“I can barely begin to describe the amazingness that is Zydae. From our very first message, I knew that she had an incredible gift, and that my senior dog Kuma would be in perfect hands. I was so happy and relieved that he was having such a great time, and a little worried he may forget about me!! Patch can be nervous with new people and has a fairly specific care routine, but Lexi was patient, attentive, and made her feel comfortable. She sent regular updates, photos, and a video, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She took Patch on walks, to the park, and even out for a pup cup. She also went above and beyond by buying toys and treats for Patch to enjoy during her stay. It was clear that Patch was well cared for and had a great time. Lexi was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and I would absolutely trust her to watch Patch again!
