“I have been very conflicted on this review. While the lead up was easy enough and Shane was responsive, the actual day of the service was just a bit odd. We were visiting from out of town and needed someone to watch our 5 month old puppy for the day. I confirmed the day before and Shane stated his girlfriend would be there as he was out until 1. No problem. Asked for her name and how I should contact her once we knew exactly what time we’d be there. He gave us her name and told us to just arrive “whenever” that she’d see us on the ring camera. Drop off was easy enough and Allie was super kind. Clear that she loves animals. We never received a follow up from Shane or any pictures or even just a note that the puppy was doing ok. Every pet sitter we’ve ever had has always sent at least 1 photo from the visit. Wasn’t a huge deal, but just interesting. We were going to arrive to pick the puppy up about 40 mins earlier than originally planned so I messaged Shane to let him know. When we got to the house Allie had the puppy ready to go and handed her over to us. Easy enough. Shane was outside. I said hello to him and thanked him. But, he never acknowledged us or said anything. Never even acknowledged the puppy as we were walking by him to pop her in the car. I was conflicted about what rating to give as the puppy seemed well cared for while there. But, the experience was a bit weird.”
“This was my first time booking with Vassu. Vassu was wonderful with my dog, Maddie. Maddie enjoyed her large fenced in yard, including discovering her dog door. Maddie was also spoiled with walks, dog toys, and the company of Vassu's dog Ninja. Vassu shared pictures with me through out Maddie's stay. About: Hey there! I’m Milo, a pet sitter of 6 years, and a dog walker since childhood. Whether a quick check in for a game and a potty break, a 30 minute walk around town, or a few overnights so they never get lonely, I am excited to get to know your furry friends and give them the best day possible! I work part time at a dog daycare, where I am responsible for working with up to 45 dogs at once. About: I have always had a pet dog and ever since I was a teenager, I’d dog-sit for family and neighbors. Since college, I’ve been pet-sitting ajd dog walking on a more professional level. I’ve babysat for a few hours, simply for a walk, but have also watched multiple high energy dogs for up to two weeks. I’ve cared for dogs under a year old and up to 13 years old. I’ve always loved dogs and find them very easy to get along with and care for no matter their size, age, or personality. I have also cared for kittens a few weeks old, senior cats, administering medication orally, grooming them if they have long hair etc. Cats have a very different energy than dogs but I enjoy taking care of them just as much as dogs. We live in a beautiful home with a big fenced in yard but do take the dog(s) out daily to explore in the woods and have fun!

About: I have been taking care of dogs almost my whole life, and finally decided to branch out and get more clients on my roster. I am a nineteen year old college student studying to become a music teacher, and I have two small dogs of my own. I have experience with large dogs, medium dogs, tiny dogs- you name it! I’ve worked with puppies to seniors. I can’t wait to help take care of your furry friends! I’m currently attending community college in Enfield and spend the recently moved out of my mom’s house to share an apartment with my dad. When I’m not in class, I am taking care of my dogs by doing things like feeding them, brushing their teeth, brushing my long haired dog, and any other needs they might require. I have also adopted a bernedoodle puppy from a shelter event. I have experience in dog training which includes basic commands, resource guarding, and crating. My female cocker spaniel was fully trained by me, and my male dog knows a few tricks.
