“Joel and Crystal are lifesavers. While I was out of state at a conference my Dog center unfortunately canceled halfway through the booking. I was very stressed out and was able to connect with Joel and Chrystal to take Pancake for an additional few days. She had a great time and I can tell because I got pictures of him with his tongue almost hanging to the floor. He must’ve instantly felt very safe with them being moved around a lot over a few days. I got pictures of him getting cuddles with kids and playing with other dogs. The nice thing was he was able just to check on the dogs, but was allowed his own space just to go and sleep when he wanted to. Came back with a huge smile on his face and completely worn out and slept for a day Their communication was great and easy and extremely responsive. They let me know everything that was going on, especially knowing how nervous I was that we had to book without a meet and greet. To top it off my train was late by three hours and they were very accommodating on the pick up time. Pancake can’t wait to go back and see them.”

“Denise was great with my cockapoo! I left him with her while I was on an extended vacation. He was taken for walks daily, nurtured with love and fed well. His diet even improved under her care. Her place is located adjacent to Delta Ponds so she is fortunate to have some wildlife come by to visit outside her back slider door. Dexter was able to see a Squirell, Blue Jay and other birds. His walks to the ponds kept him engaged and happy. He was also socialized with other dogs that she sits. All in all he came back as a better dog and was very happy to spend time with her. He had no separation anxiety at all and was very content. I received daily photos of him and was updated about how he was doing regularly. I would recommend Denise to any one looking for a sitter. Her rates are great as well.”

She responded right when I asked how they were doing and always sent photos each time which we loved. “If you are looking for a place to take your fur babies while out of town this is it! The fenced yard is well maintained with several areas separated if needed, lots of room to run and a well kept clean house. The pups are continually monitored and loved by Brittany and her husband. They took excellent care of my 7month old Buddy and treated him like a member of their own family. Buddy never missed a meal, had a great time and came home just as good as I left him. Buddy was happy with his tail up and wagging from the very beginning of our meet and greet and through out his visit to the Doggy Vacation House! I received at least one pic/video per day plus fast communication back throughout Buddy’s stay, even when my flight was cancelled and delayed Buddy’s pickup. She is amazing!”
