“My sister-in-law and I left our dogs with her for two days. When we picked them up they were happy and got to meet new friend dogs and a cat. Anna has dogs of her own and cat and all got together to be one happy family. Our dogs must have had some fun together because they were tired when we got home. Was a great experience.”

“Scott and Ellen have been amazing with Kaiser. They kept me updated eveyday with how Kaiser’s stay was going and sent pictures of them playing together and going for walks. They are the best!”

“Ross and Sarah were great! Aries and Bella enjoyed their time with them. They stayed in contact throughout the booking sending updates and and multiple photos and videos a day which helped me enjoy my vacation knowing they were being taken such great care of.”

“Zydae was fantastic. She provided great communication and flexibility with our puppy. We decided to leave him one extra night instead of doing a late pickup and she was more than willing to accommodate. Her responses were quick. She sent a lot of pictures and videos to ensure our puppy was ok and comfortable. It was our first time using a service and she provided a great experience. We would definitely book her again.”

“Sarah and her husband both do an incredible job taking care of my little Jackson. He's a high energy, anxious mini aussie, and it’s not easy finding someone I can trust to put in the level of care and patience that he needs to feel comfortable. Jackson always comes back home healthy and relaxed after staying with Sarah. Very happy with their service! Thank you!”

“Grace is the best dog sitter! She loves on Baru as if he was her own dog. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dog with someone. He gets to play and cuddle and is always happy to be with her.”

“Lauren is amazing. She has a huge fenced in yard and took very good care of our pup. She sent pictures and check in with us every day. Best of all she was able to take her in last minute. I highly recommend her!”

“From the minute Sunshine walked into Danielle’s home she was greeted with love. I was so happy to see how she immediately took to this new environment. She had that “this is gong to be fun” wag to her tail and expression on her cute face. Danielle provided pictures and Sunshine was full of Sunshine.”

“Evie & Fritz were so amazing with Lola. They sent me photos throughout each day and gave me updates on how she was doing! She got to play with lots of other dogs who were in doggy daycare with them and snuggled up with them at night! I felt so good knowing my girl was being so loved and well cared for! You guys are the best!!”

“Kenan & Kayleigh were awesome! They loved Billy and Joey (miniature dachshunds) like their own and always sent updates with pictures and videos! Their home is clean and their indoor kennels our dogs loved (along with their couch for extra snuggles). 🥰 We will 100% be using them again!”

“Joaquin did wonderful with my baby. she seems to be happy in all the pictures and videos and he was very understanding about pickup and drop off times even with it being a holiday. will definitely be using his services again.”

About: We were raising dogs before we had children. Siberian Huskies, Akitas, rescue dogs, and Icelandic Sheepdogs. There have been dogs in our home for over 50 years. Our pets are a part of the family and greet us each day with a licky kiss on the chin. Our grandchildren love to play with Spensa when they visit. Pet care is intentional and a part of our daily routine. With the morning coffee comes the morning run around the back yard. With my breakfast is the dogs breakfast. If we go for a walk, so does the dog! We all just do life together as we can! We have a fenced yard allowing plenty of room to run and play. Our dog is very friendly and is very comfortable being around other dogs. She is current on all vacinations. Should you required you dog to be crated for any reason, we would be more than willing to comply to your requests.
“Alice responded to questions quickly and sent photos of our two pups while she was caring for them. It was their first first time belng left with someone else, so she understood they might be apprehensive. She communicated observations with us, which we appreciated. We were. grateful for her help while we had to be away for meetings. We did tip her when we picked up our pups.”

“Tami was great. She was wonderful with my dog Luna when we went to visit and also when Luna was nervous that I was leaving her. She kept me updated all weekend on how it was going and was very flexible when I had to change plans to avoid a snowstorm. I will be using Tami again soon to take care of my girl!”

Daneille was absolutely amazing with our anxious little guy from the minute we met. Communication was perfect. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. She sent me updates and was very patient, kind and understanding with our boy Beau. It was obvious he had lots of fun and got some much needed socialization. We are happy to have found her and will be asking her to have Beau back again and again :)

Janie and her fur babies are wonderful! Janie is so caring. Sent pictures of Brandi. I appreciate her doing that. We don’t get to travel much, but whenever we do, I will definitely check with Janie first, and hope that she will be available. Thanks to Janie and Rover! Kathy Erdman

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
