“Patricia did a great job with my nervous little dog, Allie, who warmed up to her pretty quickly. She was very understanding of/compassionate toward Allie. I will definitely be booking her services again soon!”

“So grateful to Taylor. We had a last minute weekend trip and Taylor couldn't commit because she had her own last minute trip. However, she also knew that I wasn't sure that I had someone else to come in for the cats. I left them with 36 hours worth of food but was SO RELIEVED when Taylor contacted me that Saturday night to make sure the cats were taken care of and offered to care for them if there was still a need. He came in on Sunday morning much to the cat's relief (and mine).”

About: As an animal lover my entire life, I have been taking care of and playing with dogs and cats since I was six years old. Early on, I began to understand animal behavior and how they communicate with humans and other animals. This understanding has helped me create a special bond with them from a young age. Growing up on a rural farm, we had many dogs and cats. I got my first dog, Sofie (see photos!), at the age of 22. 13 years later, she has continued to join me in all of life’s adventures. 10 years ago, we adopted our scruffy Chihuahua mix, Gremlin (see photos!). I’ve cared for them from being puppies/young to seniors and their livelihood and health is very important to me. We enjoy snuggling on the couch, playing, hiking and going on walks with them. They’re the light of our lives! Adopting Gremlin in 2014 began my official journey with animal rescue volunteering. For the past ten years, I have walked and cared for hundreds of dogs and cats at the rescue, volunteered at adoption events, transported animals from shelters to the rescue, and helped provide care for pets at low-cost/free community veterinary wellness clinics. In 2017, I began fostering dogs, specializing in temp fostering shy and timid dogs. Since then, I have fostered over 30 dogs. In addition to caring for our own dogs, I have cared for several friends and family’s dogs and cats. Though I only have dogs, I’d love to provide walking and drop-in visits for dogs, cats and other small pets (rats, mice, hamsters, rabbits, etc.). I look forward to meeting your furry family member! I can provide drop-in services or walks for dogs and cats anytime in the evening on weekdays. I can also provide these services at pretty much anytime on the weekend! As a long-time pet owner, caregiver, and rescue volunteer, I understand animal body language and behavior. My number one priority is the safety and well-being of your pet. My goal is that your fur baby sees me as a trusted friend and is excited and happy to see me!

About: I've had a lot of experience watching dogs and cats for many family members and friends. I also have experience working at an animal shelter for many months. I'm confident in my abilities to handle any kind of temperament and create a comfortable environment for every pet! When I have done drop-in visits for pet sitting, I like to do up to three visits each day. Morning, early afternoon, and evening are the times I typically try to check in. With each visit, I follow their food schedule, take dogs for potty breaks (and/or check cat litter boxes), spend a good amount of time playing with each pet, and cleaning up before leaving. At a client's home, if there isn't a yard for their dog(s) and they need time outside, I typically map out a trail for walking/potty breaks. Before taking any action, I like to ask the owner's preference on their pets' comfortability in where they walk or spend their time.

“Morgan and Zach were awesome, and spent time/sent picture of my pup. Especially with the thunderstorms that she hates, it was good to have a visit from friendly people that played with her. I’ll book again for sure!”

“Ella was amazing with our cats! One of our cats is very shy and the other has a sensitive stomach. We were very reassured to know she was taking good care of them and understood their needs. We really enjoyed the pictures too- the kitties looked so happy! We will definitely book with Ella again in the future!”

About: My life has revolved around dogs. I've had larger 80-100 pound dogs in my home, so I'm quite comfortable with larger breeds. Currently, I live with and work from home with my 45 pound beagle mix Sophia and often have my family’s dog’s along with me too. I worked at a Vet Clinic in my hometown, for about 2 years. I have and do volunteer with multiple different shelters and foster on semi regular basis. Through these experiences, I learned how to properly take care of a variety of different breeds and behaviors. I'm also comfortable administrating medications and working with more anxious dogs. Your dogs will love the care and attention I can provide. I'm a calm, empathetic, fun individual, who's main focus will be to provide the same love and care they are used to obtaining from their owners. We typically will go out early morning for a 10-20 min walk around the area; followed by breakfast. Around noon, I’ll take them out again for a quick pee break and sniff around the area. Around 4pm I will walk them again for about 30 min to an hour. If you’re dog is comfortable with it I can also have them accompany me to one of the many scenic dog parks in the area. After that evening outing I’ll feed dinner. We will go out prior to bed time once again and then stay in for the night. If the dog requires any additional breaks I’ll add those as necessary. I live in an apartment building with a fenced bark park near by. It’s a quiet area, great for getting out any zoomies! I have a XL kennel and gates available if necessary inside. However I prefer you bring any item you’d feel will be helpful for your pup!

About: We are caretakers for all our family and friends fur babies when they need help. For hours or days. We lost our golden doodle to cancer and miss having another dog around but aren’t ready to commit to our own yet. Let us spoil yours! Between the four of us we typically have great flexibility in our schedule. We do work outside of the home so the pups need to be able to withstand 3-4 hours alone. We have a large fenced in yard where they can roam freely or play with balls and sticks or just lay on the sun if they’re lazy 😊

About: As a proud dog mom for a 15 month old golden retriever,we’ve been fully immersed in the world of puppy training, play time and daily care. While we are not certified to administer medications, we are happy to follow instructions for basic care routines. We treat every dog like family - whether that means cuddles on the couch, long walks or keeping up with their feeding and potty schedules. Caring for dogs is already a big part of our daily life! We walk our golden at least 3 times a day to keep her mentally stimulated with snuffle mays, frozen longs and other enrichment activities. My husband works from home full-time, and I have a lot of flexibility for work. So there will always be someone around to make sure your dog is cared for, comfortable and never left alone for long. Whether it’s potty break, meals, or cuddle time, your pup will be treated like a part of the family. We follow your pup’s routine as closely as possible - whether it’s feeding time, potty breaks or bedtime habits. We provide regular walks, mental enrichment like snuffle mays and puzzle toys if you would like. Also, plenty of supervised playtime with our friendly 15 month old golden retriever. We also make sure there are quiet space for dogs who need a break or prefer solo time.

“Autumn was great! Very flexible ! My Cody had a touch of diarrhea and she was able to stop by the apartment an extra time at last minute notice to let him out! I came back to a very happy Cody!”

About: I have two dogs at home who are my whole world, I love caring for them! I also currently work at a doggy daycare, where I get to spend my day with dogs and learn their mannerisms and more about them. I also do volunteering at Mission Animal hospital to learn more about the medical aspect of animal care, as my dream career is to be a vet! I’m currently working part time, and I am about to be out of school for summer, so I will have plenty of time to spend with all of the dogs!!! I care for pets as if they were my own, and i care deeply about all animals even if they are not mine. I love the idea of sending pictures and videos to parents of their dogs having fun, because as a dog owner I know that extra peace of mind is nice.

“Marla is very trustworthy and flexible. Those two things are super important to me! My dogs love her and I enjoy her in many other ways too! Consider yourself lucky if you get her!”

About: Hello, my name is Hailey. Over the years I have had a lot of experience with taking care of all types of animals. Growing up I lived with my grandma and was always helping my her to take care of her foster dogs that she would have. I would take them on walks, feed them, play with them, and give them medication and much more. Also growing up my mom owned a grooming/boarding salon so I would help her with various tasks such as helping to feed/let out the dogs. Overall I have had a lot of experience with animals and would love to meet many more!!! I am currently working a part time job where I work three days a week. The other days that I am free I will have availability to do Rover. When caring for a pet I ensure that they feel comfortable with me by doing a slow and friendly introduction. I try to build their trust so that they will be comfortable with me. I will also follow the requests of the clients to ensure that their dogs get the care needed.
