I do something outdoors almost everyday and if you’re wanting your pet to get some extra exercise or play time, I have no problem them on an adventure with me before or after work. I will be living out of my truck this summer and fall so will only be able to tend to pets in the client’s home, but am happy to bring dogs in my truck out for adventures! Their safety, comfort, and happiness is my top priority. I remain attentive on walks and if I notice they’re still very energetic, I have no problem taking them on longer hikes or sitting and playing with them so they get proper attention. I also make sure to respect their routine and the home they live in making sure nothing is stressful or out of the ordinary for them while their owners are away.

About: I love dogs and our family enjoys caring for other pets so that others can go on vacation! My 11 year old daughter will be helping me a lot since she loves to give attention to all dogs. She will be supervised since either myself or my husband are mostly at home. She enjoys working with them on basic skills such as sit lay and paw. I am home 4 days a week. I love to be outdoors and tend to take multiple walks/runs per week along with 1-2 hikes. We have two 1 year old golden retrievers to encourage us to go outside! My husband works from home. I have 4 kids ages 9, 11, 16 and 19 who love to give attention to furry friends. Our 1 year old puppies that are both boys and they love playing with other dogs. Six people living in our home which allows us to give a lot of attention and love to your dog while you are away. I sincerely apologize but we are currently not accepting pitbulls for our sitter services.

I live in a very pet-friendly community in Edwards, right near Riverwalk. There are trails for miles and multiple off-leash areas where dogs can play. However, I am extremely diligent about leash etiquette so I prefer to keep your dogs on leash and under my control at all times.

I have been around dogs since I was 7. I was given my first dog to take care of at 11, a German Shepherd, and I had him for 12 years. He was never crated, and walked at least once a day to ensure he wasn’t cooped up. I work from home as a marketing / social media manager, which gives me ample time to take any clients pet out as I am on a looser schedule and can accommodate to the pet versus the pet moulding to my schedule. I have my own room, as well as a full backyard to use for any dog. I will let them stay within my room if need be, as well and within my entire house if they are good with other dogs.
