! If you are looking for a pup sitter who is professional, kind, & caring with years of experience, look no further. Our pup stayed 2 weeks with Matt & the care she received was outstanding! Thank you Matt!!

Matthew took good care of my little Roxanne. He welcomed us into his space for a meet and greet and to review my dogs needs. He provided a daily update with photos. Roxanne seemed content with her new cuddle friend.
