We hired Sierra for housesitting on Memorial Day weekend and she took care of our 80 pound labrador pitbull mix and our four month old Connie Corso puppy who is already over 50lbs and super energetic. She did a great job with both of them. We got home after 4 days and the house was clean, the dogs were happy, and the yard was clean as well. About: I have grown up around all kinds of dogs all of my life. Dogs who are scared of everyone, love everyone they all hold a special place in my heart. I have always wanted to do this ! I am a stay at home mom with two dogs of my own, so I really have a very open Monday-Friday Schedule and I am open to discussing weekends! I will treat them just like they are mine, and mine are spoiled to a core. All dogs are special and deserve to know they are loved.
About: My love for animals began when I was growing up surrounded by cats, dogs, horses, ducks, and chickens. Over the years, I’ve also gained experience caring for smaller pets like ferrets, hamsters, and guinea pigs. Spending time with animals has always been therapeutic for me, and I would love the opportunity to give your pets the same care, attention, and love I give my own. About: I grew up on a farm taking care of all kinds of animals! I took care of cows, horses, pigs, goats, chickens, quails, frogs, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, hamsters and rats! I have always been a major animal lover and continue to be! I love spending time with my pets and for my friends and families pets too! I currently am remote Purchasing Associate for a national dermatology company. My shifts are usually about 5 hours long, which gives me lots of time to spend with the fur friends. I usually run my dog in the morning and evening, and spend time with her at the park and other places I go to. Sometimes Cardi, Boat and I just like to hang out in the yard and have a cup of coffee! I often take walks and go to the park and many other places. When I pet sit for my friends and family I work with what they have in their home. About: DISCLAIMER * As of 10/26/2024 * If i cannot meet you and your pets before the start of the booking, i will not accept the booking. This has become a safety issue for me. I will no longer be able to accept verbal verification that your pet will be fine with a stranger entering the home. (Exceptions are small puppies) I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10. My neighbor growing up had 4 cats, that I loved dearly! She was the first person who allowed me to watch her fur babies when she went on vacation! I've pet sat many times since then. Dogs big and small of all breeds from a little pug to a 100lb+ Rottweiler. I own a 85lb pit bull mix and a 10lb weenier dog. 🐶 They are my babies.💗 I can drop in anytime to check on your fur babies. Spend extra time with them. I do bathing, and walks also! If you need your fur babies to be crated, no problem! I will make sure their safety comes first. You can put your mind at ease knowing your pets will be taken care of! This is my full time job, I enjoy every second of it! So day or night I can always do a drop in visit or a walk! Your pets safety comes first! So during a meet and greet I will be going over a small list of questions to make sure I can take care of your fur baby to the best of my ability. With this I create a “pet profile” so when you need to rebook with me I’ve already got a reference to look back at. EXAMPLE; if your dog is good with other animals, or if there is a certain amount of food that needs to be given. These are just notes I make for myself, and so you can rest assured your fur baby is getting the best care!

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
