About: I have taken care of family, friends, and neighborhood, pets since I was young! From meeting all of the new pets I have learned that each has their own unique personality-no two pets are the same! With that comes different approaches to earn their trust and create a bond. I am currently on summer break from teaching so my days are pretty available for the next few weeks. Once school starts my availability will change to the later afternoon. I am a very versatile pet sitter! I have spent time with pets where they just need some company and they get all the love, some want all the love and a nice walk outside. My two fur babies are polar opposite energy wise so I know how important it is to meet the needs and play with one of my cats, and how the other just needs someone to give her a lot of love while she naps!

About: Hello! My name is Cailen and I am currently a Veterinary Assistant. I also have years of experience working at an animal shelter. I am reliable, patient, and passionate about animals. I can guarantee that I will take care of every pet as if they were my own! Growing up, I had a big beautiful dog named Mac. In my early adulthood, I have adopted/rescued a few cats named Nora, Baby, Liza, Mikey and Slater. I now have a sweet cat named Wanda. Over the last five years, I have frequently pet/home sat for friends and co-workers. I love both dogs and cats very much, and would be happy to work with either or both. I would love to chat with you about your pet(s) and their needs! I have a fixed schedule at work. I have availability before and after work, along with the 3 days off every week, Tuesday and the weekend. I care for my clients pets as if they are my own. I want to keep your pets as happy as possible while they are in my care. For dogs, I am comfortable doing walks/hikes and outdoor play. They require a very specific healthy diet/great air quality and require much more extensive care than people realize. They require expensive, careful care and planning, much more than your average pet. I've also had pet cats, dogs, mice, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, and chickens in the past. My dream is to live on a farm someday and animals have always been a big part of my life. I know that ALL creatures are very sentient and feel just as deeply as we do, if not deeper. Animals are very intelligent creatures and often know and see things we do not! My environment here is laid back and I'm a very chilled out down to earth kind of person. About: I am always the first to be called when a friend needs doggy daycare or house sitting with dogs, cats, and often other animals. I’ve fostered and found homes for rescues internationally and domestically. I’ve worked for a doggy daycare where I was responsible for 50-70 dogs with a crew of 2-4 people. I also spent a few months off and on taking care of 10-22 huskies while part of the herd were sled racing. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and enjoy seeing all of their unique personalities. Winter rates are now $250/day for basic overnights, includes 3 pets. Will adjust include extra rates accordingly to animals and household needs. I’m self employed and have the flexibility to set my daily schedule around your animals needs and regular routine. Lots of scritches, play time and love are part of my commitment to your pets. I am available for short and long walks (depending on your animals needs and ability), playtime, companionship, love and affection, meals and snacks as well as monitoring medication if needed.

I am a teacher, so come summer time I will have a large amount of availability to walk or pet sit! As of right now, I work M-F 7:45-2:45 but could arrange to let your dog out for a potty break around 11:30. I am very attentive and always make sure to keep your pet’s safety a number 1 priority. Monitoring them when in the house/on walks is a must and keeping in contact with you about any possible issues that may come up are always important.
