About: I have had dogs in my life as long as I can remember. I love all kinds of dogs. I have a small chocolate lab (1 year) and a Lab mix (approx 3 years). My life basically revolves around them. I am now a retired teacher looking for something to do. Since I love dogs and people need help with their dogs I figured I can do that and still love what I do. I am willing to come walk and play with your dog. Board your dog at my house, as long as out dogs get along. I would prefer dogs that are crate trained but if they are not we can discuss. I can come pick up your dog and take it to doggie day care and go pick it up and bring it back. Im pretty flexible. I worked with Hartmans Haven dog rescue as a foster and have had many different types of dogs in my care. I have had senior dogs and dogs recovering from surgery. I am happy to help. I love puppies and Seniors!! I have no experience on Rover.com but I have been taking care of my friends animals for many years. I can be chill and just sit and snuggle or I can take your dog for a walk. I love to throw the ball and play tug -o-war. Just let me know what you need. As of now I am at home most of the time the day. I am currently looking for part time work. I am usually up by 9:00 if I don't have anything to do. My dogs get me up by 7:00 most mornings. My dogs go out when they get up and come back in for breakfast. When weather is good they go outside and play. I often take them to day care to get them socialized. I do have a few side gigs Im working on but for the most part my schedule is flexible. The day usually ends by around 10;00pm I do not have a fenced yard yet. I am working on that. I would be leash walking your pet. My pets are crate trained when I am gone and out when I am home. They have dog beds to lay on but prefer the couch and chair. They sleep in my bed. If your dog is crate trained I have space for that based on their needs. My two dogs are dog friendly but I always want to do a meet and greet first. I am able to follow your in home routine as requested. If I have concerns I will ask you before accepting.

About: I have experience with all kinds of pet care. From cats and dogs to chinchillas and bearded dragons. I am experience with medication and well as behavioral I work PRN at 2 nursing homes and I am in school for 13.5 hours a week! I do make my own schedule for the most part so providing adequate care has never been an issue. I am CPR and first aid certified, I am also fire/flood trained. I have been told I am a perfectionist and I do hyperfocus but since I am watching your pets that is a good thing!

About: I’m a dog owner of a 4-year-old German Shepherd with epilepsy and an 8-year-old Beagle. Caring for my Shepherd has given me hands-on experience administering medication on a consistent schedule, monitoring for seizures and staying calm and responsive if one occurs. My dogs are also decently trained, so I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands and maintaining structure. Having two completely different types of breeds also gives me experience with a different energy level and the attention to both of their different needs. About: I have many years of experience in the veterinary industry and animal health, and I've cared for animals my whole life, including senior pets, puppies and kittens, birds, and small mammals. I offer pet care on the side as my schedule allows, and my goal is always to accommodate what your pet is used to. For house sitting, my standard rate covers overnight care with normal daytime absences. I stay overnight and am out during the day, with potty breaks as indicated, plus meals and playtime. Some pets need more than that. Puppies, seniors, pets on medication, and dogs with separation anxiety often do best with someone home nearly full time. I'm happy to provide that level of care, but it's priced separately since it limits the other bookings I can take. If your pet can't be left alone for long, just mention it in your request and we'll sort out the right rate at the meet and greet. I also offer drop-in visits and dog walking, which are booked and priced separately.
