About: I’ve been around animals (dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish!) my whole life! I’ve also helped by dropping by to check on my neighbors animals as well. I’m also going to school for dog training! I’m currently working a full time job, I work 10-7 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday but I can stop by before and after work! I can also come by on my lunches as well! My off days are Wednesdays and Saturdays Don’t see a date available? Message me and we can talk to see what works! My animals are my whole life! I will treat your baby’s as my own and do everything I can to make them feel comfortable and safe while I’m around!

About: I have been petsitting since I was in 7th grade (for walkable neighbors until I could drive!). I have experience taking care of and giving medication to young and old dogs and cats (pills and ear/eyedrops). I’ve watched senior dogs and puppies just a few weeks old. I have an especially good way with cats (especially skittish or standoffish ones) but I have plenty of experience with both. I have been called a cat whisperer more than once in life! And while I hope I don’t need to demonstrate this skill for you, I have done more than my share of flea baths on cats and dogs. I’ve been vegetarian 8 years and animals have always been my favorite thing about life. I work Mon-Fri from 8am-12pm, so I have almost my entire day and weekends to spend time petsitting. After that my only other obligation is petsitting! I am able to come by your house however many times a day you see fit, and I always love to just hang out with your pets for a little while to keep them company while you are gone! I am willing to do walks, baths, or just chill out depending on what your pet and your schedule is usually like. Since my other job is done so early in the day, I am able to stop by as often as you’d like.

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I am very familiar with the bird dogs breeds (pointers and flushers) having four (English Pointers) myself. Also familiar with the giant breeds as I have a Newfoundlander and the small breeds as I have a Boston Terrier. I have always had dogs in my life. I have owned as many as eight dogs and all my dogs live in the house with me and are well behaved. I work from home so I can easily fit your pet into my schedule to take care of your pet(s) and give them the attention they need and deserve. I will treat your pets as though they are one of mine and will follow any instructions you may have on how to care for your pet.

About: Hello! I am a pediatric nurse in Pittsburgh. My primary job allows me to be flexible! I can come for walks and visits during the week. I have been helping out with family dogs all my life! I work full time as nurse, however I work three twelve hour shifts a week so I have flexibility! I can be available during the weekdays while you are at work! I would love to drop in for visits/take your dogs for walks! I would happy to sit for a while to keep them company. Whether that’s playing or giving them cuddles.

About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Ruby is even still kicking at 18 years old! I now have a second dog, a 2 year old Husky who loves to play. I’ve trained many dogs, older and puppies since I can remember. I also have a lot of experience with elderly dogs, Ruby being a prime example. We go on walks often and I have basic dog training experience. I work part-time fully from home. I make my own schedule for work so I am completely flexible. The only time I ever leave the house is to take my dogs somewhere, dog park, hiking trail, etc. I am available every day and do same day bookings so feel free to reach out whenever you need! My dogs are very friendly and love other dogs. We also have 2 cats that play with our dogs as well. I have a fully fenced in yard to give your fur baby plenty of room to run around freely and play.

“It was our first time using Rover and Lindsey was an excellent companion and dog walker for our pit bull mix! Her report after each visit was thorough and usually included an extra anecdote about their time together and great pictures! Lindsey very concerned and asked for our advice when our dog wasn't eating much food when we initially left. We appreciated her initiative. When there was a big rain storm and they couldn't walk outside, Lindsey spent the time playing with our dog inside and gave him the attention and exercise that he needed. Overall a great experience and highly recommend Lindsey!”

As a speech-language pathologist, I also think that understanding animal communication and respecting boundaries are key. If your pet is showing me they need space, I will listen to them and make sure they are well fed, their needs are met and a soft presence is near. If they are showing me that they need more love and attention, I will stay and give them more love and attention! I can’t wait to meet your furry family. Right now, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I’m a teacher on summer break and transitioning into a teletherapy position, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets throughout the day. I believe pets are happiest when their routines stay as consistent as possible, so I make it a priority to learn each pet’s normal schedule, preferences, personality, and needs before their owner leaves. In a client’s home, I carefully follow feeding schedules, refresh water, clean litter boxes and outdoor areas as needed, administer medications when required, and make sure pets receive the exercise, enrichment, affection, and companionship they have when you’re home. I pay close attention to body language, behavior changes, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being. As a speech-language pathologist, communication is a big part of my professional life, and I bring that same attentiveness to the animals in my care. About: Hi! I’m Karsyn, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been a dedicated dog mom to my Mini Australian Shepherd for the past 5 years, and before him I grew up with dogs my entire childhood. I truly treat my pets like my children, and I’ll care for yours with that same level of love, patience, and attention! When my dog was a puppy, I enrolled him in training classes, which taught me so much about dog behavior, body language, and positive interactions. That experience gave me a better understanding of how dogs communicate and how to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. One of my absolute favorite parts of pet sitting is sending photos of your pets to you! I basically turn into the pet paparazzi and love snapping pictures throughout our time together. About: I have been around dogs since I was a baby. My current dogs have PTSD, meaning I understand how to handle special needs pets. I would love to care for your pets. I have no job, meaning I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets. Even though i’m unable to keep them at my own house, I am fully willing to watch them at yours. My own pets don’t particularly enjoy visitors. My two dogs have post traumatic stress disorder. They came from a bad place, and ever since I adopted them, I have been rehabilitating them. Many pets take patience and love to come out of their shells. Years later, my dogs are feeling a lot better, even if they’re still scared of loud noises.

About: I am experienced with all breeds from chihuahuas to pit-bulls. We have a nice size yard and a lovable dog and cat. We have a straight hair labradoodle and s strictly indoor cat. We have raised dogs, cats and rabbits. Our son has been raised with dogs and cats and is very good with animals of all kinds. I have experience with giving medication, trimming nails and other minor grooming tasks. Dog walks around the community is an activity we enjoy doing. On those rainy days we like to sit in the living room and relax. Our dogs enjoy being brushed and just being loved on. Whether it is a stop in visit or boarding I can provide the love and care your dog will need to stay healthy and happy. I'm currently a gig worker(Doordash, etc). So my schedule is very flexible. My wife also works from home. So, if boarding, someone is always home. Our dog and cat are very friendly. We have a backyard and plenty of quiet streets to go for a walk. Our pets are allowed on the furniture so your pet can make themselves at home.

About: I've been a dog owner most of my life. Friends & family often rely on me to feed, walk & play with their fur babies. I'm retired so I have plenty of time to devote to the wellbeing of your pet. There is always time for belly rubs & ear scratches. I have a dog friendly house - lounging on the couch is okay and sleeping in my bed is encouraged. Snuggle bunnies are welcome here. Your pet will have full run of the house - I don't use crates unless a crate is part of your pets usual routine. I have a large yard that is NOT fenced. All boarders will have to be walked on a leash. It is important that all pets are leash trained.
