About: My love of pet care began at age 14 when I got my 1st job working with a vet. I bicycled each morning at 6 am before school to clean cages. My love and determination has not waned over the years and I have continued, off and on, to work with vets and offer in home pet care to a diverse group of clients from birds to wolfhounds for the last 30+ years.. I am looking forward to meeting your fur family and discussing how I might provide the best care for your loved ones in your absence. As a fellow user of this service, I understand the desire for an experienced, trust worthy, capable, level headed care giver with a degree of common sense. My aim is to provide the same level of care that I would expect my family to receive as well. Your sense of confidence in my abilities to care for your family is my #1 priority. I bi-locate between Greensboro and Danville and am available in both locations and between. I look forward to speaking with you! At the moment, in home pet care is my first priority and upon approval, I can be available 7 days per week as well as on an extended basis, upon review and acceptance by both parties for in your home pet care and walking duties as well as drop-in visits. I have found most pets prefer to be in their own homes and around familiar sights and sounds to ease their transition from their primary caregiver to me. For this reason, I highly recommend in home pet care. I am willing to discuss pet care in my home on a case by case basis.

About: I’ve had animals all my life. I have volunteered for a rescue since adopting my first guy 7 years ago. I foster for the rescue and facilitate adoptions. Since beginning that journey I started working at a training/boarding facility under a behaviorist where I obtained my CPDT-KA. Now I am on the road and I’d like to work with dogs in a way allows flexibility in my schedule. I am newly on the road, I will be in Pelham, NC area for a few months. This gives me ample time and flexibility during the day to take care of your pets! I am used to being able to board dogs at my house. However, with the life change of living in a camper two dogs I will make myself available for visits in your home.

About: I’ll treat your dog like the special individual they are with patience, enthusiasm, and plenty of belly rubs. Expect lots of photo updates and the peace of mind that your best friend is in loving, experienced hands. I know that a happy dog is a tired dog (in the best way!). Whether your pup needs an energetic game of fetch, a long walk with plenty of time to stop and sniff, or just some cozy company while you’re away, I’m here for it. I’m experienced with everything from bouncy puppies who need constant supervision to dignified seniors who prefer a slower pace. Pet care is my daily routine. I do Rover full time, so my days are built entirely around walking dogs and caring for cats. I wake up ready for morning walks, schedule midday dropins for playtime and feeding. Since this is my primary focus, I’m able to be fully present for every pet, follow their routines without rushing, and give them the attention they deserve. Whether it’s a high energy pup who needs a long hike or a shy cat who wants quiet companionship, I structure my day to meet each pet exactly where they are. When I care for pets in your home, my priority is keeping everything as normal and familiar as possible. I arrive on time, follow your feeding and walk schedules, and spend quality time engaging with your pet on their terms whether that’s energetic play, quiet cuddles, or just hanging out so they don’t feel lonely. I’m also happy to bring in mail, water plants, and keep the home tidy so you come back to a space that looks as peaceful as you left it. I send daily updates with photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

About: I grew up on a farm taking care of all kinds of animals! I took care of cows, horses, pigs, goats, chickens, quails, frogs, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, hamsters and rats! I have always been a major animal lover and continue to be! I love spending time with my pets and for my friends and families pets too! I currently am remote Purchasing Associate for a national dermatology company. My shifts are usually about 5 hours long, which gives me lots of time to spend with the fur friends. I usually run my dog in the morning and evening, and spend time with her at the park and other places I go to. Sometimes Cardi, Boat and I just like to hang out in the yard and have a cup of coffee! I often take walks and go to the park and many other places. When I pet sit for my friends and family I work with what they have in their home. At my home I also have a long lead so they can safely play in the yard!

About: Pretty much not a single day of my life has gone by without being around animals/pets. Even though I am new to the rover platform, I have cared for animals my whole life and will treat your fur baby just like one of my own! I’m really trying to build up my clientele to make this a successful side business so if you give me a shot I won’t disappoint! I currently work 2nd shift so I am readily available most weeks as listed: Mon, Wed, Thurs = 10am-3pm Tues = 10am-1pm Fri & Sat = 10am-6pm Sun = not available None of those times are set in stone and depending on the situation I may still be able to work something out with you. I’m flexible so you just let me know what you need. Those times are just a general idea of when I’m available each day of the week. I will treat your home with respect and will follow any guidelines you ask in order to care for your pet. Safety is my #1 priority so I will always ensure I am following your routine of doing things to keep your pet free from danger (walking on a leash if you do so, not letting them escape the house, etc)

About: I have provided daily in-home care for pets, including feeding, fresh water, and cleaning litter boxes or pet areas. I have administered daily oral medications and specialized diets to pets with chronic health conditions, ensuring 100% adherence to care plans. I have managed high-energy or reactive dogs on walks by implementing positive reinforcement techniques. I have volunteered at the local animal shelter in the past and also used to work at a grooming salon! I currently have a job as a registered nurse but my schedule is flexible allowing me to care for your pets when needed! This is something I have always wanted to do as a side job because it brings me such joy to work with animals. I will treat your pets in your home as I would my pets in my own. I will make sure they are properly cared for, cleaned up, and well fed!

About: I’ve always had a passion for animals. Growing up, my mother was a dog sitter, which made me comfortable around most, if not all, breeds. I would help her with feeding while she took the dogs out. Now that I’m older, I have two huskies and a cat. My ultimate goal is to eventually have farm animals, mainly as pets. 😂 So, my love for animals is quite immense. I’m currently in school and volunteer for 4-5 hours each day on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can provide potty breaks whenever needed, except during my volunteer work. Since these volunteer days are mandatory for my school program, we’ll have to find a way to accommodate them. Aside from these commitments, I’m mostly at home, except for occasional errands. I only allow one pooch per night, as per my previous experiences. Please be considerate of this, unless discussed otherwise, as it’s more for the comfort of both yours and mine. ☺️ I have a vast yard, spanning 2 acres. Approximately half of it is fenced in to provide a safe space for my two energetic huskies. One of them is particularly lazy, while the other is quite active. Additionally, I have a cat that has a fondness for our dogs.

I’ve had pets my entire life and currently have a 6 year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix, so I’m no stranger to high energy dogs that need structure, exercise, and plenty of mental stimulation. Through caring for my own dog and helping friends and family with theirs over the years, I’ve gained experience with everything from daily walks and feeding routines to enrichment, playtime, and providing extra patience for anxious or reactive pups. That means I can often accommodate daytime walks, drop-ins, and last-minute requests. I love spending time with animals, so getting to care for pets throughout my week is something I genuinely enjoy. About: I have been a pet sitter for three years with particular experience with senior dogs, dogs that require medications, and high energy dogs but have taken care of pups of many breeds and temperaments. Pet sitting is my full time job so i am available at all times as long as it does not interfere with other clients scheduling or any important person events which will be communicated. I do drop in visits to keep your pet taken care of for as long and as my times as you need each day i also do overnight care where i drop in throughout the day for the pets needs then spend the night to keep your pet company and taken care of. I have a dog who has a fenced in back yard and is crate trained along with a indoor cat who is litter trained for taking care of clients pets i resupply water, food and give any medication needed, make sure your pets use the restroom and spend time with your pet. i only require that your pet has a safe environment, food and water i do not give treats that are not brought by me as many can cause chocking I also will not provide your dog with any food/medicine they have not had before again for safety reasons.

About: I have a natural connection with dogs. I have owned dogs over the years, as a child and as an adult. I have been in contact with many breeds and I haven't met a dog that didn't like me or I didn't love. I would care for your pet as if they were my own. I'm reliable and attentive to your pets needs by showering them with love and affection. I have a happy home with many trails for walks and runs. I'm available most of the day and can accomodate most schedules. I currently have a small chiweenie (Dachshund-Chihuahua mix). She is spade and about 3 years old. She is a rescue dog. She is very well tempered and gets along with all dogs, big and small.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, young and old, since 2019. I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s parented guinea pigs and parakeets as well. I pride myself on creating enriching experiences for the animals I sit through play and exercise. I’m a freelancer by trade and work for myself so I have open availability during both weekdays and weekends with limited notice needed to make myself available. I ask that pet owners provide any necessary supplies as I do not have them at home. I do live in a newer apartment complex with a fenced in playground for dogs to run around and lots of sidewalk space for walks.
