Along with taking care of my own dog, I am available throughout the day to stop in and check on/walk dogs. I am also available any day to stay over as a sitter. My one and only priority would be taking care of your pet. I would never be intrusive or inappropriate in your home. I would treat it with the respect I would want from a sitter.

“The experience with Abigail was awesome. We have never used Rover and she made it super easy and made us feel comfortable with someone coming into our home and taking care of our babies. Our boys (two cats) loved having Abigail here to feed them and play with them! When we need someone to watch our boys again, Abigail will be the one we call!”

“Kim is amazing! We always have her watch our dachshund Wendi whenever we go out of town or have an event to go to. She is so responsive and such a kind person! When she’s watching our dog, we know our dog is in great hands. Our dog always comes home happy and sleepy after hanging out with Kim and her dog! Thank you!!”

“Having our dog stay with MJ has been a great experience! We recently adopted a dog with fairly severe separation anxiety, and I'm not sure how we would have made it through the first months without having someone like MJ to watch her during the day while we work on alone time training. He's always very communicative and flexible, and our dog just loves him. You couldn't ask for a better dog sitter!”

“Monique was great! She was very straightforward about the process and how she has dogs in her home, which I appreciate greatly! Tatum has separation anxiety and finding an option that he feels comfortable and safe is really important! She communicated during the day on how he was doing and even got a report card and treats for his first day! This was amazing and I will be working with Monique again!”

“Mickey loved his afternoon with Jessica! She took him for walks and made him feel at home. He was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Jessica is such a kind soul, we feel extemely fortunate to have found her!”

Im available on boarding for weekends and weekdays at 10am and mostly anytime that works for you on weekdays will work for me. I have a dog park next door across from the apartment and a lot of walking and grate spots to walk around out through my neighborhood. And you dog can be crated if needed.
“Alexandrea took great care of my 12 week old puppy Driggs. 😊 She sent me lots of photos of Driggs and kept me updated on how he was doing. She also watched him back to back last minute and I appreciated her willingness to do so! I will definitely be using her again and totally recommend her!”

About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. It’s the perfect way to get some fur baby time until I’m ready for my next dog or cat in the future. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I have a fenced in yard and a big house with a lot of space that I can also section off by closing doors. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. I like when pet owners bring a bed for their pets so I can make them their own space but they’re welcome to chill with me in whatever I’m doing. I’m youthful, active, and responsible. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting cuz it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.
“Small had an amazing few days with Madison, Joseph and Knox! Went on walks and adventures, and was so well cared for. Came home exhausted every evening from a full day of playing with his new friends. Thank you!”

“My dog Nala loves going to daycare with Dane. He is very flexible and does a great job taking care of Nala. She also really enjoys hanging out with his dogs and having a yard to hang out in for the day. Would recommend Dane 10/10.”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

About: I love dogs and animals - they really are the best! I have owned three for many years, raising two from being puppies, and addressing challenging behavior with an older doggo, in addition to fostering multiple rescue dogs. I recently moved to WI and figured I’d give my fur baby some friends to hang with. I am happy to work with you on what’s best, whether that is house sitting, boarding, or simply letting your animals out on walks or to go potty. Let’s chat! I currently work from home and have a remote job, so can provide your dog with any needs or attention that makes sense based on their schedule. I have some in-person meetings that occur throughout the week, and am generally around on the weekends regularly. If planning on boarding or daycare, I now live in a home with a nice backyard. I can easily crate, take out for potty breaks, etc. I am also mindful of dog reactivity regardless of my own or neighbor’s dogs.

About: I have had dogs of my own since I was 9 years old. I LOVE dogs--especially small ones! I have trained all of my dogs. I board friends' dogs in my home all the time, and am now excited to move into boarding strangers' dogs here on Rover! I work full-time, a mix of in-office and at home. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility on Fridays, so it works best for me to be able to provide boarding on long weekends (Thursday-Sunday). I am happy to provide your pet with seamless care and match what they are used to in your home. I have a large yard and a quiet neighborhood. My home has many rooms and I have some gates so that I can separate pets if needed. I also have a puppy play pen for smaller/younger pups who need their own space.
“Amy was great with my pup. She took time with us for meet and greet which was reassuring and helpful. Stayed in touch and sent pics while my pup was with her—highly reccomend.”

“Emily was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated throughout the day with lots of pictures and messages, which made me feel so comfortable knowing my puppy was in such great hands. It was clear she genuinely cared for him and treated him like her own. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and I can’t wait for our next visit. Emily is truly amazing, and I highly recommend her!”

“Markie and Logan came home smiling and tired, which is really all I ask. they had a blast playing with all of the other dogs, and Logan didn't want to come inside from Joe's back yard!”
“Mochi loved his second daycare day. Maria and Nayibe provide the best of both worlds—lots of new doggy friends to play with in a comfortable and caring home environment. He will be back regularly! 😊”

“Jessica is great! On time every day and very communicative with any changes. She was understanding of any modifications we needed to make with days or times and our Mona looked forward to seeing her!”

“Carrianne was able to help us with a last minute walk for our dog. She took the time to stop by the day before to meet him. We appreciated the help and would book her again if the chance comes up!”

“Yesterday was the first time walking our dog. Jessica communicated when she would arrive, when walking our dog, where they walked and shared photos of our dog taking a walk. I was out of town and felt very confident that Jessica was taking good care of our dog. We will have Jessica take care of Louie, our dog, again.”

About: From family pets, growing up on a farm, pet sitting in college, to multiple years taking care of animal ambassadors as a naturalist, I've been working with and caring for critters of all sorts for nearly as long as I can remember! For critters in the pet category, I have been caring for indoor cats since 2018, from kittens to seniors and every stage in between, including administering medications. My family has had medium/large dogs (rottweilers, labs, and border collie and boxer mixes) my whole life but I have also pet sat for smaller breeds like Boston terriers and cavalier king Charles spaniels. My time as a naturalist gave me experience working with not only varied species, but varied personalities. From grumpy skunks to mischievous snakes and dramatic birds, I have extensive experience across the gambit. It also provided experience with very specific care instructions and detailed documentation. I like to provide pet parents with a thorough summary of my time with their pet so they don't have to worry while they're away. My schedule varies week to week from periods of no availability to periods of open availability, I will make sure to keep things updated so you know what to expect! In fall of 2025, I finished my 2,200+ mile thru hike of the Appalachian Trail. What does that mean for pet care? I LOVE to walk and do so whenever I get the chance! I would love to have your pet join me! I am very detail oriented and will follow your care instructions to a T! I also provide my pet parents a detailed summary of my visit for peace of mind, every time!
“Travis is so kind and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable with him right away. My dogs were also comfortable with him very quickly and that means a great deal to me. He has been reliable and a great communicator.”

About: Hi! I'm Kalina. I've been around animals my whole life, and they've always been a huge part of it. I've worked with rescue dogs and have experience with pets of all different personalities, so I know that every animal deserves patience, understanding, and care that's tailored to them. I have two cats and a deaf dog of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone else. My deaf pup has taught me a lot about paying attention to body language, being patient, and finding what works best for each individual pet. Whether your pet is full of energy and loves to play or would rather curl up on the couch, I'm happy to follow their routine and make sure they feel comfortable while you're away. I'll treat them like they're my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you never have to wonder how they're doing. I know our pets are family, and my goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for until you're back home. Care for your pet fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a very open and flexible schedule. That allows me to be available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits, and I can easily adjust my day to meet your pet's needs. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in visit, or spending extra time keeping your fur baby company, I'm happy to work around their routine to help them feel comfortable, happy and cared for. When I'm caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. I'll carefully follow any instructions you leave regarding feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and any other special needs or preferences. I've been around animals my whole life and have experience working with rescue dogs. My mom also fosters dogs, and I've cared for many of her foster dogs while she's away. That experience has taught me to be patient with dogs who may be shy, anxious, or still adjusting to new people and environments. I treat every home with respect and every pet like they're my own. I'll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident they're happy and well cared for while you're away.
“Mika is great! They are incredibly caring and good with my dog. They have helped tremendously with his loose leash walking while making sure he gets lots of energy out. My dog loves them!”

I am not currently accepting jobs that require a pet to stay in my home.
“Ana takes Bella, my 1yo Golden Retriever, on 2 walks a week so Bella can stretch her legs when I’m on too many work conference calls. Ana is prompt, Bella loves her and Ana gives me a detailed report and pictures through the app each time. I highly recommend Ana and am so glad to have her walking Bella.”

About: I am a part time college student. I am going to school to get my ECE Degree. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 by volunteering at humane societies and having my own dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycares throughout Florida and Wisconsin. I love all dogs like they are my children. I would love to own my own rescue center but as of now I want to gain more experience with taking care of different breeds and just express my love of animals to the world. I hope that you choose me to be a temporary parent for your dog and that he or she is in perfect hands and will feel at home. Thank you. Hopefully we speak soon. I work third shift for Target and dog sit during the day. I make sure they are taken out three-four times and feed twice a day. I care for them like they are children. Go on walks, feed, cuddle. Run like crazy and crash from exhaustion. I also love getting to know the dogs personality.
About: I have a dog of my own named Charlie! He is a 3 year old tripod pitbull mix that is the love of my life. I am able to lift him up (52lbs) when he needs the extra help, so I am able to lift dogs if needed. I just graduated with my BFA in Musical Theatre and minor in Dance Performance. I am available Monday-Friday as early as 6:30am-1pm. My schedule will shift from time to time as I am an actor and will be in shows. I care a lot about pet safety and wellbeing. When an animal is in my care, they are my number 1 priority. Any little change in demeanor that seems off or anything that seems off with the pet, their parent will be notified and updated right away. This is because this is what I would want for my dog. I know that my dog means the whole world to me and that when he is not with me, I want the best for him and for him to be comfortable and cared for.

About: As someone who grew up on a small farm, I have been around a variety of animals since birth. I have experience caring for a variety of species and am comfortable handling any animal. I have volunteered with local animal shelters for over a decade, so I also have extensive experience caring for pets with behavioral issues and medical needs. I am a part-time sitter who is providing pet care services in addition to my full-time work. However, as a professor at a local university, I have a very flexible daily schedule and can easily provide pet care during typical business hours. Additionally, I do not work in the summer, which increases my availability from mid-May to September. I am very intentional about the number of clients I take at a time to ensure that I can provide comprehensive care to booked clients. I believe open communication is most important to be able to provide safe and reliable care for your pets. During our meet and greet, I will ask many questions to ensure that I have a full picture of what caring for your pet requires and how to meet your expectations. As someone who uses a Rover sitter to care for my pets when I am away, I personally understand the trust that is needed to leave your pets in someone else's care. I strive to build trust with clients by showing up when I say I do and following all instructions provided to me. And, it is not just about building trust with you but also your pet! If your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it's important for me to know this so that I can ensure safety for your pet and myself. This will help me adjust my interactions with them so I can build trust with your pet and respect their boundaries. The more information I have, the better!

About: I focus on understanding dogs. I pay attention to the little things—how your dog is feeling, what motivates them, and what helps them feel safe, confident, and happy on every walk. I’m the kind of person who notices the subtle changes others miss. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, anxious, or simply loves to sniff every tree, I adapt each walk to what they need that day. My goal isn’t just exercise—it’s giving your dog an experience they genuinely enjoy while giving you complete peace of mind. I’d love to meet you and your dog. Send me a message—I’d be happy to answer questions or schedule a free meet-and-greet. I am currently available to book most days of the week as dog care is my passion. Please feel free to reach out to set up a meet and greet. I am currently available to take care of pets in client’s home. I am flexible with needs, dates, and times. Let me know how I can help 🙂
