Misty is truly amazing and really proactive with our pups. Truly a professional. We had a toenail issue during one visit and she sent me photos so I took Wolfie to the vet to get evaluated and Misty later texted to see how he was doing post-visit. The injury was his fault…chasing a squirrel and lost footing in the gravel. I know some people may find it odd to use this app but it’s legit. We receive texting and picture notifications with report cards during each visit. You won’t regret it! :-)

Banjo LOVES his afternoon walks with Ashley! She picks him up and takes him for a walk around the neighborhood. He gets his exercise and gets to check out the neighborhood. We love using Rover and Ashley while we're at work. She sends us photos from their walks and Banjo's excited face says it all!

About: I am a "gentle giant" with a lifelong passion for animals and over 19 years of experience providing dedicated pet care. By trade, I work in the electric industry, which means dependability, safety, and attention to detail are built into everything I do. When you leave your home and your furry family members in my hands, you can rest easy knowing they are being watched by someone who is as responsible as they are soft-hearted With my background in electrical work, I am naturally observant and highly dependable. I treat your home with the same respect and care that I treat your pets. Animals truly take to me. I provide a calm, steady presence that helps even the most anxious pets feel safe and relaxed. I am also an avid photographer! You won't just get a "check-in" text; you’ll receive high-quality, beautiful photos of your pets throughout the day so you can see exactly how happy and settled they are. Whether your pet needs a long walk, a steady hand for medication, or just a big guy to curl up next to for a nap, I am here to provide the five-star care they deserve Please don't hesitate to reach out. I have a special place in my heart for senior animals. I understand that older pets require a patient, calm energy and a gentle touch. About: My love of pet care began at age 14 when I got my 1st job working with a vet. I bicycled each morning at 6 am before school to clean cages. My love and determination has not waned over the years and I have continued, off and on, to work with vets and offer in home pet care to a diverse group of clients from birds to wolfhounds for the last 30+ years.. I am looking forward to meeting your fur family and discussing how I might provide the best care for your loved ones in your absence. As a fellow user of this service, I understand the desire for an experienced, trust worthy, capable, level headed care giver with a degree of common sense. My aim is to provide the same level of care that I would expect my family to receive as well. Your sense of confidence in my abilities to care for your family is my #1 priority. I bi-locate between Greensboro and Danville and am available in both locations and between. I look forward to speaking with you! At the moment, in home pet care is my first priority and upon approval, I can be available 7 days per week as well as on an extended basis, upon review and acceptance by both parties for in your home pet care and walking duties as well as drop-in visits. I have found most pets prefer to be in their own homes and around familiar sights and sounds to ease their transition from their primary caregiver to me. For this reason, I highly recommend in home pet care. I am willing to discuss pet care in my home on a case by case basis.

About: I treat every dog like family—lots of love, attention, and a routine that keeps them comfortable and stress-free. I have experience with both energetic puppies (helping reinforce potty training, basic commands, and structure) and senior dogs who need a little extra care, patience, and sometimes medication support. I’m very attentive and pick up quickly on each dog’s personality and needs. Plus, I keep you updated with pictures and check-ins so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing! Pet care is intentionally built into my daily and weekly schedule so I can provide consistent, high-quality attention without ever feeling rushed. I block off time specifically for each pet to ensure they receive the care, exercise, and interaction they’re used to at home. My routine is designed to prioritize reliability, flexibility, and a calm, structured environment—so your dog experiences stability, not disruption. I provide care that keeps your pet’s routine as consistent and stress-free as possible, whether in my home or yours. In your home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s established schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, including medications. In my home, I create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets receive plenty of attention, supervised care, and a calm routine. I’m mindful of each dog’s personality—whether they need more activity, structure, or a quieter setting. My goal is always the same: your pet feels secure, loved, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. My mother was a dog sitter when I was younger so that has made me comfortable around most if not all breeds. I would help her with the feeding while she took them out. Now that I’m older I have two huskies and a cat. My goal is to eventually have farm animals, mainly as pets 😂. So, my love for animals is quite enormous. I do currently work from home M-F. I can give potty breaks every 2-3 hours while working. Since I work from home your pet would have to be well mannered while I’m on the phone. They of course will be welcomed to lay around me while working and will be loved on the entire time 😊. I have a huge yard, 2 acres worth. About 1/2 an acre is fenced in for the dogs. I have 2 spunky huskies well one tends to be more lazy than anything and I have a cat that loves our dogs.

About: I’ve had animals of many kinds from tiny to huge growing up. I’d normally house sit for family and friends until I decided to join the Rover crew. I enjoy house sitting as I’ve realized pet are usually more comfortable in their own homes. I have the ability to bathe, walk, feed, and of course play with your pets! I am a part time college student doing majority of my classes online. For the time being my schedule is an empty open book waiting to be filled! I have a huge soft spot for making your pets the happiest they can be while they are with me! If they enjoy the car, cuddling up for a movie, stores, parks, or even just being in the backyard you name it and I’d love to make it happen! They will always be my #1 priority and will be in the best hands.
