I am a pet lover working from home who loves the company and snuggles. My kids are crazy about dogs and love them dearly also. I really appreciated how she took the time to observe and learn about my dog’s personality to help her feel more comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout, and my very active dog got tons of exercise — she even went on a two-hour hike that she absolutely loved! When my pup ran out of food, Haoran kindly provided her own without hesitation. My dog can be pretty anxious, but Haoran and her husband showed such patience and genuine care. I was a little nervous boarding my dog for the first time, but Morgan was very responsive and addressed all my concerns. She sent lots of pictures and my dog didn’t even want to come home after the weekend! She was absolutely great and would recommend her to all of my friends and family.
