“Nicole went out of her way to make my dogs feel comfortable! They are Chihuahuas so they are very defensive initially and she took the time to get to know them! She took them on several walks and sent lovely pictures of them! I really felt at ease with her being here! I give her five stars and recommend her fully!”

“Heidi was just plain fantastic. Her genuine care and constant updates just put all of my anxiety of leaving my dogs at rest. Heidi again thank you so very much for being a perfect human.”

“Savanna is amazing! We have 4 animals and she met with us before our trip to give us peace of mind and she worked with us when our flights got changed and we needed to come back at a different time. All the while she sent pictures and updates of our animals. I highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals—-dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs etc. I’m a very detail oriented person and I love when an owner gives me as much detail as possible in order to take the best care of their baby ☺️ I’ve taken care of dogs of different breeds, all sizes and dogs with different needs (helping a dog thru a weight loss journey, anxious shy dogs, dogs that require medication etc). I love animals more than I love people and it shows! Anytime I meet someone’s pet, they’re always drawn to me and I feel very honored by that! I’m extremely patient and calm with animals because I have had my own pets who had special needs. I’m currently new to the Colorado Springs area and doing gig work, so I can be available to check on your pets anytime throughout the day! I treat a clients home with the utmost respect and only go where authorized or use only what the client tells me to for their pet! I’m very attentive to pets’ safety and I will treat your baby with the love and respect that I treat my own with ☺️
“Maria was amazing with our 3 dogs! Our regular sitters they have grown accustomed to over the years were not available and while our dogs are friendly, they have their specific quirks and needs. Maria adapted to them with ease and provided everything they needed while we were gone. It was a great relief to have someone we could trust and rely on providing such attentive care! Not only this, but she also picked up their poop from the yard every day and threw it out, left the house tidy, and collected the mound of packages we accrued over the week we were gone. Thank you so much, Maria!”

“Emily is a true lifesaver!!!!!! She is always flexible and so kind to me and my furrbabies!!!! We will be working with her soon again for my human baby on the way <3”

“Our first experience with Rover couldn't have been better and it's all thanks to Dezarae! We really appreciated the updates and pictures every time she checked on our turtle & elderly cat while we were on vacation. They both seem to warm up to Dezarae quickly and we'd highly recommend using her to pet/house sit! We'll definitely be asking her to come back whenever we leave town from now on!”

“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! Her communication was clear and precise. He punctuality was awesome. She even altered her visit time to better facilitate our fur babies. Plenty of pictures and awesomely detailed updates. I cannot recommend her enough for your pet sitter needs.”

“Lexi had great patience and was great with my pups! They loved her and I intend to request her services again in the future. You were awesome Lexi!! Thank you for caring for my fur babies”

“Katilyn was absolutely wonderful with our Millie girl! Our door was acting up and wouldn’t unlock, but Katilyn remained so professional, communicative, and kind throughout the whole situation. She even stayed longer than she needed to so she could check in on Millie and spend some extra time with her. We are so grateful for the care she showed our pup and for going above and beyond to put our minds at ease. We would absolutely recommend Katilyn and will definitely be using her again!”

“I had Dan come by to watch my cats while I was out of town, he did a great job and they absolutely loved him! He went above and beyond and even clean the kitty litter boxes every time he came over. Would definitely hire again!!”
“Kessandra was wonderful to work with. She took great care of our dogs. There was significant snowfall while we were out of town and Kessandra was able to still reach our home and care for the dogs. Highly recommend her.”
“Kimberly is amazing! Had her booked in advanced for tomorrow but I needed her help to swing by today for a check in as I was going to be home late & she was readily available. Quick responses. Very flexible & easy to talk to & understood our boy. Glad I found her & was recommended her to help us out :)”

About: I am a pet parent of an 8 year old Boston Terrier, a re-homed Chihuahua, a 3 years old kitty and a new kitten. Previously I raised three other Boston Terriers from puppyhood until each of their passing and a cat with FIV. I am experienced with puppies & kittens, adult dogs & cats, and senior pets as well as pets with illnesses. I have had kitty training as well as dog handling training through the Denver Dumb Friends League. I believe pets are family members and are to be treated with love and respect. Wheather your pet is at my house or I am at yours, you'll never have to worry about their well-being and will always know your pet is safe. This is my promise to you!
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I never had dogs growing up so I had to live vicariously through my neighbors, friends, and family and take care of theirs! I’m a true animal lover and honestly love animals more than humans. From the time I was a kid until now I’ve taken care of animals at my own house and others houses. I’ve taken care of dogs (including my own) post surgery so administering medicine is a breeze for me and I am very reliable with that. I have a very flexible schedule. I can do weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights. We have plenty of couches and beds for your pet to hang out on and I allow pets to sleep wherever they would like! I do not keep any dogs in kennels but if your dog is kennel trained and that is what’s needed, I’ll accommodate. I have very loving and non aggressive dogs that will love your dogs company! I have a very responsible 12 year old as well who helps while I work in case your dog may need extra loving and attention too! I work full time and from home. I never leave home usually so your dog will most likely never be alone. I have cameras inside and outside my home so there are always eyes on the house! There is constant access to clean water and a variety of dog beds for comfort! I work from home and can administer care at any time of the day! I’m an introvert and prefer to stay home with my dogs. I have 3 friendly dogs who will keep your dog(s) company! They will get constant exercise. They will have the ability to eat at their designated times as well.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Eastonville. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
