About: Hi, I’m Tommy! While my legal name is Thomas, Everyone calls me Tommy. I’ve always been an animal lover and grew up with both dogs and cats, but my passion deepened when I adopted my rescue pup, Brownie, on December 8, 2018—his special “Gotcha Day.” Learning about the incredible selflessness of the rescue community and the heartbreaking number of pets in high-kill shelters inspired me to dedicate my life to making a difference for animals. This commitment led me to start my own dog-themed apparel business, Luv Pup, where a portion of profits goes to rescues saving dogs. Beyond my entrepreneurial mission, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, from iguanas (yes, I had two named Fifi and Disney!) to rats and, of course, dogs and cats. My experience also extends to tortoise, chicken, and bird care! *My home has no room for hate & all are welcome!!!* I am available for early morning or evening walks and drop-ins during the week. If your pet requires extra exercise, we have a quiet neighborhood to walk around in. We have a dog bed in almost every room, space for you to bring a crate, or an area that can be closed off overnight if necessary or requested. There are few places in the house that the dogs don't have access to out of an abundance of safety. Otherwise, they are welcome to make themselves at home! If I care for an animal in your home, I will let you and your pet take the lead!

About: I was a dog owner for 11 years of a Shih Tzu and a Beagle Boston Terrier mix, and loved every second. While in High School I consistently watched my neighbor's dog while he was away, giving lots of attention and love to his Jack Russell Terrier. I'm currently available most days of the week, and have my own vehicle, so I am able to come watch your pet on short notice. My two dogs recently passed, and I'm looking for something to fill that hole where they used to be in my life. I would be honored to care for your furry best friends while you're away. With drop-in visits I care for dogs by offering lots of pets and playtime, along with feeding, watering, and taking outside. I make sure to let them know they can trust me first before getting down to play with them, ensuring both of our safety.

Abby W.
“Abby is my niece and ever since she was little she has always loved animals. Her first pet was a rabbit named Shadow whom she adored and gave such devoted such care to. She created an amazing environment for Shadow with lots of space and toys to play with. She also provided the same love and care to her hamster, and most recently to her beloved dog Taffy. Abby ensures that the animals in her care receive the best of everything from their environment to their food to their, to their toys, and spends a lot of time loving on them as well. I would definitely recommend Abby as a devoted, loving care provider for any pets. They will certainly receive very attentive, loving care from Abby.”

Melinda M.
“Mel is amazing with all dogs in her care! She makes sure each one gets plenty of TLC. She is extensively educated and experienced with training dogs of many different temperaments and personalities. I have a 2 year old from the first litter Mel bred and he already had the majority of his basic training down by 10 weeks old, thanks to Mel! She makes that extra effort to assure each owner is happy with their puppy and is always there for any questions or assistance. Your dog, no matter the age or breed, will be in the best of care with Mel.”

Jenna S.

“Jenna has been wonderful with Riggins, and he looks forward to his playtime with Jenna.”

“Eikaiva is an excellent pet sitter. She instantly formed a loving bond with our two dogs. Eikaiva is prompt, courteous, professional, thorough and very nice.”

Linda M.
“Linda watched my 1.5 yr old Golden Retriever, Blitz, while I was away on my honeymoon. For the whole trip, she provided excellent care and provided updates multiple times per day. I was able to enjoy my honeymoon knowing Blitz was in good hands. Linda showed love and care to Blitz as if he were her own. I can’t recommend her enough!”

Tara H.
“I'd ended up taking care of my brother's pet Ziti for a while, definitely the sweetest little fur baby ever. And surprisingly enough though I thought I knew everything there was to know from the man himself, Tara was actually instrumental in helping me develop a routine and better care for his pet. Working out a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor time when the weather was good, as well as food recommendations too! If I didn't know any better I'd have thought I was watching HER pet. Absolutely one of the best animal care providers I've had the care to run into. Ziti still says hi as well!”

“Amanda was professional and very communicative throughout the booking and meet and greet process. She answered all the questions we had. Our plans changed and we didn't book with her, but she is on our list for next time.”

Thomas D.
“Tommy has so much love and care for dogs! It’s obvious from his other business, Luv Pup, where he donates proceeds to save dogs from kill shelters. Every time I had ever taken my dog, Lucy, by his shop, he was never short on the attention he’d give her. She loved him so much, we called him her boyfriend! It was very cute! Now that he closed his shop to turn his attention to online business, I’m sure he’ll be the best caregiver Rover has in his area! Good luck to you Tommy! Thanks for all the love you gave sweet Lucy, God rest her sweet soul!”

Amanda B.
“Rosie is a 2 year old mini bernedoodle. She is a true people lover, and let's just say it...energetic, excitable, reactive.... Amanda is one of Rosie's top 3 people. She is a dog whisperer. She has a gentle way about her that puts Rosie at ease. She is patient with, soft spoken, and sweet to Rosie. Amanda has taken care of Rosie for a week at a time, here and there, since she was 3 months old while we were on vacation, or when I had a stay in the hospital. She has stayed in our home, and also cared for Rosie in her home. She also walks Rosie pretty regularly. Rosie trusts her and feels safe and secure with her. I couldn't recommend Amanda more highly.”

Chelsea B.
“Chelsea was incredible. I have two senior, special needs rescue dogs on various medications, and I was so nervous to leave them for one week. Chelsea came over two times before hand to make sure both she and the dogs would be comfortable together. She has a lot of animal medical experience, and it was so reassuring to have someone who is knowledgeable, resourceful and caring. While we were gone, she gave me frequent updates and showed so much compassion and love towards them. Chelsea is reliable, clean and I am so thankful to have found her for our beloved dogs.”

Dawn H.
“I have known Dawn for 30+ years. I honestly cannot think of anyone that would be a better pet walker/sitter/boarder than Dawn. She absolutely adores her own pets. She posts her activities with her dogs almost everyday, so I know she is very active with them. She’s an active, loving, caring person. She is an elementary school teacher, so she has great patience and her schedule lends itself to free time in the evenings and Summers. Her three children are grown, so again, she has time. Really and truly, Dawn is perfect for this.”
