About: As someone who grew up on a small farm, I have been around a variety of animals since birth. I have experience caring for a variety of species and am comfortable handling any animal. I have volunteered with local animal shelters for over a decade, so I also have extensive experience caring for pets with behavioral issues and medical needs. I am a part-time sitter who is providing pet care services in addition to my full-time work. However, as a professor at a local university, I have a very flexible daily schedule and can easily provide pet care during typical business hours. Additionally, I do not work in the summer, which increases my availability from mid-May to September. I am very intentional about the number of clients I take at a time to ensure that I can provide comprehensive care to booked clients. I believe open communication is most important to be able to provide safe and reliable care for your pets. During our meet and greet, I will ask many questions to ensure that I have a full picture of what caring for your pet requires and how to meet your expectations. As someone who uses a Rover sitter to care for my pets when I am away, I personally understand the trust that is needed to leave your pets in someone else's care. I strive to build trust with clients by showing up when I say I do and following all instructions provided to me. And, it is not just about building trust with you but also your pet! If your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it's important for me to know this so that I can ensure safety for your pet and myself. This will help me adjust my interactions with them so I can build trust with your pet and respect their boundaries. The more information I have, the better!

About: I have been passionate about animals, big and small, my entire life! I have volunteered at humane societies, fostered animals in need, cared for the pets of family members and friends, interned at AZA-accredited zoos, and worked at wildlife sanctuaries. Currently I am a full-time licensed wildlife rehabilitator caring for injured and orphaned Wisconsin wildlife with the goal of releasing them back into the wild, but I have previously worked with a variety of domestic animals both in my personal and in my professional life. About: I am a 29-year-old from Minnesota. I went to the University of Wisconsin, and am currently a Registered Nurse! I grew up with a black standard poodle from ages 3-19, and an apricot standard poodle from ages 19-27. I now have my own golden doodle named Sonny. I love playing, walking, and just hanging out with dogs as often as possible; they always brighten my day. I am willing to cuddle, play fetch, or give your dog(s) treats as often as they would like. I promise to respect your pet(s) and home and do a great job. I love dogs of all kinds and am always excited to meet new puppy pals! I look forward to meeting you and helping you take care of your furry family member. I work a typical Monday to Friday, 8-5 job. It is remote, so I am typically working from home, although I occasionally have to travel outside of the state for work. If your dog is with me you can be assured their needs will be met! I will make sure they are respected and given the proper attention they need. :)

I also have experience with overnight boarding, feeding schedules, leash manners, and providing companionship throughout the day. I schedule every morning, midday, and evening walks, ensuring every dog receives attention, exercise, and socialization while my small, friendly pup joins safely when appropriate. I provide attentive, loving care for pets in my home including feeding, walks, playtime, and safe socialization. My small, friendly dog can join walks for companionship and comfort with owner's permission.

About: I have been a private walker in the past and I am joining rover to be part of a larger platform. I grew up with dogs of all kinds and love meeting new furry friends! I currently have a full-time job and I am available for pet care from 6-7:30am and after 4:30pm. I have lots of flexibility and availability on the weekends as well! I currently live in an apartment with two cats. I am happy to come to the pets home and help with whatever care is needed.

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life. Every time I get the opportunity to watch a fur baby, I treat them like they are my own. I have done some dog/puppy training as well, and I've always gotten great reviews on what one's pet can do by the time they go home (If interested) My schedlue is fairly flexible. I am able to move clients around depending on your availability. This is my full-time gig as of now, so I take lots of pride in the care I provide to your pet(s). I have currently moved to Riverwest, this came with a fenced in backyard (yayyyy)! I live close to lots of parks, dog park (Rover west), and trails.

About: I have had experience caring for many different kinds of animals throughout my life, such as dogs, horses, guinea pigs, and fish. I am comfortable and confident with walking, feeding, bathing, etc. I am a full-time grad student, and I also work a part-time job. My schedule is a little different each weekday, sometimes with breaks in the middle of the day. I am available all day, every other weekend. I do not currently care for any pets in my home. I am not currently accepting jobs that require a pet to stay in my home.
