2. Megan P.
“Megan did a fantastic job caring for my cats while I was out of town. She was responsive, friendly, and so helpful. I have cats that don’t warm up to strangers well and she made it so that they were each comfortable receiving food from her and ensured each ate. Megan also made sure to send thorough updates and photographs for each cat during her drop-ins. Megan is wonderful! I will certainly be using her services again.”
3. Hunter A.
“Hunter is very caring and attentive she’s all about the animals and that’s very comforting when I’m away on a long trip. My cat Rogue can be a handful she’s very independent and protective but Hunter managed to break the ice and make Rogue feel comfortable. Will definitely book Hunter again!”

8. Alyssa S.
“Alyssa did a great job looking after our pets. We have two chinchillas and four cats, so it looking after all of them over a week could get to be complicated. Alyssa followed the care instructions for our rambunctious little animals and kept us regularly updated on how they were doing. She even went above and beyond by taking care of an unexpected set package and our forgotten HelloFresh order while we were away. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.”
9. Machalah M.
“Machalah is a wonderful petsitter! She provided the best care to our babies and went above and beyond sending us updates and pictures of them while we were away! She's helped me on multiple occasions and even allowed us to book last minute.”
10. Marissa L.
“We are very happy with Marissa’s first time taking care of our cat Sweet Pea. We enjoyed the daily check in card and photos! We found it very easy to communicate with Marissa even with the 6 hour time difference. Our kitty was well cared for and happy to have us come home! We felt confident and comfortable with Marissa caring for our beloved pet. We will definitely book her again very soon!”
11. Virginia M.
“Virginia was very attentive and kind to our cat Lily. She dropped in to feed and play with Lily for two days while we were out of town. She did a great job and we will likely book her again in the future!”

“Jason was great! He was available in short notice and patiently waited for me to run in and out of meetings while trying to book my walk. He sent tons of pictures which I always enjoy seeing. Winnie seemed to be having a great time. Will def book him again in the future.”
13. Jennifer K.
“Jenni has been our #1 cat sitter for many years. Our cats have daily meds and Jenni had no issue with administering the pills. Also, her vet experience gave us additional confidence that our cats were in good hands while we were away for more than a week. Our snotty cat even warmed up to her after a couple of visits. Jenni is trustworthy and reliable and we will definitely be calling her again the next time we are out of town.”
14. Ruby D.
“Ruby was great. Took Cooper on a nice walk and he loved it.”

16. Kaitlyn B.
“Kaitlyn is the perfect pet sitter! She came for a meet & greet before our scheduled vacation. I’ve never seen our excitable dog so calm when meeting a new person - he immediately went to Kaitlyn & “hugged” her by sitting at her feet & leaning against her legs. Kaitlyn is so professional and sweet - taking notes & explaining how the Rover app works. As our dog is 9 now, I feel so much more comfortable leaving him at home, rather than boarding him in an unfamiliar place. Kaitlyn even took the initiative to add some warm water to his food to be sure he was eating his food!”
17. Rachel E.
“Rachel was so great with our huskies! One of our dogs is very skittish but he quickly warmed up to her. I could tell that she’d had experience handling such situations.”
18. Macie V.
“Macie always does such a great job with our pup! She spends quality time with her and makes sure all of her needs are always met. Thank you, Macie!”
19. Caitlyn S.
About: Hello everyone! My name is Caitlyn, and I am a recently matched medical student at VCOM. I have experience in short-term and long-term house sitting, which included drop-ins and walks around my clinical schedule. I love taking dogs on walks, because exercise for them is important and I am able to sneak in a small workout, too! I personally have a special needs dog that was born blind, therefore I have experience working with disabled dogs and I am comfortable caring for them. My location switches between Midlothian, VA and Newport News, VA, depending on my school schedule. I will be more consistently available in Newport News from September to April, and then more consistently available in Midlothian from May to August. I can’t wait to meet you! I am currently a medical student that recently matched! I am on my last rotation, which includes many half days. From April 19th to June 7th, I will be completely free and need some dogs and cats to fill my schedule! I live in an apartment and prefer not to have guest pets in my own home, but when at their own home, I am tentative to needs and possible mischief! I will ensure they have adequate attention and play.

About: I am a proud mom and fur mom. I work during the day however I am home each night. I have 14 plus years of experience with both cats and dogs and now 4 years of experience with IVDD in dogs. I have grown up with pets in my home since I was little and I know that these animals are just as much a part of a family as kids are and can designate all the love and attention to your furry friend as if you were there. My beagle mix was paralyzed due to IVDD and now have experience in relieving bladders and range of motion exercises. I currently work during the day so I am available during the week after two and all weekend unless my son has sports or whatever in which I’ll post that I am not available. I have a fenced in yard that provides plenty of room to run and play. I also love taking photos of fur babies so you’ll regularly get updates.
